    Pick 2 custom poke bowl

Poke Zone has been a favorite of mine and everyone I've taken there for years now! It's always quick and delicious every time. I have a go-to order now that I could seriously eat everyday and never get tired of. It's a tiny place, so not the most pleasurable dine-in experience, but I usually get take-out anyway.

Super tasty and fresh but small portions for the price. Other poke places give more. Id order from here again but portions are disappointing. Staff was friendly

We order from here frequently. They have something for everyone. We like the sushi, the ramen with pork belly, poke bowls, pork gyoza and calamari. The bubble tea is also pretty good. Prices are reasonable, delivery is generally pretty quick an the quality is good.

Just Unimpressed. My biggest thumbs down is that the spicy salmon is ground up and mushy like it is usually prepared for sushi, even for poke bowls. I couldnt really tell the quality of the fish, and it made it hard to get multiple flavors per bite since it was either all fish or all rice since it didnt mix well. The vegetables were fresh, and the scoops of crunchy toppings were generous. The soict mayo was jot very flavorful.

This is my favorite poke place in the area. I come here about three maybe four times a month. I highly recommend Poke Zone. I always create my bowl with three proteins and a blossom salmon.

Yum yum yum!! Absolutely amazing poke bowls. Love how your base doesn't have to be rice. For a lighter lunch, I chose to get mixed greens as my base. However, I craved and ordered a sushi roll on the side too. Totally worth it though Very fresh fruits and veggies for your toppings. The crew that works here is amazing! They made delicious recommendations that made my poke bowl filling, nutritious, and tasty! This location is also on delivery apps, but the vibe inside the resturant is definitely one you don't want to miss !

My absolute favorite sushi place in NJ. You can build your roll exactly as you want it from the wrap type, rice inside or outside, the toppings, what you want inside, sauce... you name it! You can literally customize it exactly as you like sushi and the fish will be incredibly fresh and delicious. All for $15. You can't beat that. If you're still unhappy, then maybe you are picky lol Oh and did I mention they have bubble tea? What more can you want?? They have solid appetizers and main dishes too. Very friendly people. A winner in all sense!

Overall an excellent experience. Everything was really tasty! I made my own 3 protein poke bowl with tuna, salmon, and spicy crab, mango, avocado, fried onions, bonito flakes, poke sauce, rice, and seaweed salad. Was surprised when the waitress told us about the extra special roll you get with a purchase over $30. It wasn't a full roll, probably a half roll (appetizer size) we got the volcano roll. The full sized rolls we got were fairy tail and star river. All yummy and fresh. The mango was perfectly sweet, sometimes sushi places serve unripe mango. My only gripe would be the shrimp tempura app only had 2 pieces of shrimp and some fried sweet potato and onion slices for $8 - would expect more shrimp for 8 bucks. They were tasty though. Service was fast and attentive, restaurant clean and bright. It was not very busy on the Monday of Memorial Day at dinnertime. They say they deliver to some areas. Too bad the website says they don't deliver to my town even though it's the next town over...very few good places deliver around here! Would eat here again.

My family and I have been obsessed with Poke Zone for years! This spot is great for both dine in and takeout, and has never let me down. I usually build my own Poke Bowl, where you have the option of picking 2 or 3 proteins (not a big price difference between the two). The poke tastes super fresh and all the ingredients are fantastic. I also love their milk teas - especially the Taro and Almond Milk. Delicious and reliable!

This place was good. Not great but good. I ordered the build your own poke bowl and the spicy miso ramen. Poke bowl- i ordered spicy tuna, yellow tail, over sushi rice. I feel like the fish pieces were too small. So small it was like mushy and it made the texture weird. I expected cubes of fish which it how it is traditionally. The ingredients were super fresh though. I chose the poke sauce and the entire bowl was super saturated. To the point where my rice was swimming. Spicy miso ramen- the stock was good. I was not a fan of the noodles as they tasted almost plasticky to me. That pork belly on top was really good. I feel like the stock needed a bit more seasoning to compensate for the lack of on the toppings that came in the ramen.

Poke Zone NEVER fails me. The food always tastes so fresh and I appreciate the variety of protein options. This right here is a build your own bowl with shrimp and spicy crab meat with edamame and mango and pineapple. And what's a poke bowl without some sushi rice?? Absolutely fab. Must try

I've never been IN their restaurant but I've always ordered via GrubHub to my job and the food is amazing! I either get my miso ramen with tofu on it, or the build your own 2 protein poke bowl and double up on the yellowfin tuna. Highly recommend!

