AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. I made a huge mistake coming here. The location felt sketchy from the start, but l ignored the red flags because I trusted them with my cards. Biggest mistake I could've made. I brought 23 cards in for cleaning. While a couple came back cleaned, 1 am convinced at least 4 of my cards were swapped out. There were no receipts, no documentation on their end, and absolutely zero accountability for what was handed over versus what was returned. The only reason I believe I got my Shadowless Blastoise back is because I had picture proof and personal records of the card before bringing it in. If I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have seen it again. The entire experience was stressful and uncomfortable. Tony acted shady throughout the process, he held onto the red cheek, Pikachu and the Misty the entire time and I thought he was going to do a good job on cleaning those two cards instead one look like it wasn't touched, and the other one looked like it was swapped because as you could see in the picture, I did not have a bend in the corner and when I mentioned my banned Misty card, he immediately offered to buy it from me. That instantly raised major red flags. To make matters worse, the pack I purchased from them appeared resealed. Between the suspicious behavior, lack of professionalism, poor record keeping, and complete lack of trustworthiness, I would strongly warn collectors to stay far away from this shop. Please do your research and read reviews before trusting any shop with valuable collectibles. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because customers should never have to worry about their cards being tampered with, swapped, or mishandled. BUYER BEWARE -- Pokepack Bros This place gave off bad vibes the moment I walked in. The shop felt grimy, poorly maintained, and honestly looked like the kind of place that would rip customers off. I waited around 45 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. Instead of an employee, I was greeted by a Ring camera telling me "5 minutes." Not exactly professional. The lighting inside is terrible, which I now think is intentional because the single cards I bought looked way worse once I got them into normal lighting. Surface wear and condition issues were much more noticeable outside the store. I also purchased a sealed pack that appeared to be resealed. Between that and the condition of the singles, it completely killed any trust I had in this shop. The tables were dirty, the games they had out were filthy, and the whole place felt neglected and sketchy. Avoid this graveyard of a card shop if you care about card condition, cleanliness, or honest business practices. read more

I've been to a few Mom and pop shops before, but this is by far the worst I came in expected to see a bountiful selection of Pokémon and stated on their reviews I need to find out that it looks like this shop is barely staying alive. I came in. It felt like a ghost town waited there for about five minutes, only to be greeted by a camera stating that the person owning the shop will be there in about an hour and I thought to myself, are they running a business or not Eleanor I regret coming here with the gas waste of time waste of money in the selection. BEST CARDSHOP ON THE WESTCOAST FOR SINGLES. Prices are competitive if not under market. Ask for Tony or Joe. They WILL take care of you. Found some of the best deals on sealed products and the amount binders with VINTAGE and modern to sift through. Between the prices and section can easily lose an hour of your time. They price their cards off of tcg player which is cool so I sit down look through their binders adding up total off of tcg player I get a completely different total and try to explain to Edgar if it's a 25cent card on the app u guys to price cards why are u charging me $2 if it's a base card not even a holo or foil a regular base case for my collection he tells me they don't sell anything under $1 I said ok wouldn't u sell it to me for $1 then he complete ignores me tells me to go to another store that he doesn't need my business that I can go find another store to buy charging me $80 for cards that were totaled to $40 off of tcg This shop isn't for the hobby it's just a bunch of scalpers who run it charging 85 for a box that retails 25 really liked the spot cause I could sit there and look at binders of cards but Edgar really got some attitude for no reason needs to be humbled read more

I was very disappointed to find that their Pokemon packs were resealed. A big no no in the TCG community. Buyer Beware!

Don't bother wasting your money here I spent over 200 dollars on Pokemon here and all the packs were all resealed didn't notice the crimp marks on the packs until i started opening them and all the code cards were all damaged/faded 200 dollars spent and didn't even get a ex card or anything!
