I was in Exton and in the mood for Asian cuisine. I wanted something different than my usual place. I decided to try Wasabi5. I arrived at the beginning of the dinner hours, so I was the only one in the restaurant.....but not for long. People started piling in and it looked as if Wasabi5 had a robust take out crowd as well. I started with an appetizer of an egg roll and fried dumplings. The egg roll was very tasty and really Iiked the fusion of the sweet sauce and hot mustard dip. The dumplings were also tasy, particularly the soy dipping sauce had an amazing taste to it. The General Tso Chicken was white meat, which Is the standard (I always ask) was tasty, but a little too crispy. The broccoli was good and the hot peppers were different than I've seen in General Tso, but they were HOT! The fried rice (small upcharge) was the best I've had in quite some time. The orange with a toothpick was a nice ending touch. Sounds like a 5-Star experience....but here's why Wasabi5 is a 4-Star. Pepsi products. Although Coke is a personal preference, I think both Coke and Pepsi should be offered if you are serving in cans. Poland Spring Water is good, but 12 oz bottles for almost $3 each is a fleecing - offer large Fiji bottles and charge $5 per. The General Tso dinner entree was pricey as there was not an accompaniment of soup, egg roll, or salad. However, the portion seemed adequate. The server was nice, but as the dining room became more crowded, the attention to tables became a little more infrequent. This is not a deal killer, but a "pay by phone" QR would be a nice touch as it would free up servers for more service rather than processing payments. Based on the value of the entire meal...I believe that it was about $6-$7 more than what I thought to be true value. A bit more pricey. The server told me that Wasabi5 has only been open for about 6 months. Although this was a 4-star experience for me, I would return.

Yellow tail sushi , salmon sashimi, out of control roll, green river roll and Alaska roll.

Consistent 7.5 every time. I'm amazed at how many dishes that they can make so well. Never had a bad experience here.

The seasoning on the cauliflower was much more prominent. The area had plenty of parking so you never have to worry about finding parking. In terms of seating, they do not have a lot of seating that is viable. You have one table that's position right at the door. One table that is right in front of the napkins and between the pick up and the sodas. One table that is a bit too close to the bathrooms. That means there are basically 3 tables that are the most viable to use that are left. When we went, they were obviously the only tables taken. I had this place in downtown Philadelphia in 2021 and wanted to try this place again. When I saw this, I wanted to try it. I guess second time around, it didnt wow me as much as the first time around.

The best recommendations: edamame dumplings, grapefruit lychee martini, scallop & risotto entree, mushroom pad Thai, and the cheesecake. The sushi was extremely fresh and delicious! We ordered many different rolls-- All great. The Pink Lady roll (special) was delicious. Adding a jalapeño inside would have been the perfect balance with the mango. I ordered the shrimp & beef entree, which was marked as spicy but not spicy at all. I wish it had more flavor, but the vegetables stole the show. Would come back!

The food is consistently impressive. Sushi is fresh and beautifully presented, and the menu offers a nice balance of creative Asian fusion dishes with familiar crowd-pleasers. The Peking duck and lobster fried rice are delicious, and the cocktails are equally well-crafted. Service is generally very good. It can get busy, and sometimes things move a bit slower than you'd expect given the price point. Speaking of price, it's definitely on the higher end, but the quality and atmosphere usually make it feel worth the splurge. Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or when you want something a little more upscale than the usual Main Line options. Nectar doesn't disappoint.

The restaurant is clean and nicely maintained, and I liked the cool ambiance. We started with pan-fried pork and chicken dumplings. They were the perfect texture and temperature and the sauce was good. I only tried one of the pork dumplings, which by itself lacked flavor. I enjoyed the delicious Tom Kha Gai soup -- best part of my meal. I ordered the Red Hot Roll, which was beautifully presented but was just OK. It was not spicy at all and had a weird aftertaste. I couldn't put my finger on it: I thought it was the wasabi or avocado, but it still tasted funny without them. It was disappointing. The teens had Crunchy Spicy Tuna Rolls, which they liked but also noticed a subtly odd flavor. They finished with tempura fried ice creams (one vanilla, one chocolate) and I had a green tea ice cream. No issues there. Service was satisfactory. Our server was attentive and accurate, and our water glasses stayed filled. Overall, it was average -- not bad, but nothing special. I would probably not return.
