Love this place! Great ambiance, friendly staff, great service and delicious coffee and hot teas! I had the hot peach tea and it came in its own glass tea kettle and separate mug with cream. The peach tea was delicious and just right! Definitely recommend this place and will come back!

Drinks came out very quickly. Delicious. The Headless Horseman was just a touch too sweet for our liking, so we added some creamer. However, an absolutely beautiful storefront. Great study and coffee spot!

Large coffee shop that connects to the W hotel. Really nice inside with lots of comfortable seating and really nice bathrooms. The baristas are veg friendly and the coffee is super smooth. I enjoyed the americano and my partner liked the cold brew. Definitely gave a good caffeine boost to the morning.

LOCATED IN THE LOBBY OF THE W HOTEL NASHVILLE, this is an EXCELLENT COFFEE AND LATTE SPOT in The Gulch area of Nashville - if you can find street parking around the hotel that is. If you're within walking distance, head on over for sure and if you're staying at the W, then no doubt you know what I mean and will agree. But definitely worth driving around to find street parking within a block or two of the hotel to stop in. What I love about this coffee spot is that while it's in a hotel lobby, it doesn't FEEL like a hotel lobby. There is a TON, and I mean a TON, of awesome comfy seating right there where the ordering counter / barista station is located, making it feel like a high end coffee shop. Place your order and then go grab a seat to wait for your lattes to be made - it is an AMAZING ambience in there. Drinks are expertly made, delicious and the coffee is bold, not wimpy watered down. They had the usual seasonal drinks like pumpkin spice as well as the classics. Great for groups, great to bring your laptop or newspaper/book to just chill and hang out, great for a casual meeting with a friend or two or three. Great for people watching. Clean bathrooms (after all, it's the W Hotel). SO NICE. And the service is excellent. You may have to wait a bit especially if the line is long so beware of this if you're in a hurry and want to do a quick grab and go. They have pastries in the pastry case (see my pics) and merch to purch. The huge windows facing 12th St brings loads of natural light into the area. We had just finished attending a performance by an awesome trio of talented female musicians at a Saturday brunch at The Listening Room (HIGHLY RECOMMEND this super intimate live music venue BUT DEFINITELY TRY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE - ticket prices are super reasonable!!) and we were looking for a cozy casual spot close by to grab a hot latte, chill and hang out. This place was PERFECT for what we wanted AND we were able to score street parking right next to the hotel. :) Barista Parlor is a local Nashville coffee chain - looks like there are more than a few locs to explore around the city. BUT FOR SURE, THIS ONE IS DA BOMB.

A solid coffee forward option in Nashville. It's pretty easy to get in and out, or stop and sit.

I ordered the honey lavender espresso with oat milk. This was the BEST drink that I've ever had in my entire time on this earth. Wow!

He informed us of the wait time and provided instructions of the texting process while we wait. Informed us of options to purchase drinks or pastries and if seating at the bar or outside patio became available we had the option to change our seating arrangements. Once our table was ready we was greeted immediately by our waitress Renee with all smiles, positive attitude, and full of energy. She made sure she repeated our order back to us with suggesting other great menu options before placing it. She was clear and we'll spoken. She also made sure we had everything we needed while enjoying our meal. These two employees presented phenomenal customer service and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Located in the Gulch, it was just a short Uber ride from our downtown area hotel. Before we were even seated we were already enchanted with the adorable 'cow bee' t-shirt. Get it? Milk and honey? Cute huh? Our table of 7 women ordered a variety of brunch sandwiches and biscuits. While everyone enjoyed their meals, I can only give specifics on what I ordered. I had the Mr. Croissant with home fries, and because I wanted to try the biscuits, I also added a biscuit with honey and butter to my order. The croissant and biscuit were great. Next time, I'd give a miss to the included home fries and opt for the fruit instead. My vanilla bean latte was very good and my friend loved her mocha. To celebrate the Birthday Girl, we ordered two bottles of champagne and two flights of juices to make mimosas. We all took homemade strawberry pop tarts to go. We loved the vibe, service, and food and will happily return the next time we are in Nashville!

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

I'd still consider going back since they're open fairly late, which I really appreciate. There's a small parking lot next to the shop, which is convenient. Server was professional neat and polite. Menu was extensive. The classy wood paneling and nice tables were memorable. I ordered a crepe Florentine. It was savory type. It was amazing.