Create your own sushi roll. Salon avocado cucumber cream cheese. All deep fried.

For lunch, I tried the shoyu ramen with a soft boiled egg and side of spicy oil. The broth was light and flavorful. The chashu was very tender and seared nicely. The shoyu came with straight noodles instead of wavy, but it was still good. The bowl had menma, as well as red and green onions. I enjoyed the bowl so much, we went back for dinner the same day. For dinner, I tried the shio ramen, which was basically the same thing, but with a sea salt tare instead of soy sauce. I also got wavy noodles this time and I definitely prefer the wavy noodles. Once again, it came with red and green onion, which i think is a bit overpowering. I would get just green onion next time. The family/couple sets seem to be a great deal. I would definitely return.

Speaking of the food, let's get into it. Mango Avocado Roll: Refreshing and Delicious. This was a great appetizer to my poke bowl. Oasis Poke Bowl: This was deliciously refreshing as well, however it doesn't come with any sauce. I asked for a side of teriyaki which made everything better; elevated the entire bowl. Surf N Turf: I will order this moving forward as my go-to roll. The beef was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the salmon. This roll itself filled me up, I thought I was going to order something else but I was done after that. Salmon and Shrimp Teriyaki: My partner gets this each time and I am always so excited to throw my fork into his plate. The teriyaki sauce here is so tasty, I want to put it on everything! The salmon and shrimp are also cooked super well, no chewiness here. Great amount of crisp on the salmon, the way it slides onto the fork is beautiful to watch. Vegetable Gyoza: The star of the show!! Best appetizer they have truly. I was so sad when there was no more. But thankful to have been able to experience such a great starter. Sweet Potato Roll: (Not pictured) The roll was ok, I liked it but felt like it was missing something. Maybe I would have liked it if it was Korean sweet potatoes. I won't order again because the menu is so extensive I can't limit myself to something I thought was ok. (4/5) Overall, Shokudo is a fantastic place to eat. It's truly an experience. The music is amazing and not overbearing, the ambiance is beautiful and there's multiple conversation pieces. What I love about looking at the items in the restaurant is how they go from traditional to contemporary. The servers were the sweetest, they all were extremely hospitable. All I can say is, I'll be back and if you go... you may see me there.

Even though they were very thin wonton wrappers with a smaller amount of filling, they tasted consistent with other shrimp wontons from past restaurants, accompanied by Menma Bamboo, Scallions, and Egg. The Hawaiian style shaved ice and home-made ice cream are top notch. The ice cream is rich and delicious, with some unique flavors, and the shaved ice is very fine - fluffy and evenly slushy in texture and sweetness, unlike the inferior versions where you run into bland chips of ice. The toppings are yum too. The ramen noodles are springy, settled in a savory light broth. For a non-prestige grade ramen, I have no complaints. I also want to acknowledge the lovely hospitality. My child was in a tantrum-y mood and went to sulk by himself in a corner. Seeing the pouty little grump in a small fit, the girls at the counter coaxed him over with ice cream and stickers, which he of course eagerly accepted, pleased by the attention and confection, and was soon back to his endearing self. We walked past it 3 times and when we finally left they decided to shine a light with the logo on the floor. When walking in it's more of a lounge than a true restaurant so prepare for that. You will sit right next to people which isn't my preference but it was fine. We started off with the cucumber salad which was excellent. Just wish there was more cucumber than other veggies they put in it. We then got the Cacio e Pepe Gyoza which was the star of the show. It's was unbelievably good. We followed that up with the calamari which was also extremely good and finished our apps with the Chicken Bao buns that were delicious. My friend got the carbonara dinner and honestly I don't get all the hype. Honestly I thought it did not taste good at all. I had one bite and that was enough. I wasn't sure what it exactly was that made it unappetizing but it just wasn't great for the amount of hype social media gives it. The presentation was beautiful for pictures but the taste wasn't there at all. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen which was very tasty. Only problem was it was about 110 degrees in the restaurant which made hot ramen a lot less enjoyable. The beef that they also put in it didn't taste like much just a piece a beef so that was a little underwhelming. Service was very nice, it just seemed they struggled tending to each table consistently, not sure if they were short staffed or just extremely busy because it was a Friday night. Nonetheless everyone was super friendly and tending to our needs eventually. Overall, I'd say the appetizers were the star of the show. I thought all were delicious. Entrees were a little underwhelming though my ramen was delicious, it was just extremely hot in the restaurant for some reason. Staff were good and price was what I expected. Great place to try but probably won't go back. I shouldn't leave a place sweating after a date night. I think social media hypes the place up too much but it is good just not great.
