Sadly, this location did not have the cold brew beans, but I scooped up a bag of their Sweet Brazil beans...and I am not mad at it! This 8th & Roast is located in Midtown, at the base of the Broadview apartment building on 20th. The space is small, but functional. They have a small outdoor courtyard with a few tables, then inside have seating at the windows and a high-top counter. Cozy and purposeful. While I was after beans, I couldn't stop by and not grab a cold brew. So, I did just that. Coffee was tasty and as expected. Service was friendly and quick. Welcomed upon entry, chatted up while ordering and wished a good day. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there is a lot across the way that allows for easy in and out. The drinks were tooth ackingly sweet. I'd ask for at least half sweet if I ever went back. That being said the flavor was what they said and they were unique. Prices are pretty high I ended up paying almost $20 for both drinks. The earl grey with an extra shot was $9.7 before tip for a regular size, not large.

I got the small vanilla iced latte here and it was super good for someone that never drinks coffee. It wasn't too sweet and didn't have too much ice to the point where it got watered down heavily when the ice melted. It was also a super cute store with greenery and yummy looking pastries. There's not much space to sit inside but they do have outside seating. I definitely recommend this place
