The worst problem was that the AC was Not working. Oh my. But, we called Larysa at the office and she was so, so, so helpful. (She quickly dropped off a AC window unit for our bedroom) She must have called the AC repair guy a hundred times and he came over late that night to fix the AC. Larysa also left us a great greeting basket filled with coffee, pickles, snacks, bread, all kind of things. She took care of a couple of minor things that we needed and stayed in touch with us during the whole week. Bravo. We'll be back next year leasing a property from Seacoast.

I feel because we were in New Seabury, that the cleaners are charing 50 an hour where 4 cleaners were needed to clean a small condo, are you kidding me???. I own a 3K square foot home in Mashpee where I only get charged 180 for the entire house. Don't get ripped off!! Secondly I went to submit a partial payment against my bill, where unknown to me they took my credit card to pay the entire bill without letting me know. They sent my husband and me an invoice for the repair of an outlet and will not engage with us when we question the charge. We had a similar outlet changed in 2022 without any charge to us and asked why this outlet was different. Instead of providing an explanation, Julie Lucas - Finance Manager - threatened to back charge us for that 2022 bill. Additionally, we did not consent for FPM to hire an electrician, complete the service, and charge our account. We were never afforded an opportunity to review a quote. In fact, we asked Brenna Witter to let us know if someone would be on our property - she never did. I have requested multiple responses from FPM including President Andrew Witter - they have not replied to us. This is very poor customer service and fraudulent. Stay far away.
