Service: Granted I've been a long time customer and seen this nail shop change a few owners, the service has never waivered. Everyone is friendly and polite. Quality: You can check out the pictures and be the judge. Polish Spa has been my go to! I would definitely make an appt. If you're looking to get designs and let them know what length you want and what kind of designs you're looking for so they can schedule the appropriate time to get it completed with the right nail tech. Price: Compared to other nail shops, they're beyond reasonable and definitely a lot cheaper than a lot of other nailshops I've visited before. Things to note: - Make an appt! - They're busy on the weekends, definitely worth going in on a weekday if you like getting designs like me - Be mindful of their time and other clients times, and come in with color and design in mind - Plenty of parking as it's in a huge complex
I've been going to this nail shop for YEARS! I absolutely love this place Katie, Kathy and Zoe are AMAZING! They're very precise, and will always make sure you're happy with your nails before you leave! I always recommend this nail shop to my friends, family and acquaintances all of my sisters have been here, my mom and girlfriends. You leave here feeling absolutely beautiful haha
10/10! I loved it here! The interior is very cute, very clean! Amazing customer service! Walked in with my sister to get pedicures and we got to spin this wheel and ended up getting a discount! The pedicure itself was very wonderful. I got the Spa Pedicure and the stone massage was just! My toes came out so cute. The prices were very good too! I definitely recommend you come to Polish Spa, I will be back!
Ive gone to Polish spa a couple times. They've all been like 3 star experiences, they accept your appointment but take walk ins and delay your service. I went today and requested a deep french tip for my short acrylic set (which I've done before with one of the girls, I cannot remember he name, and it was fine) and from the minute he (the owner Im pretty sure, the one who rings you up) began to apply the bead I knew I was not going to like it. I trusted the process but it did not get better. The acrylic was laid thick and when it was shaped it was thicker on one side than the other, the lengths were all a bit different and I had acrylic built up under the nail. I asked if he would use the nail bit to clean that up he said yeah, then when I once again pointed the thickness out and the build up he went back with a cuticle clip to try and clean up the build up, asked if I was sure it wasn't my real nail, it wasn't, so I said "no, trust me its not hurting me" he proceeded to remove it. Most of it was still left under my nail and the overall shape was thick and uneven. I had initially asked for a deep french tip and he said okay then proceeded to do a regular french tip. I asked again for the deep french and he began to gaslight me. He stated deep french cannot be done on short nails- that they don't do it, that it "doesn't look good" and overall cannot be done because there isn't enough space. The thing is I have done deep french on short acrylic and my toes in the past with them (In august actually. Right before I got a toe nail infection and had to have a podiatrist remove my nail). I told him if he wasn't able to do the design it was fine, he can just do the base color we already had and leave it at that. I then again repeated I wanted a deep french tip on my toes and he again said they cannot do that because the space is too small and it is a design for "long nails only". Honestly at this point I was getting very mad so I said just do solid white toes with regular polish. And the girl (who was very nice, honestly 4 stars for her, not 5 bc she never spoke up and said she could or could not do the design) did that. I walked out with an okay pedicure experience and a horrible full set experience with the owner. He was not "seeing" the imperfections and then tried to gaslight me into believing they don't do deep french on short nails. The problem isn't not being able to do the design the problem is not being honest about your work. If you haven't mastered the technique it is okay to say that- I know he is not able to do the deep french because he did it on my toes in the past and it was honestly very ugly, lines weren't blended and such but I chose to not say anything that time). I gladly would've came up with something else if he would've said wasn't able to do it bc of technique. This review is veryyyy long but overall the girls who did the pedicures were very nice, good work from them but he ruined the experience for me with his work and customer service. We will not be returning again.

The lady that did my nails and toes said she didn't work there, she was just helping out for the day. She was nice and experienced but left my heel bloody because she used the callus scraper but I don't really have a callus.... They served me two glasses of wine over a period of 3.5 hours. I arrived at 2:30 for my appointment and didn't get seen until 3:30 but this is expected with a new business. People were waiting longer than me and they were turning away ALL walk ins. They have a huge choice of polish and the salon is top notch and beautiful but wait a while to go or make an appointment for 5pm or later. I'll go again but plan better...
I usually don't get my toes done professionally since some nail techs are just a bit too rough for my liking. But today I got my pedicure done by one of the girl's that named Karen, she was absolutely so patient, gentle, and very detailed throughout the whole process! Made it a very calming experience for myself. The vibe of the whole place was very quiet since it was towards their closing time and to be honest I kinda prefer it that way. Definitely coming back and will be asking for Karen again! read more

