The wrap also could have been helped by having some more flavors/veggies or something as even though the sauce and chicken were good, it was overall pretty bland. That said, I'm excited about their food and I want to give them another try when they're not having to serve as an on site caterer without their proper truck.

The super friendly clerk explained the business is owned by a couple who relocated to WI from HI during the pandemic. That explains the legit options. Nothing fancy, just your choice of traditional poke poke and toppings, but with the build your own flexibility you can eat here for a long time without having the same bowl twice. Definitely worth checking out. There is no seating in this small spot, but the riverfront is nearby and there are picnic tables for when the weather is nice.
