And that's how my burrito ended up -- everything just thrown into a bowl

The only reason I went back today was because, in the past, it used to be a very nice place to eat poke. Terrible experience. I went to order a poke and saw the staff smashing the rice in a very messy, unprofessional way. When I politely said the presentation didn't look good, the employee rolled his eyes, threw everything away aggressively, and started treating me with extreme rudeness. I explained I just wanted a well-made meal, and he told me to "start recording him" as if it were a joke. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior Don't even waste your time coming to this place!

It's pretty similar to all other poke chains. The price is fine, and the servers are friendly. I'll be eating there again.

They REALLY stuffed my bowl good, weren't holding back one bit. Flavor is good and consistent

Little guy lost in the sauce

Bowl tasted good, salmon and tuna with Sriracha mayo. It was good until i found a fly drowning in sauce in my food.

This is my review on google for them. The two stars are for the food only. To sum it up: I lost the 200 points I had on my Pokeworks account that I've been saving for redemption but still ended up paying full price for the food only because their scanner at the register is not working, yet they refused to proceed redemption with alternative ways such as through email or phone number. The manager was very rude and condescending the entire time as he was speaking, while he was the one who knows nothing about the Pokeworks app (points, rewards, redemption, etc), making it sounds like I am at the wrong here. I was mind blown to see he feels that entitled to speak to customers like that. I did NOT feel welcomed at all at this place.

We ordered poke bowls from this eatery twice this week! With the summer heat, eating a a fresh bowl of poke with raw healthy veggies felt so refreshing! If I could order poke from here every day I would. There are good social distancing protocols to protect the customers as well as the workers here. Customers are separated from the food and workers by a large glass wall. There are lines on floor to help customers social distance and signs to prompt mask wearing. I did a make your own poke bowl for my first order and just went ham on all my toppings. My second poke bowl, I ordered the Salmon Shiso on salad greens. My favorite topping here is the Thai green chillies (for spicy food fans)!

Ummm. Do I need to explain?

The Customer Service sucked royally. Food was decent but it needs less sauce. I'm not coming back

This place is bright and clean. There were many street parking in front of the store. I only eat a few topping but because they only let you order from machine so you can only add once. I picked 2 proteins, need to add extra $1 for salmon! (So extra $2 for 2 scoops) The third scoop of salmon is $3 per scoop. It's still a bit small but I like the kale noodles.

Very much the standard of the new assembly line poke craze. You will get a ton of options for protein and toppings, most of which will not cost extra, as well as choice of size and bowl or burrito. I and everyone who I've been with have enjoyed it a lot, so it's a pretty reasonable price for the quality and cost of ingredients. Still not as cheap as other assembly line takeout places of course.

disgusting. $15? for this?

I've gone to Pokeworks in Providence a MILLION times as well as the one in Burlington Vermont. Never an issue. Today I went to this location at 1:30pm on April 19th and I had the rudest girl ever. the place was disgusting. and they "ran out" of EVERY TOPPING. but I was told I had to pay full price for my bowl. i'll add a picture below as to what apparently $15 gets you here. i'm disgusted and I hope this girl gets relocated or talked too. three people behind me in line left after seeing how she made my bowl. THROWING everything around and was just plain awful. i'm so upset, this was going to be my new location because i'm in Arlington a ton now. Just sad. this place needs a DEEP cleaning ASAP.

What's the best meal to get here?

Whatever you want! The best part of this place is that you can build your own bowl. My favorite is a rice bowl with salmon, tuna, Pokeworks classic sauce, and lots of crunch options.

As soon as you walk in, you are in the battle of the drums between the Kumasi and the Djembe. So loud I couldn't think . I did ask to turn it down a few times, in the middle of my meal the Chef said I could eat outside. On that note I ordered way too much. The fried chicken was delicious !! Not greasy at all. But huge, sorry today I ordered two thighs that were the size of one large breast. A little condiment of shaved coconut and chive was on the side. Any sides were à la carte. I did try the " Cabbage Salad" that had a nice flavor, but was overdressed and is mostly iceberg lettuce, and rice with surprisingly sticky rice , so it was kind of yummy. The chicken came with one sauce I got the curry. It was divine.. & my friend got the chicken bites and some kind of mayo. I was going to leave a five star review because the food was that good however, on the receipt they charged $.92 for the containers and eating utensils. I'm disheartened because if they offered an alternative like a plate and regular silverware, I could see not adding it into their cost. If I refuse to pay for the containers, how would I eat it on that note the chef was nice enough to me to have me try a couple of items that I didn't have to pay for. Which I greatly appreciated and that is why I'm leaving such a nice review. I do recommend eating here, but take it home. Or call for delivery, they have their own AP. PS great smoothie's !!!