Finally came back here after a year and it's even worse. Last year my gels nails barely lasted 4 days. Came back today with my daughter and we both had terrible service. My daughter's fingers are all cut up. This is not ok. read more

Came in for a pedicure.. young lady was nice but I definitely wasn't help with the overall outcome. My feet are still dry and cracked with roughness. I don't feel like enough attention was directed towards my feet. Probably will not be returning read more

Loved my first experience at Polish Spa! I'd been looking for a new salon since moving south of Seattle and this one is it. I'm so slow at choosing colors but they were so patient and sweet. Atmosphere is relaxed plus everything is super clean. Crystal did an amazing job on my gel manicure, can't emphasize how much I love it!! Will definitely be coming back when it's time for my next one read more

Wow! This is by far the best nail spa I've been to in the area. Staff is so friendly and good at their work! They take their time, even though it can be busy they aren't rushing. I feel like they take pride in their work and it shows. Also, the interior is stunning, makes me feel like a movie star. Hundreds of colors, good pricing, and they even fixed a nail that broke two days after my mani for free. Highly recommend! I've found my new favorite. read more

I am extremely hard the please when it comes to nail places but I was very impressed with my treatment and my nails. I came in to have my nails filled since the place I got them at was terrible. I always feel guilty have my nails filled somewhere where I didn't get them done at. The guy who did my nails was expensive professional and did a great job. He even fixed what the last place did to make them look amazing. I also got a free gift for being a new client. Definitely going back to the place to get my nails filled when it's time. read more

Update- I have been going here for awhile now and they just keep impressing me. Had a fab Mother's Day here! Deluxe pedicure, an acrylic fill and eyebrow wax. All wonderful. I can't stop looking at my nails! Super kind service and amazingly clean space. It is my go to for sure! read more

I did an ombré dip manicure and with their special they have going, it cost me $40. (Their special is until the end of the month I believe.) Vinh was my nail tech and he did amazing on my nails! He took the time to find the right color that fit me and was very attentive to how thick my nails were. I recommend making an appointment before going in as they tend to get busy! read more

Had a great first experience at Polish Spa! Got a gel full set with some nail art and then had the spa pedicure, and left so happy. It took some time to be done but both people who helped me were very thorough and attentive. My feet were extra dry and calloused and they were so much softer after my pedicure. Will definitely be back! read more

Beautiful spa, brand new everything, the owner is awesome, complimentary mimosas or wine with an "hour" service and tons of colors to choose from! Depending on what nail artist you get depends on the quality...like most salons! I have had a nail lift and come off both times I have been here unfortunately. They don't have a lot of available time for appointments. I called twice to swing by to get my lifted nail fixes and both times they recommended to "make an appointment for the next day". read more

I've purchased pedicure and manicure in advance from Groupon for 3 sets. I've used 1 and the owner gave me a gift certificate to come back for the other 2. No expiration date on there. Now I'm at the salon and they said they can't accept it because they have changed owner over 2 years now and they can't accept it. They can accept within a reasonable amount of time. Proof in the picture I've purchased the Groupon 8/2019. I went in to do my nails sometime in 10/2019. How can they been here for 2 years if I was here 10/2019 with this Groupon. I hate businesses that lies to me and I am able to prove it. They will never get my business again. Never buy gift certificate from this salon please and don't go there! read more

I went in for a manicure. The manicure does not cover the whole nail. It looks like I have a weeks worth of nail growth when I left. In addition the cuticle treatment was lacking....they look just like when I went in. When it was done the receptionist wanted me to use their cash machine to pay instead of charging my debit card. He said he would give back the $1.50 atm charge. I guess he did but I was also charged $1.50 from my bank. So I paid $33.50 for a manicure that looks at least a week old. Oh yeah and the polish is lumpy. read more

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. It was so nice to walk into a fresh modern and clean looking salon. My tech did a great job! They have tons of pedicure stations and for special appointments you can request champagne. Tons of color choices for nails! I'm very satisfied and plan on coming back again and will definitely refer friends and family read more

Decided to give this place another try since there's new ownership. Made an appointment for 4:30 pm and waited 20 minutes before walking out. What's the point of taking appointments if you can't even seat someone for their appointment slot. I even arrived a few minutes early. Disappointed again. read more
