She is truly a bright spot in that office, and her customer service and support never went unnoticed. ​Unfortunately, my overall experience with management fell far short of acceptable standards. This was my second time living in this community (totalling five years), and I am genuinely disappointed that my time here ended under these circumstances. While I appreciated that financial concessions were made to address several issues, money does not replace peace of mind, basic communication, or personal safety. ​After experiencing a break-in by my neighbor, I was repeatedly assured by management--specifically Patrick--that safety measures were being taken and that the situation with the neighboring unit was being handled on specific timelines. Time and time again, promises were made and deadlines passed without resolution or with further move out dates applied, to the point where the banned individual returned to the property grounds two days in a row, after hours, unbeknownst to management until I spoke with him. It is apparent that him and the mother of the young man who broke into my unti were cool, thus his lacksidasical approach to this matter. Sure the courts take time and one cannot be forced out but the aforementioned was apparent. On top of this, my unit transfer process was poorly executed, with the new unit completely unprepared and not move-in ready on my scheduled start date. I had to move in anyways due to logistics and while Patrick did make a visit for a walkthrough, there was zero follow up. The issues present included cobwebs in the ceiling, a damaged bathroom counter top, and POOR AIRFLOW on the second floor (This was in August). ​Despite my patience, flexibility, and constant effort to work with management, the ball was repeatedly dropped. By the end of my lease, I ultimately felt disrespected as a resident and no longer felt safe or confident living in this community. I turned in my keys, disappointed that a property I once enjoyed living in was managed so poorly in the end. Despite all of this, GG was a lovely community. It was quiet, neighbors are friendly and I literally had no issues otherwise! Maintence was always responsive and yes , the gates do work

We instantly fell in love with it and feel confident we made the right decision. The Springs has a warm, home-like atmosphere, whereas The Crest felt more like a resort--which wasn't the vibe we were looking for.

Temporary repairs haven't solved the problem, and no alternatives have been offered, such as moving to another unit. This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

The live virtual tours made an impact the decision to move here. To that end, Andrew's follow up was expedient & more than helpful. The floor plans are spacious with modernized appliances, French doors leading to a deck overlooking manicured landscapes of greenery, plants & trees. The complex encompasses a diverse community with friendly, waving neighbors masks & all. The property is immaculate in boasting modern amenities - oasis pool setting with various lounging areas & fire pits, fitness, auto, & recycling centers, a nature walking trail with a few points of entry. The gated community is a five-minute drive off of I-20, & absolutely redefines luxury apartment living. All moved in & settled my relative is very pleased with their new place at Avonlea Tributary, which makes me joyful. The crime rate is incredibly high. Young ppl who live within the community are breaking into cars…read moreand have even stolen a gun. The community in general is not being cared for. There are no cameras to protect us. Rent is incredible high for these thin walls and floors. Maybe add a grass area where activities can happen, basketball court for these bored teenagers, and increase security. Maybe replace basic carpet with hardwood floors. We pay entirely too much for poor amenities and the only positive is the pool.

I am writing this email to advise of my official notice to vacate Lakeside At Arbor Place…read moreApartments. My lease is set to expire on April 3rd, 2025. Attached you will find photos and a video of an incident that occurred on March 15th, 2024 not even two weeks after my lease term began. A bullet riddled through my bedroom as I was lying in bed! This bullet punctured not only the wall from the outside, but scraped the ceiling and was lodged into my bedroom closet. I could've died or been seriously injured from this incident alone. I had to speak with police, investigators, and etc before even fully settling into my new home. Fast forward to February of this year. I received an incentive award from my employer. This package was delivered to our complex locker on February 4th, 2025. To my surprise, I went to retrieve the package and it was not there. I assumed this was an error and checked each day after for a week. Still nothing! I proceeded to reach out to the leasing office in reference to this package. The property manager, Kimberly, reviewed the camera footage from inside of the package room for me. She advised that someone with a red hoodie was seen taking the package that UPS had just delivered for me. This person was not myself. Apparently they did not use any code to enter the locker. They were able to piggyback off of the door that had not yet closed from the UPS delivery driver. I was told that I would receive a follow up from this incident and that it was being forwarded to the corporate office for Lakeside At Arbor Place. The follow up never came. I went to visit the office to inquire more. Kimberly advised that they were not able to make out who the thief was, but that the merchant for my package should've been able to provide me with a refund. Why are mail carriers required to deliver packages into our locker if it is not a secure location? Why is my employer responsible for refunding or replacing an item that was meant for me and delivered to my complex facility? Not to mention, this is a gated community. The gate has been open and fully accessible to the public sporadically for several months now. Initially moving here, I made several complaints about my upstairs neighbor and excessive noise. Nothing has changed with this incident either. The newest leasing agent called me on January 29th to confirm my move out date. I advised her that I WAS NOT renewing my lease here. Nothing has changed. I will not now, or ever, live in Lakeside At Arbor Place Apartments again!

Then I looked at Buckhead, but it felt like an area that was still trying to reclaim its high point in the 1990s and was failing miserably. My girlfriend's family used to live near here and we were both shocked at the warm and welcoming neighborhood vibe so close to our office downtown. There's a concert venue with rotating lineups right nearby, Publix is down the street and such an eclectic mix of local eateries and cute boutiques. Coming from the northeast I also can't believe the rent is so low for the amount of space we have and so close to everything. The property is really well maintained and the Beltline (which is a local treasure, I hope every city does this) is just up the street and great for walking, jogging or biking. Last but definitely not least, Reynoldstown is so authentic. The developers did a great job of combining modern luxury with old school craftsmanship when people took pride in their work.