I decided to order Spam Musubi (rice and spam), a Byte (mini fried chicken), and tapioca tea! My girl went into the store and had the food ready within 3 minutes, which is really awesome as we were in a hurry. However, we were really disappointed by what was inside that bag, as none of them were as good as we expected. 1) Spam Musubi's rice was lost in texture itself. It tasted like old rice. Yet spam was well not bad. We ate all of them. 2) bytes( mini fried chicken) they were overcooked. I attach the picture of it. So hard to chew and meat was nothing there. And I requested mayo but it was not there. But spicy sauce was with them instead in the box. The kids were complaining it was too spicy for mayo. 3) boba tea, I ordered with boba with extra fee. But it was not there just milk tea with brown suger. Later my girl who went to there to pick up, told me the server continued to speak to her even though my girl told to write down as she was deaf. Can't lipreading. Quite disappointed with the service and food.

It's tiny. And its Cambridge. Weekdays you'll be fine but reserve anyway. It's free. From bar to tables to booths, you're covered with seating. Can they serve a table for ten? Maybe but I wouldn't be that person. Check ahead of time. Drinks are strong. Sometimes sweet but mostly balanced. Food is yummy. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options clearly marked on the menu. Pork Cutlet Curry: The restaurant specializes in fried foods, with the pork cutlet being their absolute signature dish. Although the cutlets were on the thinner, leaner side, each one was fried to order, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior, fragrant but not greasy. The breadcrumbs were especially fluffy and light, bursting with flavor on the palate, which was incredibly satisfying. The curry was authentic Japanese curry--rich, mild, and slightly spicy with a distinct fruity aroma, perfectly suited to my taste. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a runny egg for the $2 additional egg; otherwise, it would have been even better. And at only $15 a serving, including a salad/miso soup, it's incredibly good value for money, perfect for lunch. Fried Oysters: Also crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the oysters were fresh and juicy. The lemon juice and salad dressing were refreshing. I felt they were even more delicious than the pork cutlet. The place is located in Lesley University's Main Hall and has only four tables, so you may have to wait.

The restaurant is located inside a shopping center and has only a small amount of seating, giving it a cozy, homey feel. We ordered the shrimp tempura udon, pork cutlet curry, and a side of vegetable tempura. My favorite part was the tempura. The batter was incredibly light and crispy without feeling greasy. The udon broth was comforting and well-made, though its flavor was fairly simple. Overall, the meal reminded me of a home-cooked dinner, making it a cozy spot if you're looking for comforting Japanese food.

We had about a 20-30 min wait for a table and explored the area and shops on the block while we waited. When we got seated we cruised the menu and ordered the following: APPETIZERS - chicken karaage - our order came with crispy chicken however lacked seasoning and was a bit over cooked and dry. - okonomiyaki-styled tater tots - the BEST appetizer we ordered, needed a pinch of salt, but flavor wise with the bonito flakes and sauce it was a hit! - green papaya salad this needed more seasoning, mortared herbs and chilis maybe tomatoes and garlic. Pass next time. RAMEN - miso ramen for the kiddo and she enjoyed it. She can't eat spicy so this was a very mild ramen. Didn't think the miso flavor came thru but she enjoyed it. - spicy miso ramen the lady got this one and i tried a some, the broth was lacking a bit of depth today. It's not spicy so normally I'd say even the non-spicy crowd probably would be able to handle it. The broth just tasted more watery was looking for the punch of flavor. Now the noodles were chewy and had great bounce to them, the char siu pork cuts were tender and melt in your mouth! - chef's ultra ramen - this broth definitely was the better broth out of all the ramens in my opinion with plenty of proteins and more depth of flavor, umami, smokiness, smelled great too. - spicy tan tan the brother got this one, it's typically what i would normally go for, he enjoyed it, not too spicy either, could use some more crunchy garlic with the chili oil. Overall would come back to give it another go, perhaps the heavy dinner rush some things got lost in the cooking on certain dishes.
