These days, for my new vehicle, in lieu of having a membership I come every 2-4 weeks for their cheapest wash, as I prefer not using their waxes on my recently ceramic coated vehicle. The cheapest wash typically runs for $12.99, but they mentioned that they have a "happy hour" deal for Wednesdays from 4p-8p for $3 off. While that's a good deal, I still opted to pay full price at 3:45 on Wednesday, because I was happy to get my car washed without any wait; however, I'll definitely keep them in mind on Wednesday afternoons!

I went here a couple times in the past and was never charged SUV fee for my SUV! Anyways I agreed to stay because the spot I normally go to was closed today. I was flagged down when my car was done after about 15 mins. There was still dust on my dash and a dirty spot on my center console that was very visible yet still missed! 2nd chance here with my new car and I'll Never come back again! I went Sunday and last night. The service was great during both visits. The service is actually always great whenever I go get a wash. The associates can be of good service when needed. I'm cool with a lot of them. For $30+ a month for the best quality car wash isn't bad at all. Especially with the washes being unlimited. They also give you free air freshners now which is nice. Free towels are also available now at the vacuum stations. And the vacuum service is still free too.

I went left, parked and raised my frustration regarding that. This second girl was apologetic and explained that nothing was on my car so that's why they didnt know I was for detail. I guess thats a standard because how would she know what is and is not on my car when she never saw it. She attempted to help me, but ultimately more miscommunication and i was charged incorrectly. The first girl who wouldn't let me turn right came over to refund and charge me. Didn't care for her attitude nor her lack of apology. Work somewhere else if thats how you interact with people. Had to point out multiple spots that were missed during my wash and detail as well.

I have the basic membership, which recently went up by like $6 so I tried to cancel but was offered $9/month for the next 3 months.

There are several levels of car washes you can pick from but I usually pick the "Royale" which is the highest one you get for $14. You do get your money's worth as the car usually comes out well rinsed and washed of any built up dust. After your wash, they have a self-serve area where you are able to vacuum/clean out the interior of your car. This part is where I'd say deserves the 5 stars. The vacuums and pressurized air machines work nicely when trying to clean out dirt and crumbs out of your car. I've been to other car washes where the vacuums just weren't strong enough and couldn't pull out dirt from the car's seats. Plus the self-serve area is well shaded and protects you from the heat especially in the summer. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a reliable car wash.

Ugh, I really wish I had read the reviews before coming to this carwash. I honestly can't express how terrible the car wash is. They must be using some watered down cheap 99-cent dish soap while spraying a little water around cause instead of actually cleaning any dirt or bird poop, we got new scratches on the side of the car doors. At this point, we're pissed and to make matters worse, half the vacuums are broken or barely working. Clearly, the business was ripping people off by tricking them into paying full price for a half washed car. Meanwhile, a very angry manager yelled at customers who were vacuuming, telling them to hurry up and leave. Wtf, we were completely horrified watching him throw a bitch fit, blaming customers and claiming the vacuum's breakage was their fault. That's just insane, maybe if they put some of that "TLC" into their vacuums, this wouldn't be such a huge problem in the first place. Having no choice, we just left with our car still dripping wet and without vacuuming cause we had already wasted too much time there.
