I was recommended by a friend who also loves poke to check this place out. Fresh ingrediencies with decent serving sizes of fish at a great price- Large bowel, 3 proteins with all the standard fixings at $16.00. The (presumed) owner was very nice and asked it was my first time coming here. The interior is spacious and welcoming for people to sit and hangout. I highly recommend coming here if you are craving poke! I will be returning soon!

I love this place. $18 large bowl isn't cheap, but totally worth it. I am trying to keep myself to once every two weeks, otherwise I would happily go every day. If you like poke bowls. Here it is. Warm brown or white rice and everything else you would want. read more

In comparison to PokeLand in Redding... $18 for Regular (2 scoops) = 1/2 cup protein $23 for Large (3 scoops) = 3/4 cup protein The customer service is not ok, the guy with the tattoo on his neck hates his job. My 1st visit and I probably won't be back anytime soon. Nothing wrong with the food, it's hard to mess up placing raw ingredients in a bowl. It just feels way over priced; 1/2 cup protein for $18 is a little much especially for the dark & dingy location. I asked which of the sauces were spicy beside spicy mayo, he just shrugged his shoulders and mumbled something. It was very uncomfortable just placing my order, like I was bothering him by ordering. The guy literally just squirt a bunch of sauce all over the top of my finished order. Had to ask him for nori and won ton. He acted like I was putting him out for asking. At least the place in Redding makes an effort and tosses your protein in the sauce. This place literally gives zero shits about service and charges a premium for a meal containing minimal protein. Great poke in southern Oregon, what a treat! I'm from the Bay area and we have a lot of poke places there, but this is the first one that I've seen in Southern Oregon and it's terrific. The Large has three different proteins, lots of extra fixings and veggies to try and enjoy. definitely a healthy lunch or dinner for something different in southern Oregon! read more

I moved to Oregon from the Bay Area just when the poke bowl started to get popular. Very surprised they haven't taken off up here, especially on the coast. Was not disappointed by this establishment. Went mid afternoon & restaurant was clean & empty due to off hour. Lucky for me as I was able to look at everything before choosing what I wanted. Server was a bit stiff, tried to get a smile out of him! Got to go as I had my dog with me & no outside tables. Went to a nearby park & dove in! read more

Used to be R & Ds sandwiches sad to see it go but have been very happy with Poke-Hanna. Have been 3 times and made different bowls each time. Regular is big enough and all ingredients are very fresh! Even have shrimp and chicken for non sushi lovers ! read more

I cannot tell you enough how amazing this place is. It really is a hidden gem. We go around 3 times a month, and I never had one complaint. I love poke and someone brought this to me as a surprise so I have no idea what sauce or anything but omg I was so confused by these flavors it was super oily and wet just really gross sauces the octopus which is typically my favorite at other places was so gooey and fatty remined me of flem. Ew! But thankfully the person who brought me the meal was nice enough to share theirs with me which was a simple chicken bowl with I think spicy Mayo this bowl was edible and didn't upset me so that's why I've given two stars. I'd be willing to try again just not anything that was in my bowl. Lol yuck. read more

SOOOOO HAPPY we got a Poke in Medford!!!! And this place doesn't disappoint! Been here twice since they opened, and wish I could eat here every meal! I'm in heaven! Fresh ingredients, amazing fresh fish, and great portions! Only downside, only open 11am-4pm Tuesday-Saturday. This place has fresh, delicious poke bowls. I always build my own and there are so many options but so far my favorite is the shoyu tuna. Prices are more than reasonable and the ingredients are quality. Don't let the location scare you away. The food is worth it. I wish they were open for dinner. Stop in for lunch and you won't be disappointed. Most definitely one of my favorite place to eat. read more

We tried this Poke Bar twice and the food has been fresh and tasty. It is sort of a build your own Poke bowl bar. I recommend the Pacific Special. We have a place in Honolulu across from Foodland Ala Moana which is consistently voted best poke in Honolulu and this place is just as tasty. read more

We LOVE Poke-Hana and eat there regularly (x3/ month). We've only ordered the 2 protein build-your-own bowls for $14, the employees are always generous with their servings and they end up weighing at least 2 lbs by the time we've finished picking out all of the toppings we want. Our only wish is that their hours of operation were longer, but we have no other complaints. To the owners- thank you so much for finally opening up a poke spot! You guys rock! read more

We are so grateful that a poke place opened up in Medford and it completely opened exceeded our expectations! The fish is always super fresh, the price is reasonable for the regular bowl (no joke, it's like 2.5lbs of food!) and the gentleman who owns the restaurant is so sweet. Poke Hana is a rare gem in Medford. Their food is amazing, so many choices to build your bowl from and spam musubi too! Reminds me of a little poke place on the beach we used to go to when we visited Maui. We usually get food to go but actually ate there last week and it was great, quiet and comfortable spot for lunch. They make your bowl really quick too! read more

My recommendation is:…read more Yes, if you've stopped by every "New American" eatery in Ashland and want to relive your youthful visit to the Philippines and can't find any other place. No, if you're expecting perfect execution of the classics. Half of what you'd eat here, is more along the lines of "Pinoy-inspired". If you go here, be aware: - There is no fish sauce on the table - There is no vinegar chili sauce on the table - There is no salt on the table - A lot of the dishes here are missing many, many traditional ingredients. Many of which can be pre-stocked ahead of time or grown locally, so there shouldn't be a good reason why these dishes shouldn't have at least 50% of the base requirements. Adobo Chicken Seasoned and fairly traditional tasing with a good bit of seasoning and flavor. IMO lacking some tanginess, but that's a family style preference and can change from place to place. Green Mango Salad Has all the ingredients of a green mango salad but lacks the most important ingredient; shrimp paste and a pinch of salt. Kare-Kare Avoid this dish. I ordered this because one of the first photos showed shank bones (shank or flank is used as an acceptable replacement for what is traditionally Ox tail), so I was fully expecting something of that nature, especially considering shank is plentiful in this area. The meat added was very dry slices. The base lacked salt and fat during the cooking process, so it came out very bland. The string beans were boiled (again without any salt). String beans in this dish are traditionally served fresh, or if you cook them, you cook them in the broth, and/or pre cook them with some type of sodium on a pan and thrown into the pot. And because the base lacked fat that would have come from shank or ox tails, the base really suffered. Another missing ingredient was shrimp paste, and braised eggplant. Very disappointing. Sinigang Don't order this. This dish tased like water with a little bit of tamarind powder. This dish is missing so many ingredients: Taro root, okra, chili, fish sauce, fresh tamarind, water spinach. Powder is fine but it's missing so much that makes this dish unique and flavorful. Also note that this place is on the pricier side, so not getting the basics right hurt a little more than just the wallet.
