Your company consultant (Chris Finch) was in our area (Olympia) and spoke with my husband regarding your services. I was unavailable to speak with Chris and my husband asked him to come back when I wasn't working. Chris came by later that day and was able to meet with me. He stated what your current promotions were, identified areas of concern and was able to answer all of my questions. I have been in customer service for 20 years and I have high expectations of receiving great service. Not only did Chris answer my questions, but gave me his direct contact information if I had any additional concerns. He was able to set an appointment within a couple of days. Robert Swanson was the technician who came and provided the services on our appointment day. When he arrived, he let us know what he was going to do, and how long it would take him. He then asked if we had any questions. I did have additional questions regarding if he was going to be my primary technician and what we need to do if I am not home. We have had nothing but the best service since we switched from our former exterminator company to Pointe Pest Control. We utilize their quarterly treatment plan since we don't want the same rodent problem we suffered about 5 yrs ago requiring our crawl space to be redone and a screen placed underground on 2 sides of our house to keep the rats from gaining access under our house again (work was done by a prior company). They also treat for spiders, ants and whatever other pests we may have to deal with. The first company seemed to lack thoroughness as time went on (we were with them for several years). We changed to Point Pest Control and have not been sorry. The reps are on time, friendly, thorough and unhesitantly answer all of our questions. Gavin, our usual tech is very personable, professional and conscientious. Talieson, their rodent specialist in our area, has those qualities as well but also after coming to replace some vent screens informed us they were in good shape and didn't need replaced. I bought a package that included treating for ants, spiders, mice and rats. They started in June with 3 additional visits to spray during the rest of the one year plan. The toughest one by far was getting rid of the rats in my garage. Elijah came out and we went over all the areas they could be getting in. I've tried to get rid of them myself for 2-3 years, but after speaking with him I realized how much I needed help. He advised I close up the gaps beneath the garage door where the cement had dropped and he also closed up a gap in the cement brick wall where he thought they could get in. He came back every week (all included in the original price) and checked the traps and took out 3-4 rats in the first few weeks. He also cleared out the nest in the rafters which was such a gross mess! I got the garage door sealed and I am now rat free. I'm so grateful for the expertise of Pointe and their technicians. Curtis who is doing the ant spraying is also knowledgeable and did a great job. They will come out anytime you call them at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them. read more

James arrived on time. He was very friendly, polite, thorough and efficient! He was masked up, which is great, with the pandemic we are all going through. He explained what he was going to do and when the job was finished explained more in detail what he had done. I called Point on the day, in fact within hours of my appointment and asked if they had any non chemical sprays. She told me that they could have the technician install some sticky traps. James volunteered to put them in and around where he thought the entry points would be, but first he put booties over his shoes, I was very impressed for the common courtesy! He got rid of all the spider webs around the door, trim and windows. He just did a very, very exceptional job and we were happy with the technician! He had a smile and was very informative. This company is awesome! They came out and did a treatment in June and I paid $99. I set up another 3 visits, 90 days apart. They sprayed for bees outside and they cleaned up a lot of spider activity on the side of my house, they cleaned up old bee hives too. They placed sticky traps inside where I've had spider activity. I noticed improvement right away. Since then I've called them a couple of times to come back out to spray some areas with new activity from wasps and yellow jackets outside. I also had them spray some more inside for spiders and they took the sticky traps and disposed of them and brought more. They did all the follow ups free of charge and when I call, they have fit me right in to their schedules! I am very pleased with this company! Andy came out today, and Gavin came out last time. Today pointe pest control had to come out for a redo. The technician was on time. Brendan was professional wore gloves when was doing the treatment. Replaced all of my spider traps filled the boxes to kill the rats. He took care of the ants in the backyard. Represented point pest control in the most positive way had a clean shirt on didn't smell of body odor and was a perfect gentleman. Brendan called me to let me know his ETA. The technician that did the treatment in July of 2023 did not wear gloves, was in a hurry. Talked smack about the previous technician. I was informed that he was over booked! The difference between the two is night, an day. Brandon was professional, positive, clean, was thorough with his job made sure everything was done. My husband and I recently moved into a new home, the house had been vacant for some time and there were spiders EVERYWHERE. Spraying our house with some kind of bug killer was on our to do list but we weren't quite sure what we would use or how much it would take, plus it was a BIG project because of our house size. So we hired Pointe Pest control and they came out the NEXT day, they were very helpful with setting up our plan, and very knowledgeable with their products. The sugar ants were marching non stop. We had given up hope and most of our provisions and ammunition were gone. Many downed pears from the tree and partially filled squirt guns had been chalked up as casualties in this never ending war. Even the cats ceased to find the 6 legged army amusing any more. This was our first service. Our technician was Kailie Ramorini. Kailie was very professional, kind and respectful. Kailie listens to where our concerns were. Kailie walked us through everything. Kailie also told what to expect from the first spraying, she also informed us that we might see an increase of activity. We were also told that if we have any questions at all to just call. I caught two baby mice last night using storage boxes, but I couldn't take them out from the house because I was afraid that they may escape. After having a sleepless night and my property management abandoned me, I found Pointe Pest Control on yelp. From the beginning (including phone calls), they were very sincere and friendly. Thank you Irving Sanchez for the pest service today! The services have been effective as there has been minimal pest activity in and around our home. We had one interim re-treatment (no charge) due to ants and it worked well. We also had vent covers installed all around our home, and feel much more confident now that our crawlspace is protected. We didn't realize how easy it is to break or punch out the mesh screens that are typically installed over crawlspace openings (they are made of cheap plastic). A raccoon family easily broke through and took residence in our crawlspace, but fortunately they left of their own accord and did not do any damage (lucky us).... read more

Gavin did a great job checking every outside, inside, and under the house, as well as spraying outside and removing old wasp nests. He was easy to talk to, and I could ask questions and get appropriate answers. Also, I want to commend Meaghan for her fine work last September when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen and she came out, and also returned a week later to check if all was well. She set traps under the house, found an access point for voles and made repairs, and set traps in the garage and in my kitchen to make sure there were no reoccurring issues.
