I gave a good review last month and since then my order has been wrong 3 times. I order online and pickup. Maybe I should just go there and watch them make it? This is the 3d time that the extra crab I asked to add was ignored. However today was the worst of the 3. I asked for mixed greens, instead it came with greens and white rice...I did not ask for the rice. I asked for extra poke sauce and hardly had any added to my dish at all, and of course the extra crab was missing, this was an extra charge...that's 3 times I was charged for extra crab and never received. In addition, my bowl today was 1/2 filled - even with the white rice I did not want. This place is too expensive not to get the order correct - I even add a 20% tip with my order each time, I guess that does not matter? read more

We were surprised how good this place was going to be. We'll be coming back soon. I like the option of building your own with an option of 2 or 3 proteins. Their sashimi quality is good, the only one I didn't like as much was their spicy salmon. It wasn't spicy. I was skeptical at the quality of their rice but it tasted like average sushi grade rice which is good enough to be complemented by the sashimi. You can easily pack so much into a bowl due to the variety of toppings over the rice and get to many flavors kicking in. Id recommend more of a simple selection by only selecting one sauce and max of 2-3 toppings in addition to the sashimi so that I can taste more of the sashimi. We also tried their Green tea latte drink with Boba. The boba was slightly overcooked but what surprised us was how floral the tea tastes which was very refreshing. read more

I love this place for lunch it's great quality and you get a good portion of food, I usually have leftovers. You get to pick and customize the poke and the options are really good, cooked, raw and vegetarian. I love the spicy salmon, edamame, seaweed salad and then the Hawaiian sauce on top. Rice was way too warm but should be cooler and bc of the warmth, the rice soaked up all the sauce which made clumps of rice and sauce which led to uneven sauce distribution. I ordered here a few times before they closed due to COVID-19, and never had an issue. They recently reopened, and today I ordered two smoothies. Mango banana, and mixed berry. Both of the smoothies were very watered down, and the mango banana smoothie was all banana and no mango! I called to let the staff know, and the lady on the phone simply replied, "Awww." without so much as an apology. If i'm paying $6 for a smoothie, I'd appreciate all the ingredients in my smoothie. My first poke bowl! I was excited, but a little underwhelmed at the actual experience. I got the poke signature. The good: You get a sizable bowl of food; I literally couldn't finish all the fish. The ingredients seemed to be fresh, well cut, and of high quality. The counter staff were nice. On the bad side, I found my bowl surprisingly tasteless, and I couldn't discern or even see the poke sauce. I'm not the type to add soy sauce or anything additional to my sushi, for instance, but my bowl really needed dressing of some type, something to tie the ingredients together (or perhaps poke is typically served unseasoned, I'm new to it.) Bowls and drinks for two will also set you back over $30, so it's not cheap, but again, you do get a big bowl for your money. I'm looking forward to trying a different bowl on a return trip. read more

I think you got a lot of value in your bowl and I appreciated having zucchini noodles instead of always getting salad. I go here at least once a week lol They have the best boba, although they could maybe fix the design of the cup to have the straw hole at the top rather than on an angle, cause when it's overflowed it sometimes spills. My office orders from Poke Time at least once a month. Today we placed an order and it never arrived. Upon calling them several times, we learned that they delivered our order to the hotel next door. I asked them to send fresh food and they said they would because I didn't want food that could have potentially been tampered with. The girl on the phone actually laughed at me like I was being ridiculous for wanting fresh food that I paid for. She eventually agreed. But it arrived way too quickly. I called the hotel and found out that they picked up the food that had been sitting for more than 45 minutes and delivered it to us. This is raw fish people.
