My daughter is obsessed with the matcha. The staff is very nice. It's in the lobby of the graduate hotel so the decor is beautiful. There is always a cute pop up shop there too with a person selling stuff. Super clean. The matcha flavors switch up too with the seasons so there is always something different to try.
I needed a quick coffee and breakfast option before a long work day in Nashville. Poindexter is located inside the super charming Graduate Hotel. It was not far from the hotel I was staying at, so I walked over. When entering the hotel, the cafe is to the left. This trendy cafe is in the lobby and there is a lot of great seating options to pick from. They have a variety of coffee, tea, and espresso drinks to pick from and a nice food menu. I was in a rush, so decided to get the premade chia seed yogurt from the fridge. I also got their pumpkin spice latte iced with oat milk for the day. It was pretty sweet, but still quite yummy. The baristas were sweet and made my drink quickly. I loved the variety of seating options here (high tops, couches, and tables). It seems like a fantastic spot to get some work done. I'd recommend getting a coffee from here.
Stopped by for a quick breakfast bite, and was pleasantly surprised. When you first walk in, you get the feeling like it's one giant workspace with a lot of individuals on zoom calls and typing away. They were all sipping coffee, so I knew that must at least be good. I ordered the iced coffee and a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit. The coffee was pretty good, but that biscuit was delicious and the egg was cooked just right. It was medium, with some runny yolk but not enough to mess up the sandwich flow.
This coffee place is cute with the graduate theme at the coffee bar. It's located inside the graduate hotel lobby and has plenty of seating. I ordered the Ube foam matcha latte and it was rather sweet. The Ube foam is pre made and poured over the matcha. The matcha latte portion was ok, it's something you can get anywhere. The drink came out within a few minutes. Poindexter is a place to go for pictures because the seating is made up of pretty and eclectic mismatching sofas and chairs.
A MUST visit!! Great coffee and a beautiful environment. Plenty of customers working on laptops and enjoying food and drinks. I ordered the seasonal latte and it was fab.
Was pleasantly suprised by this lobby coffee shop. Barista was smiley and made a yummy seasonal Horchata latte. Latte was reasonable priced ($7.50) Chargers near most tables. Lots of comfy seating, with great lighting and background music for studying. Aesthetic was very fun, who doesn't love Dolly!

Located in the lobby of the graduate, poindexter is a perfect option for coffee and breakfast. The service was quick and there is tons of seating available. And the vibes are adorable since it is in the graduate. Literally had to go twice in one day it was that good.
Super cute coffee shop located in the Graduate Hotel! Breakfast sandwiches were great & coffee local with a hint of blueberry or such! We enjoyed relaxing and catching up on the news in this shop - plenty of space, colorful and just happy! Service was good as well so thank you!
Stunning place to grab a coffee! The colors and the patterns to go with the natural light pouring into the space make this the instagram morning hot spot. Located in the lobby of the Graduate hotel, makes this more of a destination for the traveler at one of the many nearby hotels or the Vanderbilt student across the street. Straight forward if not lacking coffee menu, standard types of cups in hot and iced varieties. There's a decent little menu of hot items that focuses on biscuits for the breakfast goers. Everything is well executed, but the iced vanilla latte I got for my wife honestly wasn't very impressive. It just seemed like there was not more than a half serving of espresso. Food was tasty and brought out quickly, but I did kinda have to intuit myself that it was my order and pick it up from the counter. Overall it feels like the coffee shop is more like a way to keep people spending a little money while they take in the amazing design and decorations.
Such a cute little coffee spot in Nashville This place is located inside the Graduate Hotel and I honestly loved the whole vibe. They have plenty of seating areas where you can just sit down, relax, enjoy your coffee or tea, and even grab a quick bite to eat. The cashiers were super nice and friendly which made the whole experience even better. I always appreciate good customer service and everyone here was really welcoming One thing I thought was really convenient is that if you're staying at the hotel, you can order your food and take it back up to your room to just relax and enjoy your meal there. Definitely a nice little perk after a long day of exploring Nashville. Overall, I really enjoyed this spot and I wouldn't mind coming back again the next time I'm in town Thank you for such a great experience! read more
Overall: What a pretty design inside! I really enjoyed coming here to get a coffee and study. I ended up getting a matcha (it was okay)! Service: Drinks came out quickly! Line can get a bit long, but no big deal! Ambiance: Obviously, very aesthetic and so picturesque! Really lovely decor. read more
I got the orange blossom latte with coconut cream and it was pretty good. I like the special seasonal lattes. My friend got the strawberry earl gray latte and it didn't really taste much like strawberry. The service was quick, so the drinks came out fast and the area is nice inside for seating! read more

