I reached out to many businesses on yelp with high number of ratings and assumed that I was gambling with this one due to the limited number of reviews, but my experience has only been exceptional from beginning to end compared to the other businesses. Scope of work : painted kitchhen cabinets Communication - 5 out of 5 - he was prompt with his reply when I inquired a quote, provided a detailed explanation of the scope of work, and kept me updated throughout the transaction . He also advised on color choices and has such a cheerful attitude. Work Ethic - 5 out of 5 - very honest with his thoughts and opinions, and is possibly one of the hardest workers I've met as he works day to night to ensure everything is delivered beyond expectations. If there was even any remarks from me, no matter how small, he comes back and fixes it and then go above that to repaint everything again Quality of output- 5 out of 5 - was beyond what I thought painted cabinets may look like. It almost looks brand new as he cleans the cabinets , sands them , and uses top quality paint from benjamin moore . I sent them photos of the existing woodwork, explained what I wanted, and immediately they sent me drawings and wood tone suggestions. I had barely just hired them when they sent me photos of the nearly finished table! (they told me if I didn't want it after all, they could use it themselves) :-) They don't live too nearby, but came out twice- once to double check the dimensions and wood tones, and the second time to deliver the finished table. They wore masks and gloves, were polite and efficient, and I love my new table. I wish I had other projects for them!!
