My experience with Polacheck's Jewelers and the whole Rolex "waitlist" process has been beyond frustrating. Customers are constantly told they're "on the list," promised callbacks, and led to believe loyalty matters but somehow the people spending more money or buying extra jewelry magically get the call first. That's not a real waitlist. That's pay-to-play. I don't care what excuses they give or what Brent, the owner, says. The reality is many customers feel strung along for months or years while watches somehow continue appearing for other buyers. Across the luxury watch world, complaints about Rolex authorized dealers prioritizing high spenders and VIP clients over regular customers are extremely common. I will never do business or spend any at this store ever again. Remember, it's all about word-of-mouth. At some point, honesty and transparency matter more than luxury branding. If there's no real list, then stop pretending there is. Just tell customers upfront that purchase history and jewelry spend determine who gets offered watches. People would respect the honesty a lot more than empty promises and never getting a callback. read more

The sales rep Andrew doesn't follow up or give me updates or communicate with me. As far as I can tell, I'm just a pain to deal with for him. I have no idea where I am in the process or when I'll ever hear from them again if ever. I know getting a Rolex can be a crapshoot but I don't feel like this business is on your side in the process or working hard to make it happen. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE MY HUSBAND BOUGHT MY RING HERE FIRST ITS NOT THE BEST RING. We ended up spending over $30,000 on my ring alone. He went there as a referral from a good friend of ours and we were expecting to have a good experience. He actually wanted to upgrade my ring because it wasn't the best quality it was a SI 2.42 carat and H color we actually wanted to upgrade but then the sales rep was not really responsive and the diamonds they were trying to sell us were trying to sell us was 10-15k more than other stores we went too so we stopped asking her. THEN MY HUSBAND who has been waiting for almost 18 months to buy another watch after buying 3 watches in 1 year not including the ring. The owner Brent calls him saying he wanted to make it right because he went to WH And the SA there said we were able to do a list in that Polachecks store and said he was going to work on it went there multiple times trying watches wasting our time after almost 1 year the SA said the SA in Calabasas are not able to transfer his profile but he always had to text and call them and they were unresponsive. Brent the owner supposedly wants to make it right then calls my husband while I'm in the car with my 2 daughter with 1 newborn ranting off saying he runs $150,000,000 business and that he's wasting his time after being on the phone for only 3 minutes he even told him your never going to be happy I have so many customers and 99% are happy after over credit card dispute saying they want wire only and this is a new policy 3 years ago when he bought his watch 2 years ago with a credit card. If he really cared why would he treat my husband like if he's dirt after spending money with them a customer is a customer he sounded like he's arrogant and cocky and did not give my husband the time and the respect because he called out his SA for not responding to him. Polly's came through again. Had a disastrous service done on my 1680 red submariner and decided to chance it and send to RSC versus keep messing around with supposed Independent "experts". I begged Karla to make sure they don't replace anything and no polish. Just got the watch back and it's perfect. Absolutely untouched cosmetically but keep COSC time and everything operates as intended and newly fitted endlinks are perfect. Polacheck's also has a great reputation with the luxury brands, which means they often have a steady supply of new and rare pieces, which is essential if you're on the hunt for a particular or rare watch.
