I was just surprised to see the original owners left and gave the business to their sister and she is not friendly like the first owners. Everything was remodel at their shop fancy though I suppose they raise their price to pay for the remodel they did. But the girl who does my pedicure I like her a lot she is the best. It's just also there is no price on the board posted that how much it cost for the pedicure and manicure. So I think I am done with that place . A loyal client for almost five years. Happy with services. But the last few times I notice that services declined. Pedicure use to take 40 minutes now is in less than 20 minutes. No good cleaning. They rushed even the salon was empty. Today was the worst. No people After 10 minutes lady started to finish and when she was putting lotion in my legs, I asked surprised if she was done. Her answer was"relax ,that I still working " After that the owner showed and I told her what happened. She offered me to do again. I accepted but guess what? Another lady just clean my big toes. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. It is sparkling clean, fair pricing, talented and above and beyond staff and owner. I went per my sister's recommendation (like me, she's extremely picky about her nails). I was pleased with the amount of gel colors available. Lots of options and a lot of neutral colors. Cleanliness: The salon itself seems, at first, unhygienic. It was busy when I went and I didn't get the chance to see if they even cleaned the tub for my pedicure after the person before me since there was no disposable plastic covering I usually see in pedicure tubs. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'll rate the cleanliness 3/5. Performance: My cuticles were cut down very well and the massage was great. I was disappointed with the actual paint job. I had to point out where she would forget to paint or where the paint would go out of the nail and over my cuticles. I had to tell her multiple times but she didn't seem to understand due to the language barrier. I could tell she was trying her best but nonetheless I was upset with the paint. A woman (I'm assuming is the owner) saw I wasn't pleased and quickly fixed it in under 15 minutes. She did a MUCH better job. Disappointed I had to stay longer to fix my nails but I'm glad the owner took it into her hands to fix things for me with no extra cost. 3/5 read more

My gosh, this places does NOT disappoint! I'm convinced that I'm absolutely obsessed. I go to Julie for my shellac change every two weeks (quite religiously). Perfect is almost an understatement. She gets it right every single time. She's a pro with helping me pick colors that match my skin tone. She knows when it's time for a full manicure and not just a color change. She takes her time and doesn't rush. I am sooo picky when it comes to my nails. I will freak out over the smallest bubble or stuck piece of lint or lack of paint or streaks or anything imperfect and I don't ever have to worry about any of that when I go to Julie. Other than nails, the customer service is amazing. They're all so nice. I find that anytime they speak in Vietnamese, it's always translated out to me so there's never any worry that they're talking about me or other customers. Lastly, the place is clean. My mother and I came in around 10:30 last Saturday for shellac manicure and pedicure. My mom got a mani/pedi and I got a mani. When we came in it was very busy with around 6-8 ladies being serviced and a few waiting. I approached the reception desk and asked for shellac mani/pedi and we were given their color selection. They have a very large selection for shellac which was awesome! Very happy about that. We were asked to take a seat and wait and we probably waited for about 10 minutes when my mom was taken back for her pedicure. About another ten minutes passed and I looked to see and saw that she was still waiting for service. The foot spa was on and she was soaking, but I thought it was a little strange to seat someone before there was a technician available. I was then called to take a seat at their mani station and waited another 10 minutes before my nail tech came. The waiting was understandable due to their high volume of customers it just seemed strange to wait at the station before anyone would come to us, but I assumed this helped them remember who came first so no big deal. Around 11:15 there were much less people and not as hectic and their nail techs were fairly attentive to their work and worked efficiently. Overall we had a good experience and walked away happy with our nails and the time we spent there. My only negative thought would be that they do not line their foot spas between clients. They drain the water and refill, but I did not see any sanitation methods to wipe down the tub or mani counter after each client. I err on the side of liking things to be sanitized, so I wish there was more care towards that. The service and quality of nails is typically what most people really care about, so I give them 5 stars for that. Would recommend :) read more

The service here was terrible. They left me in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes with no water when she came in finally put the water it was ice cold when it came time to do my manicure she cut the skin on half of my fingers. This used to be my go to spot for years on end and loved my weekly pedicures!! Everyone there is so nice!! They did have some turn over, but not by much. Saturday and Sunday's are the busiest times- so make a appointment ahead of time! But this last time I had a pedicure it seems that I have contracted athletes foot. My guess is that the tub was not rinsed and cleaned out very well or the tools they used were not cleaned properly. I never ever have had a issue before but unfortunately this is something i never thought about getting but. Ow i will think twice about going anywhere that doesn't have tub liners. I had a full set put on elsewhere and wanted them off. I was seated and told to pick a color for my nails. I opted for a manicure with shellac polish. After about 10 mins, I was called to sit in a chair. Another 5 mins later, a lady came and looked at the state of my nails first. She then pulled out pliers and said, "tell me if it hurts". She literally yanked off my acrylics. It tugged greatly on my nails. Although she tried to be as gentle as she could, she cracked the tips of 3 of my nails as a result. She buffed out my nails and left after that. She said someone else will do my polish. The man working on the lady next to me came over and examined my nails again. He buffed it some more and then applied my color choice. After the UV process, he massaged my hands for about a minute on each. He lightly(small dab) added on cuticle oil. After that I was told my total would be $30. Price was reasonable but I felt my manicure was not up to par with other places. After examining my nails, there are several nails in which the sides were not painted. Been coming here for years and since I was in high school! Kathy the owner always takes care of me. Here's a tip: never go to a nail salon on a busy time without an appointment. Either make an appointment or come on off hours. I workout a lot so I need strong nails that will last. I always get a dip done on my nails and they last for at least 3 weeks without a chip. It's worth the extra money in my opinion. You really can't beat the prices here either for the services they provide. read more

Went here about a few months ago to do get my acrylics done. Was a little upset they couldn't do a set with butterfly decals on it. However, I got a simple one color set with medium length. Not bad at all! My nails were comfortable throughout the whole process and the results were great! The place was sanitized and kept clean. The people were very welcoming and nice. I brought my niece in to get her nails done and she wanted to get a full set and she had a picture of what she wanted to have done. She showed them the picture before they started and they said 'okay'. They ended up doing something that wasn't even close and then in the middle of the appt they asked to see the reference photo and the lady says they can't do it and we need to do shellac to get what she wants. That wouldn't have been an issue if they would have said that when we first started. And then they kept saying that they couldn't get it done but they can do a design if they want and expected her to think of something off the spot and she felt rushed. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but it was just a bad experience in general. We would have been understanding if it was something that couldn't be done, but they should have said that from the very beginning. This used to be my go to spot but even after asking if there's anything they could do to get close to what she wanted, they only recommended putting a design on them and weren't open to fixing it even when we were open to starting over. I really love this place! Super clean salon and friendly staff. I went in at 9:40am and wanted a gel polish change. Kyle along with some of the other ladies welcomed me when I walked in. Kyle did my gel polish change which turned out great. I had recently taken off old gel polish and my nails needed a nice buff out before new gels were put on.
