I checked out this past Sunday, and the valet service was top notch! I believe his name was AD Something with initials. the guy was moving nonstop, running grabbing everyone's cars and bringing them back fast. You could tell he really cared about doing a great job. They are not staffing properly. 45 minutes to wait for your car is too long! Last night was good. Today is terrible.

Absolutely horrible service. Stayed at Hampton Inn- Downtown Cleveland. Requested our car and waited over 2 hours for our car. This was Sunday after a Browns home game and they only had 1 attendant and he had no clue what he was doing. He would leave to get a car and came back walking the opposite direction without being a car from the garage. Not once but numerous times. We requested to be taken to our car and was refused, but he took another person to his heir car that we were ahead of. We called the valet service company and they sent another guy to help and we had to wait over an hour still for our car. Absolutely horrible service and knowing it's a football Sunday should have had more than one person working. The hotel staff was no help either. Parked my truck with the VIP Valet at the Cleveland Marble Room, the truck was brought back with everything from the center console dumped on the passenger seat and floor and the glove boxes open and dumped as well. Change, gift cards and checkbook were only items taken. Driver brought car and walked away didnt say a thing about everything open and dumped. No forced entry so car was left unlocked. Filed police report and incident report with VIP, they said the Valet told them he locked the car and the person stealing change must have used an electronic lock release. No other car was reported being robbed that night, they insisted they locked it and said talk to their lawyer. Horrible company, why someone like the Marble Room would associate their name with them is unbelievable. Never will use them again. read more

We checked out of the Crown Plaza hotel April 9. When the car was returned to us, the rear passenger window had been broken. They wrote up their report and told us to email immediately and we would be contacted within 5 days. That did not happen. I since sent more emails and hard copy letters along with phone calls. Nothing! This business should not be able to continue doing business. The hotels that use them should stop and go with a better company. Shameful! read more

My car was broken into and they won't pay for the damage. On top of that, when it was time to get my car, the valet driver disappeared, despite saying he would get it immediately and help me file a claim with the company. Turns out my car was already on a street adjacent to the hotel we were staying at, but he decided to help another customer before giving me my keys. read more

If I could give less stars i would . Went to the Marble room Oct,20,21 for my 20th wedding Anniversary. Arrived at approximately 8:10pm and left approximately 10:15 . When my car was brought back it was wrecked . The kid parked it in the middle of the street ,jumped out repeatedly saying I didn't do it . My husband had to tell him to get the car out of the middle of the street . They immediately started shifting blame ,telling blatant lies and doing a ton of whispering . About 45 minutes later a manager finally arrived. He was of no help . Had us fill out a generic incident paper and told us to email them . He explained we would here from them immediately. Have not heard anything. They refused to give us their insurance information. They refused to tell us or take us to the lot where they parked my car . They refused to tell us the names of who drove the car . My car clearly hit a pole or possibly a corner of a wall . There was thick white plaster ,drywall or cement on it . The marble room manager gave me a number to the GM Ryan and said he would personally make sure they took care of my car . I called Ryan the following day ,he only repeated what we were told the night before . That is , they have to investigate and it takes 5 to 7 days and we would hear from them immediately. He also would not tell me any insurance information. Now him nor the manager for the marble room answer or respond to voice mails. I made a police report ,reported to my insurance company and took it to a collision center . Spent countless time doing these things and on the phone. My Anniversary was ruined to say the least and I have been stressed with a migraine since . Despicable company. This was no simple accident. The hotel we stayed at in December 2023 used them. When we got our car back it reeked of marijuana. We contacted the hotel upon arriving home. There was no follow up from the hotel, or the company itself, and the city of cleveland basically told me it was marijuana and to get over it. I will never leave my car with this company do to the irresponsibility of the company to contact me to resolve this problem, as well and the inconvenience of not being able to utilize my car for a week with my infant due to the smell. read more

Horrible company. Used them at The Hotel Indigo downtown Cleveland and they brought back my brand new vehicle with damage across the front. A massive scratch across the entire front end. Brand new, less than 600 miles, all black 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee then tried to shift blame. Haven't heard anything from their "claims department". When calling the office they continuously say "wait for about claims department". I'd give 0 stars if I could. Horribly run company, no accountability. Absolute garbage people. read more

Got back to my car after a recent Playhouse Square event and found coffee spilled all over the interior and was allowed to soak into the seats for a good four and half hours. Of course, after no response for a month the company denied that anything happened because I did not track down a non-existent manager at 10:30 that night. Unfortunately this company is an example as to why you should never use valet parking. read more

checkEd in on a Friday when we went to leave on Sundays they couldn't find our keys, an attendant working walked to our car to check our car and found it was unlocked. the manger was called and said he wouldn't be in for at least 2 hours. Due to my husband having a plane to be on 3.5 hours away we was forced to rent a car and leave. We did not want to rent a car and leave ours there, paying this expensive ourselves. Over 5 hrs went by before we contacted the manager because they hadn't contracted us, to see if they found our key or talked to the other employees, he said no. It wasn't till later in the evening that he called and said they couldn't get a locksmith till the following day. He encouraged me to file a police report which I did. In conversation with the manager he verified that if something happened to our car while parked on the public lot they wouldn't be responsible for it. Numerous cars were broken into that weekend in that very lot that they parked our car. Therefore we paid a tow company to go get our car and take it to the dealership, again at our expense as they couldn't do anything for us. The dealership had to order a new key fob. We was without our car for 2 Weeks. We called the valet company, manager, and hotel several times in that 2 week time frame and each time was told nothing, they would check on it and get back with us, which no one ever did we always had to call them. After leavi a review they sent us an email claiming we choose to leave, choose have our car towed, and therefore they wouldn't pay Those expense. We are welcome to submit a bill for the key replacement only. We trusted them to do a job and that job not being done cost us $2500, and then they're saying we choose those expenses. We was extremely polite and gave them every opportunity to correct their mistake. We waited for a response from them several times and now they're unhappy with our review. All we tried to do was take our Son to a Cav's game for a Christmas gift and we're out over$2,500 In expenses from this valet company. That definitely was not our choice! None of this was our choice, this was the result of people not doing their job. read more

I give them ZERO stars! We parked with their service at Hotel Indigo in Cleveland on 10/22. When our car was brought to us on 10/24 it had been broken into. The window was smashed in and there was damage to the body. The kid who brought the car to us said that he called his supervisor and they were sending a manager over in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes the kid called the supervisor again with me there and this so called supervisor was extremely rude to me and to the kid. After 45 minutes, no one ever showed up!! No one offered to help us clean up the broken glass, and no one offered to help us wrap the window with plastic. All we got was an email address, a managers name, Ryan H and his phone number. Oh and the comment "you are going to have a cold drive home"!!! I immediately sent an email with pictures...no response. I have left 2 messages for Ryan H....no response. I called the corporate number and requested a corporate manager. The guy said he was the manage. I told him what happened and he could've cared less. He said send an email and someone will get back to you. No apologies, no effort to assist, NOTHING!! This is awful service. I will NEVER use them again. read more
