I absolutely love PBA!! I took their Intro to Pole class and one Pole I class and immediately signed up for a year membership. The studio offers a variety of classes in addition to Pole. Some of my favorites are Deep stretch with Audrey, Acro, Mobility Conidtioning, Contemporary Dance, Twerk classes, Chair Dance, Reckless Recreation with Rea (a super fun conditioning class) etc. You can do Pole with or without heels and they have classes specifically to teach you how to move in heels. The studio is all inclusive and you'll find alm different body types, skin colors, experience levels, and personalities. The studio really fosters a community feeling that makes going to classes something that I look forward to every day. I specifically LOVE Courtney's Pole I class. She creates such a fun and safe environment to learn and grow. Something I didn't realize before starting Pole is that you don't need to come into it with any set body strength because you naturally build the strength as you go. That's something that held me back from trying it and I regret not doing it sooner. If you're on the fence about whether or not to do Pole, I highly suggest just giving it a shot because I'm sure you're going to love it as much as I do. read more

I first visited May 2021... and joined as a member before I left the building. It was not just the desire to learn the art of Pole that hooked me, it was the fact that the environment from the time I walked in the door screamed LOVE, SUPPORT, ACCEPTANCE and a sense of belonging for everyone!! This place is not for me. I didn't feel the welcoming feeling they talk about at all. It's clean I guess, but just gives me a weird vibe.

The class was fun , the atmosphere was amazing and the instructor was so professional yet friendly ! I will definitely be coming back.
