Came back a 3rd time to get my front grille accents wrapped in gloss black. Took it to Mike and got it done within an hour. Quick and quality work as always. Thank you!

    Him Admitting Fault

First of all what PPF guy decides to wrap a $118 k truck outside in the open air. Such a rookie move. As a small business owner for 17 years serving the same community as a General Building Contractor my first interest is protecting my clients property, money and my families financial interest with GL insurance. Michael is no business man. When we provide a service to the public we are held in a higher standard to be open and truthful. None of what he is. This Michael guy got paid in front, fully, as I requested for service for a full PPF wrap on my 2023 Rivian R1T four months old. He damage my truck with 17k worth of damage throughout his 60% completion of his install at time of delivery 17 days late. All work completed was inconsistent and very poor workmanship. No panels had my approval. He misrepresented himself on his website as having a location in Stanton. Not true. He doesn't even hold a business license there since 12-31-2021. He hides all his information on his invoices, not even providing an a Business address or license #. He admitted to the light and bumper damage and a full refund but when it came to pay, he back out of his word. He makes excuses for everything. One afternoon I can to check on him when he was doing the paint prep and he was literally polishing the existing PPF on one of the Tunnel doors that Rivian provides PPF on it already. I was!!!, Why are you polishing that??? He overlap the PPF on the passenger front fender. Burnt my trim, rear light and paint with his polisher as well as removing some of the paint in 3 sections of the truck. When I ask him to come by to look at the damage, the very next day. He was argumentative and dismissive. He uses these tactics to steal from people. Don't take my word for it, just read the 1 star reviews. I believe in learning but this guy is still doing this two years later after doing it before to someone else. Never hire this guy!!! Please help with what its Just.??

There's a saying in life...You're only as good as your last performance. Well this last experience with SlowValve wraps was TERRIBLE. I have referred 3 cars to this company and all 3 have had complaints. Don't let this happen to you. He's already had 3 strikes with my clientele alone. His communication is awful. I was told my material would arrive in 2 days...it took a week. His wrap job in my pics will speak volumes to the person and the quality that you will receive. It starts with a seemingly nice, misunderstood young business person and it evolves to what this guy really is. With no attention to details or quality. My truck is in and out of other shops getting modified to be show ready and every shop has had a comment about how bad his quality of wrap is. He did not fully wrap the front metal bumper properly. He claimed that my thousand dollar fender fiberglass was in bad shape when I brought to to him brand new. Even so, it's no excuse for these next details of my wrap. He did not bother to remove my lights so I had a white gap between my lights and the rest of the fender. He told me to leave the fenders on the truck. Didn't wrap the back part of the fender so the back is completely white and embarrassingly visible. Under the hood, was not tucked in and should have been. There are scratches and tears throughout the wrap it is not even the same brand of wrap I was promised as told to me by actual wrap professionals. Unfortunately, my truck was #3 in a saga of bad experiences. Quality has gone down since he lost his shop, (much deserved in my opinion). If you would like your weathering falling off your car, your expensive Mercedes logos broken or found on the ground or you would just like to drive around with an embarrassing quality wrap, you found the right place! SlowValve wraps is an epitome of bad business and poor quality of work and service. Avoid at all costs!

Got my roof wrap in gloss black, solid work took his time to make sure its perfect 10/10 would recommend

If there could be a ZERO star I would of chose that. Horrible service. Didn't even get to get service done because of the rude messaging on the quote portion of Yelp. Overpriced & rude. Recommend going ANYWHERE else. UPDATE: PLEASE SEE LACK OF QUALITY OF SERVICE IN THE PHOTO

Gloss black roof wrap and gloss black Mirror wrapped He even ceramic coated them for me!

Absolutely INLOVE with the work they did on my car, couldnt be more happy!! Shoutout to Michael @slowvalve wraps for the amazing work & attention to detail on my car!! Professional work at a great price! HIGHLY recommend 10/10

Took in my 5.0 to get a roof wrap and it came out perfect, could not be happier with how good it looks. The owner Michael was very quick to respond, gave me an awesome price and worked around my very busy schedule. I never really review places but felt like people need to know that if you want a job well done come here because I've been to some bad places before and I'm happy that I was referred here.

