Asked for diagnosis of "wheel death wobble", after two hours of waiting, sitting on a hard plastic chair, they still haven't checked it out. They estimated our time at 1.5 hours. We arrived at 8:15am. The guys up front banter as if they are in high school. Watch out for hidden costs. Ask for all costs and fees upfront. If you walk away for a bit to eat, make sure you call regularly. Bring head phones and an extra battery charger to watch a few movies. The TV is on junk shows and soaps. I felt tortured. What kind of choice is sitting in the sun or listening to Dr Phil blaring on the tube? Don't let these guys get a hold of your vehicle. So the one supreme saving grace of this place is the mechanic known as Harold. He is a suspension wizard. I will be back to have him replace some parts. If his team's repairs are as good as his diagnosis, I'll be singing high praises of the mechanic/technician side of the business. read more

I had several work done on my vehicle. They got my vehicle checked and ready for their technician. Left my vehicle there while I went to work and it was ready for pick up by mid afternoon after they called me to notify me it was ready. They do outstanding tire work, they have knowledgeable mechanics on duty, and have a full service garage. Their labor rate is very reasonable too. Restaurants nearby to eat while your ride is getting fixed. They do outstanding service and customer service. read more

They only take walk-ins. No appointment scheduling. Weird right? Give them the benefit of the doubt. I was there at 8am on a weekday to get 4 new tires on my van. I called about it on the week before and guy I talked to said they'd be in on Monday. They were, and the price was exactly what they originally quoted me. They also disposed of my old tires with no extra charge. They got it done in the amount of time they said (about 2 hours) despite the fact that I was the 10th person in line when I got there. I took my truck in to have my tire repaired, started feeling truck vibrate after driving and took it to a different place to get balance/rotation and they found the below device in the the tire they repaired. Yes inside the tire. Called Point S and the guy didn't want to hear my complaint or try to understand the dangerous outcome of traveling with kids. Would not recommend this place. read more

They stole my wheel lock tool out of my brand new vehicle and replaced it with a worn tool that wasn't even usable. The tech Claimed that it was in my vehicle. I told the manager he just shrugged his shoulders told me to call the dealership. I then explained again how it's a new vehicle and again he just shrugged his shoulders told me to go elsewhere. Now I'm stuck without a way to get my tire fixed and I have to go buy a wheel lock tool and get my tire fixed. There's a screw in my rear tire of my only vehicle I have so now I have to put my family in danger and myself just because they have sticky fingers. I wouldn't trust these people at all. read more

I took my vehicle in to get repaired an they didn't do it right an i took the vehicle back a couple times to see if they fix it correctly and all I got was there's nothing wrong with it. I have it at a dealer now they are fixing what they did not tighten correctly..after a few trips back an forth from home to point S...it's about 45 minute drive one way....all the parts inside I guess was falling apart an ruined the whole differential an now costing me over 2000$ to get fixed. Passing thru and developed tire issue. Tread separation. Found business 15 minutes before closing. Had needed tires in stock and agreed to install them , rather than closing and telling me to return in the morning. Staff was pleasant, job completed after normal hours. While I'm unlikely going to need the services again, that makes their service even more exceptional. read more

I've been sitting here for 5 hours, the one guy I talk to is extremely rude and acts as if he does not want to be at work. They've been choosing Wich cars go first and not by how you came in. The passenger side tire (front) had been "creaking" for years. I took it over to have them find out what the problem was, they did an alignment and charged over $300. A year later, my tire blew out on the highway. A friend checked it and said the "towing" angle was off, and it had damaged the tire. A mechanic changed out the idle arm and no more sounds. If this is a business that deals with tires and the structures that support it, why couldn't they fix this issue?? I don't trust them. read more

I got all four of my tires here with warranty and it come to the point where I needed new tires. They just keep patching My tire and the guy said "you have 5 pitches it's not safe to drive on" I told him that's why I'm here I need new tires and he just walk away. Now they said my warranty is no good bcuz my tires reach the red zone. I even got my brakes and rotors replac there too. During Coronavirus they offered free tire checks. I drove here from Georgia and my tire warning light came on. I couldn't find anything wrong but got them checked just in case. Point S are friendly and did a quick check on my tires. They even aired up the spare! In a half hour of was on my way. No charge. read more

I had to get tires fast! I arrived and they installed my tires quickly after a 30 minute wait. My only complaint is that after I drove home happy and relieved I had four brand new tires I woke up the next morning to a flat tire. I had to change my tire and drive back to the tire factory. They told me the person installing the tires didn't apply the black sealant on the tire that adheres to the rim. SMH ... my response ... "You all do this what, 500 times a day?! How do you miss one tire?! It's not like you're selling burritos and installing tires. Come on!" Yes, I did yell at them. Who wouldn't after waking up to a cold chilly morning and having to change your own tire. But alas, these guys are good. Called in and asked for an out the door estimate...was told a price, put some money down...went in to get tires put on and when I went to pay they dinged me for $63 extra stating sales tax...could have went somewhere else for less money, but decided to support a local business...lesson learned, go elsewhere!!! read more

Pulled n of I-40 from Flagstaff with a new shimmy in the front wheels. They removed both front wheels, rebalanced one, discovered a bent rim on the other (reason 4 shimmy), removed the spare & balanced it & put it on to replace the bent one (which is now the spare). Inflated all tires to proper settings and for $32 had me on my way in less than an hour. No up-selling, just good detective work, quick service and super friendly guys!
