They're quick, yes. From a customer point of view, they're good. They are prompt, attentive, and they return your car without any weird scratches or dings. They can also pull off one hell of a parallel parking job. You usually see the same guys working; the longevity of their individual positions speaks volumes. On the other hand, I've worked with Parking Solutions professionally. We hired them for one week to attend to a lot. When I went to see how the guys were doing, 50% of the time they weren't there. I'd call their manager (who had given me his personal cell, so I was always able to reach him immediately). Shortly after the call, the guys would end up whipping into the parking lot with a lame excuse: "I was out to lunch." "I couldn't find the place." Whatever. It got old fast. But, once they're there, they're there, and they do their job. One more peeve though, sometimes the places they park are a bit unethical, like taking up all the spots at Goodale Park. I'm just sayin'... Two stars from a professional standpoint, four stars from a customer standpoint, leaving an average score of three stars.

I use them to park…read moreon a monthly basis and the people I deal at their office are the most disorganized, unprofessional group of people that I have ever encountered. No one monitors the lot I park in downtown so random people park there for free every single day, leaving me to circle the block. When I try calling the number to ask about towing violators, no one picks up and it eventually just stops ringing and asks for my voicemail passcode. WTF? I have an email address for the lot manager, but she only responds to emails when she feels like it, which seems to be almost never. Plus, on more than one occasion, they have sent me invoices for unpaid balances only to find out that they have lost a check in the mail or just not applied payments. Literally, I've had to show their Accounts Payable Department copies of cancelled checks and other payments because they keep forgetting to apply them. In short, these people are just terrible. If I had the choice to park with another company, I absolutely would. But, because they are the only company servicing all of the lots in the neighborhood where I work, I have no choice. I truly can't say enough bad things about Parking Solutions to adequately get across my disdain for this company.

Reluctantly, I agreed, though I usually don't let anyone drive my car. He then parked my brand-new 2025 vehicle (under 3,000 miles) and curbed my rim. I watched but stayed quiet. When a staff member came in, I spoke up. She promised to tell the manager. After waiting, I couldn't find my keys--they had misplaced them. I finally spoke to the owner, who was rude and unprofessional. He refused to replace the rim, insisting he'd "fix" it. I told him I needed an alignment, but he denied it. After some back-and-forth, he agreed to schedule a "wheel medic" for the rim. You can't damage someone's property and expect them to be okay with it, especially a brand-new car. I never wanted anyone to park my car, and now I'm dealing with the consequences. This business should take responsibility for their actions.

Parking garage right next to (and attached by 2nd floor skywalk) to LeVeque Hotel…read more IMPORTANT: "Per day" max rates restart at 4am. So if you stay 1 night at the hotel, you'll end up paying the max-rate $25 for the day you checked in AND as many hours as it was until you checked out in the morning. So our "one night" hotel stay ended up being about $50 for a single night. It's possibly the most money-grabbing parking ramp set up I've seen before, and I've seen it on a few Short North garages now. This is where I saw LeVeque valet attendants bringing cars as well. It's less than a block's walk to the front door of the hotel. There don't appear to be any attendants. There's a covered/indoor skywalk on the 2nd floor that goes between LeVeque and the garage. LeVeque does not verify parking for cheaper rates; they are what they are (I uploaded a December 2023 prices photo). Garage is clean and functional. Elevator and stairs are a little darker and older than I'd like for my safety, and I wouldn't feel super comfortable walking around by myself late at night in here. It was functional for the daytime. The majority of the lower floors are reserved parking, but there are a few unreserved spots. There's the single pay terminal on the first floor. I would NOT use this garage if you're here for a high-crowd event. The terminal is slow, and I can't imagine trying to get a giant crowd out of here. It worked fine for an average evening and morning with just a few stragglers around.

Pick your spot, and before you can get your bag out of your car, the shiny red shuttle is close behind. Don't hesitate to phone them if they get behind. Super friendly, better than family, haha.
