We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. I appreciated that they explained in advance which products they would use and gave me a realistic timeline on how quickly we'd see results. Once I signed up, they were able to send someone within a few days. Their service technician Brad showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window and he was truly courteous and professional. He told us which products he was using and how they worked, and gave us a fact sheet as well as some pre-baited traps to use if we saw more ant activity inside the home. He also removed wasp nests and even filled a small hole in the crawlspace vent on the exterior of our house, which I feel was really going above and beyond. After the service was complete, I got an email with all of the details of what was applied and where, which I think is an excellent practice. It's only been a few weeks since the first treatment, but the number of ants inside our home went down pretty quickly and lately we haven't see any at all. I do understand we may see more as the ants move through their life cycle, but I'm really pleased with the results so far.
