I have never been here before, and I am thrilled to know this wonderful restaurant exists in West Chester! I ordered the hula bowl with brown rice, shrimp, and much more and it was delicious and huge! Also very affordable for the excellent fresh seafood. Randomly visited Poke Bros after the gym with my boyfriend. I preordered our meals for a 3:15pm pick up at the gym but when we arrived it wasn't ready. We arrived around 3:30pm. The employee said there was no order even though I had already ordered and paid. Eventually, he found it and he made the order (quickly) so that wasn't a problem. I got the spicy salmon poke bowl and he got a chicken one. The poke was pretty decent. I have to admit, living in NY I was spoiled at the quality and taste of poke so I'm a little picky. Since I am a big sushi fan I always wanted to try a poke bowl and recently ran into this establishment while visiting friends in the West Chester area. Fortunately I went in the middle of the day and there was only one table so I was able to take my time to deeply look into the menu. The regular menu is not to varied but they do have make your own which is perfect. I made my own bowl where I selected sushi rice, cucumbers, seaweed salad, corns, SPICY TUNA and some crunchy toppings. Let me tell you this was a LOT of food serving was huge which I was totally not expecting. The food was very fresh and not too spicy.
