They are under new management, which means things just got more expensive. I tried to call and place an order ahead but the girl said to place it via grub hub or Yelp, which means it's more expensive. While the staff is very nice - one guy didn't understand English and they up charge you for everything!

So upsetting I placed an order Sunday night and Monday morning no attempt to call to notify that they were unable to fulfill my order. Sunday I drove to their location (15 minutes drive from my house) to arrive and see that they are closed but still allowing online order. When I called to ask about my order they wanted to just create the order and have me pick it up as if there was no error completed on there end. My order was $44 dollars. Has nothing to do with price but the customer service. There was no apology from there staff for the inconvenience

This is by far the worst poke I have ever had, and possibly the worst restaurant food I've had in my life. First, I immediately could tell something was off when I saw that all ingredients were mixed together, and topped with a strange red sauce that I've never seen on poke. It tasted like tomato sauce and was an awful flavor. Next, the rice is not sushi/poke rice. It is more similar to rice you might find on grocery store shelves or in Indian food. But the worst thing of all was the fish itself. Rather than being sushi-grade, fresh fish, this was essentially just cut up pieces of raw fish, to the extent where the skin was still on the pieces of salmon. The fish and other ingredients were also partly frozen, which made things even worse. It was truly disgusting. I see that a lot of the positive reviews come from people who admittedly do not have much experience with poke or don't typically like raw fish. If you are a person who has any sense of taste for sushi/poke and have had good poke in the past, I promise that you will hate this. All told, this can barely be called poke. It is more a mash of terrible food (the picture speaks for itself, this is not how good poke looks). I'm usually pretty forgiving when it comes to food, but this really was some of the worst I've ever had, and I had to throw it out after one bite. Oh, I just remembered I had a terrible miso soup that I threw out as well. Avoid at all costs

Straight fire loved it. Definitely would recommend.

They serve Diet Coke On occasion I'll stray from my usual kibbles 'n bits and desire a big 'ol bowl of slop. And they make good slop here Kinda imagine what a fancy influencer cat would mukbang. Good fishie, rice an sauce all thrown together right in front of yah in the bowl Music is bumping inside, whoever's got the aux deserves a raise The server also gave us bottled water on the house, we must've looked haggard but immensely appreciative

Thankfully, on a weekday, it was pretty easy! When I arrived, it was pretty busy with other customers also having the same idea as me, trying to get an acai bowl or smoothie to cool down from the heat. Despite how busy they were, my smoothie was made promptly. The service was also very friendly. I got the Ubatuba Smoothie with almond butter added in. It was very fruity and tasted tropical with the nuttiness of the almond butter coming through. It also added a nice richness and denseness to the drink and filled me up so I didn't have a need for dinner! The drink was very smooth and well blended. It was refreshing and cooling and gave me the energy I needed to get me through the rest of the day! The ambiance was nice and there were tables available inside and outside. The seating wasn't the most comfortable, but it was good for a quick relaxing moment to indulge in a drink and escape the heat! I will definitely be back to try more of their smoothies!

I had questions about the parking lot since it seemed territorial with neighboring businesses having signs posted for only their customers. I was fortunate to find the only vacant spot that didn't seem to have one of those reserved signs, but I was still nervous since my spot was in between two reserved spots. All that said, the gal behind the counter helped put my mind at ease with where I parked. I ordered the Crunchy Taco Salad made with jackfruit, butter lettuce, black beans, red onion, guacamole, and tomato. It was topped with a tasty vegan dill ranch dressing, and tortilla clips. This was delicious! However, I was expecting the portion to be larger due to the $18 price tag. I get it though...quality ingredients, staff wages, and probably a high rent in this strip mall on Ventura likely justifies the cost. That said, this yummy salad was actually quite filling! https://yelp.to/AC6CzGawRJ The atmosphere is clean, bright, minimal tables/chairs which was just enough for the amount of customers there at the time. Though I'd likely not spend $18 on a small salad again, I didn't regret it either. I was hungry and had a 2-hr commute in traffic ahead of me. The Harvest Bar was a peaceful stop that prevented me from feeling hangry on the road.

I asked for cinnamon on top, something I've requested many times before without any issue, including having it added on the side when needed. This time I was told it wasn't possible due to company policy, and when I asked if it could at least go on the side instead, I was told no again, with a comment about cameras watching. I was happy to pay for cinnamon it but she refused. The employee told me she was the manager, which was surprising since I hadn't seen her before and have never had this kind of experience at this location. I've worked as a restaurant manager myself, so I know how these policies typically work, and this felt more personal than an actual requirement. This was an inconsistent and needlessly rigid application of one, especially for a request as small as a sprinkle of cinnamon that had been accommodated before. I'd expect a manager, of all people, to go above and beyond for a longtime customer, not make a small request feel like a confrontation. As someone who tips and comes back often, I'd appreciate some clarity from management on what the actual policy is, and a little more flexibility for something like adding cinnamon to my bowl. I'd love to keep coming back, please have this issue addressed.T
