Now not all experiences might be equal but Lian has made my yoga journey vey accessible to my needs, no matter what level you may be this studio caters to personal goals. There are no mirrors which I love and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting when you walk (also warm given it's heated!). If you are looking for a challenge she will make you sweat. I love two of the more intense barre instructors' classes. The instructors, both Gloria and Heather, know how to make an intense yet doable workout for girls of all shapes and sizes. I like the atmosphere a lot of Zenya because it is relaxing and non competitive as sometimes other workout classes can feel. I always feel comfortable working out here and always leave feeling like I've got in a good sweat. Why I rated this a 4 instead of 5 star is because they changed the barre classes to a different room. The floors are harder (and not as good looking as the bamboo floor in the previous room) there's no water fountain, and it's overall not as inviting and relaxing as the other studio room. I would recommend their barre classes to anyone who is looking to shed pounds or just keep in shape... and I often to recommend this place to friends and family.

I got tired of them rescheduling my appointments so | contacted Groupon for a refund. When Groupon reached out to this service provider requesting authorization for a refund, the owner (Cortney Cunningham) declined the refund request. She blatantly lied and said that her records show three missed appointments and the therapist traveled over an hour each time for the sessions. This scam artist flipped it and said I was a no show for my appointments. I have all the emails and texts to prove that she is a liar!!! Karma is real. You will reap what you sow.

The first time I tried barre I went in thinking it was going to be easy but it's sneakily hard working out muscles you didn't even know you can work out. I brought my fiancé in who was surprised too! The more you do it, the more you can really focus on those small muscles so every class, no matter your level, makes you stronger. There are different formats that rotate through the schedule. The instructors are very helpful in correcting form, providing alternates if needed, & motivating you. Every class is judgement free with people of all different fitness levels ranging from those extra challenges to others doing the alternates due to recovery/limitations/etc. I've also ~accidentally~ done solo classes that was still very fun, motivating, & surprisingly not as awkward as you would think it would be I think I've done the most classes with Jade, Jillian, & Leslie but all the instructors are awesome. Something that I think stands out about PBNN specifically are the staff & events. I usually just do my workout & leave but the staff always greets you & makes you feel welcome. They all take the effort to learn everyone's names & it's always nice having conversations between/after classes. They also make sure to celebrate your class milestones (i.e. 10/50/100/etc). The studio also does a good amount of events including Book Club at the barre & a variety of classes at other locations in the area, which is fun to invite friends to come with.
