Warning: Do not submit cards for PSA grading through Rizo…read more To be clear, I am well aware of standard PSA delays; my negative experience is entirely due to Rizo's poor communication and broken processes. I submitted my cards in January, they were picked up from PSA in May by a Rizo representative and now cannot be located by anyone at Rizo. Lack of Proactive Service: In May, my cards sat on an "Accounting Hold" for two weeks. When I called to inquire, staff dismissed it as "just a payment thing" and did not reach out to PSA until I explicitly demanded they follow up. My grades were ready the very next day. Logistical Failures: My cards were shown as picked up from PSA on 5/21, and as of today 6/1 are still not available for pickup. When I've asked Rizo for the status of these cards, staff ca not provide any delivery estimate, simply telling me, "Oh, it's really random." I still have not received my graded cards, and no one at the store can tell me when I should expect to get them back. Save yourself the headache and submit your cards directly or through another LCS that cares more about transparent communication with their customers.

Unfortunately, they don't have a good selection of YGO cards, just 10-cent common cards. They have a selection of cheap Pokémon cards from 10 cents to $1. Not a bad store to go to if you need something like cards or board games but felt a little weird inside. Edit: Changed to one-star due to business response and poor customer service. Man acts like I've never stepped foot in a card shop before.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. I made a huge mistake coming…read morehere. The location felt sketchy from the start, but l ignored the red flags because I trusted them with my cards. Biggest mistake I could've made. I brought 23 cards in for cleaning. While a couple came back cleaned, 1 am convinced at least 4 of my cards were swapped out. There were no receipts, no documentation on their end, and absolutely zero accountability for what was handed over versus what was returned. The only reason I believe I got my Shadowless Blastoise back is because I had picture proof and personal records of the card before bringing it in. If I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have seen it again. The entire experience was stressful and uncomfortable. Tony acted shady throughout the process, he held onto the red cheek, Pikachu and the Misty the entire time and I thought he was going to do a good job on cleaning those two cards instead one look like it wasn't touched, and the other one looked like it was swapped because as you could see in the picture, I did not have a bend in the corner and when I mentioned my banned Misty card, he immediately offered to buy it from me. That instantly raised major red flags. To make matters worse, the pack I purchased from them appeared resealed. Between the suspicious behavior, lack of professionalism, poor record keeping, and complete lack of trustworthiness, I would strongly warn collectors to stay far away from this shop. Please do your research and read reviews before trusting any shop with valuable collectibles. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because customers should never have to worry about their cards being tampered with, swapped, or mishandled. I visited Cash Card Unlimited in Topanga Mall yesterday and witnessed a truly upsetting scene. A…read morefather, probably in his 30s or so, caused a huge commotion over a dispute about three sets of collectible cards, maybe Pokémon or as I call them Toy Cards for children. I know this because he was shouting it through the rooftops where everybody can hear him.. His behavior was completely unacceptable for the public and towards the employees!! He was shouting and using horrible vulgar language, making it impossible for anyone in the store to ignore him. It was heartbreaking to see his young son, who looked like an elementary student, caught in the middle of this embarrassing display. The poor kid was clearly mortified by his father's actions. I know I would if I was in that kids shoes. Let me take a moment to give a shout-out to JOSH and MATEO. I only knew their names because the man was yelling and demanding their names to be publicly spoken while he was screaming at them. They truly handled the situation with incredible professionalism. They tried everything to calm this guy down, even while he was filming them and demanding their names. Honestly, management owes these two an apology for the garbage they have to deal with from customers like that. It looks like he even left a review yesterday as well maybe under the name Dj R because he put their images in his post and that's pretty much what they were wearing yesterday which shows you that this person lacks credibility not only in his posting but with his public spectacle. But I am not sure, it sure looks like him based on the toy cards. If I were you, I would never trust this man's postings or reviews based upon what I saw for a simple toy cards for an immature father. I have placed a total of 4- maybe 5- online orders. And EVERY SINGLE TIME- after almost a day of waiting in some cases- I've had to call the store to find out why my order isn't ready for pick up. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I get the same reason of "we were busy" or "the order got overlooked". I have been to the location and whenever I go there's maybe a handful of people in there. Employees talking or working on store displays. So, you are telling me employees don't have 5 minutes of time to pull online orders in a small store that is open 8+ hours? This last order was the one that is making me write this review. I placed an order Sunday morning around 9:00am- BEFORE THE STORE OPENED- for 2 items that were last ones left. Low and behold just like every other time, no pickup notification all day. Called them this morning on 03/23 around 10:00am (after 24 hours of waiting again), the guy takes my information and tells me he can only find 1 of the 2 items, I specifically mentioned to him at that point, "that's because my order wasn't fulfilled on time like always". He then mentions that he will have it sent over right away from their other location so I can pick them up. His words: "I will text you about your order shortly". 5 Minutes later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. NO MORE.
