If I could give less stars i would . Went to the Marble room Oct,20,21 for my 20th wedding Anniversary. Arrived at approximately 8:10pm and left approximately 10:15 . When my car was brought back it was wrecked . The kid parked it in the middle of the street ,jumped out repeatedly saying I didn't do it . My husband had to tell him to get the car out of the middle of the street . They immediately started shifting blame ,telling blatant lies and doing a ton of whispering . About 45 minutes later a manager finally arrived. He was of no help . Had us fill out a generic incident paper and told us to email them . He explained we would here from them immediately. Have not heard anything. They refused to give us their insurance information. They refused to tell us or take us to the lot where they parked my car . They refused to tell us the names of who drove the car . My car clearly hit a pole or possibly a corner of a wall . There was thick white plaster ,drywall or cement on it . The marble room manager gave me a number to the GM Ryan and said he would personally make sure they took care of my car . I called Ryan the following day ,he only repeated what we were told the night before . That is , they have to investigate and it takes 5 to 7 days and we would hear from them immediately. He also would not tell me any insurance information. Now him nor the manager for the marble room answer or respond to voice mails. I made a police report ,reported to my insurance company and took it to a collision center . Spent countless time doing these things and on the phone. My Anniversary was ruined to say the least and I have been stressed with a migraine since . Despicable company. This was no simple accident. My radio was also messed with .This car hit with force ,not simply cruising into a parking spot . I highly suggest a dash cam if you valet

    Scarped up front bumper.

They are not staffing properly. 45 minutes to wait for your car is too long! Last night was good. Today is terrible.

Poor management, in and out staff, they will hire anyone. They do not take care of your car. Constant accidents.

I was going to walk the few blocks from my hotel to the restaurant - but it was so darn windy and cold out - I would've been frozen by the time I got there. Rockwell Parking Garage is located right across the street from Pho Thang Café. Pulled in - had to go up 3 levels to find spaces that are not reserved. Upon return - pay at the kiosk machine on the first level, then return to your vehicle and use the ticket to exit the parking garage! #RockwellParkingGarage

We did a lot of research in the area and…read moremade a lot of calls to different parking garages when I moved to Cleveland and my husband and I had two cars. There aren't many reviews for different garages, and some we would need to be put on a waiting list. I'm glad we ended up at this one. All of the attendants have been lovely, and what sparked me to write this review is that today my husband lost the parking pass (sorry to call you out, hun), and they were very kind about it. (We found it!) They have high security and are right across from the Federal Reserve so there are literally armed guards across the street from the entrance to this garage. And they have it closed down at times where you need to swipe to enter/leave it an extra time, so it feels secure. One issue is that sometimes I'm entering the garage around 4 p.m. when a lot of workers are leaving and they are sometimes going down fast around the corners, which can be tight. In general it is a little tight. But the garage is clearly a two-way garage so I can't fault the garage for people who can't read signs or aren't being cautious when it states 5 mph. Perhaps some signs to honk when turning corners like some garages I've seen would be helpful? The only other thing is that on the first turn from the first floor to the first ramp, they usually have some sort of bin there that looks empty and would help so much if they moved as that's the tightest corner. The first couple of floors are saved for people who have purchased reserved parking but then the several floors above are free. Spots are a little tight, especially with the beams, but completely workable. I may have a skewed perspective from major cities where you need to climb out through the window to not scrape the BMW next to you, but there's also many floors so if you don't find a spot you like you can keep on going. Random but maybe helpful: Since we've joined this garage, my former car needed Safelite windshield repair and the garage didn't allow the height for the truck to enter, so I had to park my car around the corner -- so don't invite a car repair to this garage.

If you're keeping track that's $39 in daily rates I've racked up before I get the honor of paying $176 for a non-reserved monthly spot. To add insult to injury they weren't going to allow a pro rated amount even though it was more than halfway through the month. When I was finally able to reach the manager after unreturned voicemails (Ed), he was extremely rude. He couldn't give a rats ass that his company had not only inconvenienced me and tried to cheat me, he spouted into some tangent about how I had somehow magically parked in a reserve spot in the deck because I was 'ticked off'. Ed is the biggest douche queen that I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After all was said and done, they didn't deserve my business after a stunt like that. The Halle Garage is $115 for a non reserve spot and just a block away, go there or Tower Place, at least the management treats you like a human. Ed, if you're reading this your boss has been informed of your shitty customer service @sshole.