Located inside The Gradiate Hotel a small cafe with good coffee and great homemade biscuits. It's convenient if you are staying here to stop by for a quick breakfast or lunch. The lobby is adorable and we saw many people with laptops working in the lobby. read more
Pulling up to the hotel, I noticed that valet and parking is $28. I came early in the morning so I curbed parked it for $2.43. It's a vibe in here for sure! The make Taco Bell, checkers, and old hotel sign memorabilia look cool. They even retrofitted an old ball gown and turned them into lamps. I ordered the biscuit breakfast sandwich which was delicious and a cappuccino. Coffee is on point. Really nice guys at the counter and look forward to coming back and staying a bit longer to enjoy this vibey space! read more

Coffee shop in the lobby of the Graduate Hotel in Nashville, also known as the Dolly Parton themed hotel. I was staying at the hotel, but this cafe is open to the public. It is an island under high ceilings dripping with chandeliers and kitschy art. They have a La Marzocco espresso machine, and serve a small menu of light fare along with specialty drinks. I opted for one of their specials, a lavender latte, which was delicious. The espresso was nutty and bold, with low acidity, nicely balanced by the subtle floral flavors of the lavender syrup. Creamy, not overly sweet. The staff were genuinely kind, and the ambience is unmatched. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended. read more

Um. This is one of the CUTEST cafés I've ever had the pleasure of stepping in. Not to mention one of the cutest hotels too. There's soooo much seating available. Whoever designed this space did an A+++ job because we had so much fun looking at all the decor. There's also tables available too, so it seems like you can do some work here (we came when it wasn't that busy). After you have some tea, I would recommend going to the bar on the rooftop for drinks / to check out the ambience up there! read more

Quaint and glamorous spot just off the lobby of the Graduate hotel. Imagine Alice in Wonderland and Andy Warhol were the interior designers. Come for the decor and vibes, stay for the food and coffee. Got the biscuit sandwich. Simple and to the point. The biscuit was flaky and light. Got The Dolly (latte with cinnamon spiced condensed milk !) Staff was super laid back. And made the myriad orders look so easy. read more
Located in the airy lobby of The Graduate, you can walk right up to a pencil covered bar and order breakfast or coffee. I kept it easy and ordered the Biscuit Sandwich with bacon. They make it fresh so a small wait and you can enjoy. The staff were friendly! read more

Service was really good and very fast. Atmosphere is really cute. The food is good but over priced with the quality it's nothing really fancy. The coffee was really good tho. It's also has a boutique feel and is in a hotel lobby. read more

Very cute coffee shop with lots of nooks for sitting, clearly created for those who want to hang out for extended periods and post their experience to Instagram. The shop is in the lobby of the Graduate Nashville hotel. It is quite spacious, with a number of seating areas, including comfortable chairs outside. The decor is quirky with a lot of visual impact. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the coffee was very good. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood, whether you want coffee, a little snack, or just some fodder for Instagram. read more

Absolutely adorable coffee shop. Lots of coffee choices Plus an entire Cold fridge of cold drinks Plus alcoholic cold drinks. There was also a fridge of prepared foods as well. It is a great space to meet some friends and hang out as well as large tables for workspace with plenty of outlets for your phone and computers. The staff was wonderful and the vibe couldn't be beat. Where do I even start?? Poindexter has been our favorite place to get a great cup of coffee and catch up/get some work done for the past year! The staff is very friendly, and the coffee is delicious. After getting your order, you have an endless number of couches to choose around the huge Graduate hotel lobby. I have never been to a coffee shop/lobby more extravagant than this one. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we have figured out that it has worked best for us to park along the street (in front of Amerigo has some toll parking) and go in. Definitely try Poindexter if you want to get the full Nashville experience and take some super cute pictures! read more
