Very good portions and delicious. Our waiter was new but he did an excellent job... I'll be going back soon to try something else on their menu... I have seen their Saint Patrick's Day menu with all the Irish specials that look delicious... I just wish they offered those specials all year round since they are an Irish pub...

Everything was chopped evenly and broiled to perfection. I did get a decent amount of clam. The description says bacon but I'm glad it wasn't big pieces of crispy bacon. It almost seemed like pancetta. I wish I took a picture. They are a little greasy so I'm not sure why they serve them with a side of butter. I think that's a waste. I ordered the Reuben for my entree and upgraded from chips to potato salad. This was an amazing choice. One of the best Reubens I've had in awhile. I was nervous at first seeing the thick bread but it all came together. It wasn't greasy at all. The corned beef was crispy which made it easier to bite. Who hates trying to bite through tough corned beef???? The amount of sauerkraut was perfect. One half of my sandwich had the perfect amount of dressing. The other half was dry. I usually ask for a side of dressing but didn't this time. I am so glad I upgraded to potato salad. It's only $1 extra and I highly recommend. This reminded me of my family recipe. This sandwich comes with chips and I'm not sure what that means. I'm not a huge potato chip person.

But the service that is amazing and all the smiling staff here make up for anything that I don't see on the menu. The place is really well put together and is a very handsome bar it's mostly very wooden and heavy duty. The ambience is something for everyone on the TV or you can just chitchat. They even have this little side room that is nice but beware and bring a coat or a sweater cause it does get chilly in there. They're always seems like a really great group of people there and our favorite waitress is KB/Kristen. She is truly amazing and very attentive, but not annoying. We love their chicken fajitas and steak fajitas, the Cheesesteaks are delish! But My Newest Favorite for the Moment..... is the "We Jammin Burger". It has bacon onion Jam on it and it is amazing! I didn't think that I would like it as Much as I do! But I Realllllllly Do! I'm not really a burger fan... like my husband Is, But THIS BURGER..... has been a Game changer for Me. Warning: Make room in your fridge... because You will definitely bring leftovers home. This meal can feed a family of 4 Easily!! Their Cajun quesadilla is delicious and it does have a nice little zing. Their traditional wings are amazing and their beef stew is delicious and very hearty. We have tried many of their specialties. The Hail Mary is a delicious Caesar salad on top of chicken cutlets and their Broccoli Chicken Cheesesteak is amazing. I recommend you get it pressed on the grill and that way it won't fall out as you bite each delicious bite. I would say 80 to 90% of the visits that we have had at this amazing establishment. We always bring home leftovers. So be aware that you were going to have lunch for tomorrow. You will get to the point where you will just think of something to eat that they have on their menu and your mouth will just start to drool. We definitely recommend going. I'm not a huge drinker so I really can't say much as for their drinks but everyone there seems very happy and the portions are huge. I definitely say try it, what's the worst that happens you have leftovers for the next day or two lol It is my husband and my favorite new place that's been around forever Hey, maybe we'll see you there

Walking in it was lively in the bar area because they were having a trivia night where you can win gift cards. They also have other daily events and happy hours which was great to know. We were immediately seated and our server arrived a few minutes later which was nice bc it gave us time to peek at the menu which is extensive but it was really fun because it's an actual little newspaper which was cute. We ordered the crab dip and a mango martini for me and a blood orange margarita for him of which all three were really good! So much crab dip that we took 1/2 home. And the bread and veggies they serve it with both hit! Entree wise we both ordered items we felt would tell us all we needed to know regarding whether or not they were a legit seafood restaurant - a fried shrimp basket and a broiled combo platter .... BOTH AMAZING! The fried shrimp were MASSIVE and the broiled platter was well seasoned and cooked wonderfully. We had no room for dessert but the menu sounded great. Oh our server was also wonderful! I wish I remembered her name, but she was a tall, blonde young lady with a great sense of humor. So glad our original dinner plans fell through and we finally wound up here - we will be back!

I asked the server to help me choose, and she recommended the baked cod with ritz cracker crust. I remember having this type of preparation at Charlie Brown's back in the day, which was formerly in this space. we chose salads & baked potatoes as our sides, and the salads were substantial and fresh.warm rolls with butter came alongside. after a nice interval, entrees arrived piping hot and the baked potatoes were perfect. my husband got seafood au gratin which was delectable. my cod was delicious- buttery crispy topping and succulent fish. we were too full for dessert but they looked good. service was efficient and helpful, even with a busy room.

Right away, when walking in, we were greeted with delicious looking dessert options and welcoming faces. We were seated nicely next to the decorated window, and our waiter was quick with our orders. My crab and scallop penne pasta with Alfredo sauce was delicious, with seasoned bread crumbs on top. The Alfredo sauce sadly did overpower the dish, and there just was not enough crab to come through. Some bread on the side would have been a treat to soak up all the sauce and bits of crab. The eggplant parmigiana had many layers of tasty eggplant and their flavorful sauce. I am glad we ordered the fries on the side, because they came seasoned and went perfectly with both meals. We decided to take our desserts home with us, and the limoncello was our standout favorite. There were many other options on their dessert menu that we were debating between, and we will have to stop by for more later for sure. Between the welcoming staff, relaxing live music, and well prepared plates, Robin's Nest Restaurant delivers a charming dining experience that stands out.

There's a large parking lot across the street which makes for ease of access and there's also on street parking. My typical brunch booze is mimosas or espresso martinis but since they had quite an impressive and well thought out boozy brunch menu I opted for non traditional martinis that just made sense given the weather and warmth inside - French Toast Martini & a Rice Pudding Martini. Both a 10/10! Flavorful, strong and mighty and fun! We wanted to try a few things for our entrees so we decided to share the Quiche du Jour, Shrimp & Crab Grits, Turkey Chili and a Side of Bacon. When I tell you that this food didn't miss on a single thing ... literally SLAMMING! We ate until we couldn't eat anymore, ok I lied, we ate until there was just enough room for dessert lol because I had to order the Lemon Bar ... HOMERUN!!!! Seriously not a single thing that could've been better with the entire meal! Our server was also friendly and really thorough too which made for a dare I say it, 5 STAR RATING!!! We're definitely coming back and will bring friends and family when in town bc it's just that dang good :)

This location is tucked behind an Applebees and a Comfort Inn so it's not easy to spot from the road but the signage was good. I tried to order on the app ahead of time but the app kept crashing so I trucked on in and placed my order with an employee. The family meal we went with was Garlic Steak Tips + Buttermilk Tenders, 2 large family sides and biscuits. All for about $60 ... and it definitely can feed 4 and maybe 5 people so in my eyes it's a bargain. Wait time for the food was pretty long but I didn't blame the staff because they literally had 2 bus loads of tourists pull up right after I walked in and they were slammed. They were very apologetic and offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited ... and while I waited I of course perused their "country store" and found myself purchasing a cast iron skillet with associated scrubber, a strawberry Charleston Chew and an bottled Verners Gingerale which I haven't had since last in Detroit. The tenders were really good but really thin and the steak tenders were decent but a little overcooked. The turnip greens were the star and the pintos were decent. Oh and the biscuits ... we literally received a dozen lol and they were ok too. We'll more than likely try a different family meal in the near future or pop back in to dine in.
