Pokémoto is as delicious as it is fun to say the name! The "build your own poke bowl" concept is so much fun. You could basically say this is the poke version of a place like Chipotle- you tell them what base & proteins you want in your bowl, and then pick all the toppings, crunch & sauce you want with that. Some things are an up-charge, of course, but there's dozens of options of bowl mix-ins. They serve boba as well, which we didn't try this time but that's a fun edition. We didn't get a spam musubi which was classic and delicious and really tied in the Hawaiian theme that much more. The bowls were so good and hit the spot like we were hoping. Everything was super fresh. I almost wish the bowl had less rice and more toppings to make it a better ratio, I felt like I had way too much rice but maybe that's something you can request to be adjusted not sure. They also had the fun Hawaiian Sun sodas which again, is right on theme. The workers here were super nice and the experience overall was top notch for a casual dining place. Great job Pokemoto!

Stopped in for lunch as we hadn't tried this "new" place. Staff was friendly and fast. Bowls were good tasting. Quite a number of different toppings and sauces that looked interesting. The Avocado and caviar were an up charge but added a nice flavour. Tried the Hawaiian bowl and the miso salmon bowl. Will come back again to try something else.

Not worth the 22 dollars, my bowl has half of the food!

Not worth it, my bowl has half of the food. Im disgust. They charged me a total of a bowl.

The new Dr Phillips Pokemoto store is bigger and more colorful than the one in Celebration. The location is within the new O-Town West shopping center near Lake Buena Vista High School. The seating is plentiful and the store has a more relaxed atmosphere. Its aura is a positive energizing vibe. The people that did the interiors really understood the assignment. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is still fresh and healthy. I had the ginger chicken bowl and an espresso boba tea with coffee jelly. I wanted something to pick me up at the end of the day and it worked. I was wired. I didn't know what to do with that excess energy. The next time I would add jalapeño or red pepper flake to spice up the chicken.

I had a delicious poke bowl and a fresh spicy cucumber as a side. Lychee boba was very refreshing. Amazing place with nice service.

Everything was pretty bland. The musabi was terrible. I can't eat here again. We lived in Hawaii for a decade. This isn't it.

Solid 4 out of 5 for freshness, value, and convenience. I stopped in on a Sunday lunch with a friend, expecting a quick, casual bite, and that is exactly what it delivered. The staff was friendly from start to finish and genuinely great at recommending combinations. Service was fast the entire way through, from ordering to pickup, without feeling rushed. One detail I appreciated is that there are two entrances, and the back door is super convenient since it leads straight out to the parking lot. The vibe inside is clean and straightforward, nothing overly flashy, and I really like the nod to Hawaii in the decor. It gives the space a relaxed island inspired feel without trying too hard, just a well kept fast casual setup that makes it easy to focus on the food. What I ordered: I went with a custom bowl. The tuna and salmon were both fresh with zero fishiness, which is always the first thing I look for. I tried the soyu and Hawaiian aioli sauces and both were a bit on the subtle side and leaned slightly bland, but not enough to take away from the overall bowl since everything else was solid. The unlimited toppings were a nice bonus and pretty consistent with what you would expect from similar poke spots. My friend ordered the garlic fried shrimp rice plate. The shrimp came out crispy and savory, and the mac salad on the side had a nice balance of creamy mayo with a bit of carrot to lighten it up. Total came out to about $36 with tip, which felt fair for a casual lunch for two. Overall, this is a great go to if you want something fast, fresh, and relatively healthy in Mills50. I would definitely come back, especially when I want a no stress lunch that still hits!

If you're staying at a Disney property you can book all your dining reservations for your entire trip starting 60 days before your check-in date. This restaurant is located in the main building at the Polynesian resort which is very conveniently located on the monorail line. We were seated right at our reservation time. The dining room is large and bustling. The tables are close together, so there is not a ton of privacy. Our server was very friendly and helpful and explained that this is an "all you care to enjoy" dining experience which in Disney language means they will keep bringing you more food if you want it. I tried the Mai Tai cocktail (included with the dining plan) which was a truly authentic, tasty, and strong drink! You start with a platter of their famous Ohana noodles and other small items like gyoza and chicken wings. The famous noodles are truly very good and wonderfully flavored. Next they will bring you a platter of assorted entree items including shrimp, beef, and chicken. The beef was tender and a nice and flavorful sauce, but I actually enjoyed the chicken more which was a thin and flavorful grilled boneless breast. Again, you can ask for more of anything you want until you are full! The dessert is the Ohana pineapple bread pudding with ice cream which was a delicious and unique take on the standard bread pudding. The pineapple really added unique flavor and texture to the dish. Overall, this was a great dining experience! We look forward to returning on our next visit!

I was skeptical at first because I personally like walking around and grabbing what I want to eat, but it worked out well. The Asian/Hawaiian dishes were delicious. The bread they give you in the beginning was perfect to wet our appetite as we were starving after our long day out at EPCOT. I thought the food was all well seasoned and the bread pudding at the end was delicious. Definitely make reservations beforehand, because this place gets packed! And when you check in, it's not at the restaurant, but at the podium near the stairs.

The place has a couple pre-made options as well as a build your own bowl. It's $13.99 and you can get two bases (white rice/forbidden rice (an apparently healthier rice thats black)/spring greens), two protein, 6 toppings, 2 sauces, 3 crunchies and 2 spicy add ons included in the $13.99. You fill out a little paper and they make it for you. It did take awhile for the lady to build our bowls but I guess since it isn't Chipotle-style where you point at what you want, it makes sense. You can walk around the meat and cheese market for a bit while you wait though. However, if you're not there for meat or cheese, there's not much else to look at except a small collection of sauces, crackers and drinks that you can get at a regular grocery store. The bowl was a good size honestly. The container they give it in is a little large so it looked lacking when we picked it up but it actually contained a good amount. I think the most commendable aspect is that they give a lot of fish/protein. The poke isn't bad. I got the sriracha mayo and garlic sauce on my bowl and I think they paired well enough. The forbidden rice isn't bad either. I got both the white rice and forbidden rice and they taste almost the same tbh. The veggies are fresh and refreshing. Overall, not a bad bowl of poke.

For the first time we visited them at their Gatlin Hall Brewing location and it was delightful! They had a special fish tip with toasted pita that was on point. And my poke bowl was loaded with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Another win is that there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so we could enjoy our bowls fresh... no need to tote them home. The service was great and fast... and he did a beautiful job constructing our bowls. The only reason I can give them 5 stars is because it's located inside a brewery that feels like a bar and it's not an elevated experience. Don't really love eating with single use plastic and a pub table. So go for the food and don't worry about the ambiance!
