The staff is always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and a typical turnaround time is a few days. You can, however, pay a rush fee for next day pick up. I did this the first time I ever used them, and it was a lifesaver. Because this is located in a large shopping complex, there's always plenty of parking available near the storefront. I also appreciate that they will send text messages from time to time with specials they're running. For instance, maybe they're doing a special where blazers are a lower price or a certain percentage off for a period of time.

When I arrived I was then informed that my vest was not there and that they would not have it until the next day. I was never informed that this was being outsourced. Even when I told them I was coming to pick it up I was not told that it was not there. This was bad communication and terrible customer service. I am not sure what the cleaners side of things are like but for alterations it is a no go. I should have just drove the extra distance and went somewhere else.