We went over the problems together in detail and in the end he rectified my concerns, but also went above and beyond. He had my entire hood rewrapped and it gave my car a completely fresh look, which wasn't necessary (along with patching some scratches I've made myself, as a favor); even more so, Steve's extra efforts made this entire situation not only go smoothly but it made me feel like he truly wanted to address my concern. He truly herd me out and did what most business owners rarely do these days and that's go above and beyond to ensure their work and customer satisfaction is meet to high standards. Steve, I'd like to commend you for your customer-centric values you've instilled in your business and its operations. I can tell that you have great honor and pride in your work, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction in every project you and your team take on. I've never experienced such grace from a business owner regarding any issues I've had (small or large), as I did with Steve. I'm grateful for your kindness and integrity. I look forward to doing business with Elevance in the future, and recommending others as well. Thank you! (I'll be adding photos shortly) five+ stars

Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. I would definitely recommend Elevance and will return in the future.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

Price is extremely competitive and probably almost half of what I would pay for the other places I have chosen to tint my windows in the past. The aftercare instructions were explicitly given so that you can protect your investment and not ruin the work that you had just finished, which means no rolling down the windows and no windshield wiper for 48 hours. I reached out to Tony via Yelp to get a quote on my home window tinting project, providing him the…read morebest possible measurements of my window glass to the inch. Tony was one of the first people to respond, and gave a thorough breakdown of the film he uses and the projected cost. I got about six different quotes across Orange County and parts of the Inland Empire and Tony's quote was one of the most competitive. I think one of the reasons for that is that he uses a very strong performing film that compares neck to neck against the big 3 film producers (3M, Llumar, Xpel) but doesn't pass on the marketing and branding costs to consumers in the form of inflated pricing. In short, with the film that Tony uses, you're getting the same performance, aesthetics, heat rejection, etc., but at a lower price point. It was super easy to schedule an installation day and time with Tony. He was flexible to make it work with my schedule. The quoted time he said it would take is pretty much exactly how long it took and he managed to actually arrive early in order to get set up on time. As with any tinting job I don't think anyone is ever going to be 100% perfect and if they're saying they're going to be, I think that's just a bold-faced lie. I think if you go into this looking for a 95%+ job, you're going to be very happy with Tony's work. The other 5% are oftentimes really out of his control: glass imperfections, windows missing sealant, dirty work environment in the house, etc. We got this work done right before the heat wave got really intense and I can attest that the film and installation that Tony did made a world of a difference. If you're on the fence about home window tinting because of the capital outlay, just remember I don't think you'll ever regret getting tint on your windows (unless you go for a super dark or reflective aesthetic and change your mind later) but you will likely regret not getting tint on your windows when you're feeling the heat on your skin and the furniture and floors heating up in the sun. Pay for it now, feel the pain in your wallet once, and maximize the time you get to enjoy the benefits of your window tint.

They even found things the dealer didn't find before delivery (heck that I missed!) which was great. Dan is OCD about cars like me! The job was so good, some of the work looked stock, so precise. I contacted them via email, and they provided me with a quote and with great communication about the products they offer. When you get your tints here, you get your choice of XPEL tints. I went with the XPEL XR ceramic films, which are top of class films that reflect a high percentage of infrared and UV light. (Note: they also have an XPEL XR PLUS film that offers even more superior light/heat reflection). The main thing is that this translates into cooler interiors during the summer. The team at Evo Studios was very detail oriented, they had excellent communication, they had fair pricing, and they use top-of-class XPEL products that come with a lifetime guarantee. In addition to tints, they also offer ceramic coating and paint protection films. After consideration, I did put PPF on my front headlights to protect them from the corrosion that happens naturally after a few years. Based on my experiences with Dan and his team, I'd definitely come back in the future for my needs.
