The older lady who did them was so patient following my mum (both speaking in Hindi) and went slowly to be gentle. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

It shows I've checked in 6 times. I've actually been to Amanda's more. I just forget to check in. Her prices are up to par with everyone in the industry, and as always gives me great service. Since I get both my under arms and Brazilian she offers me a gown, as well as the table warmer. Really nice to have on cold Seattle days. The last year my doctor told me to stop getting Brazilians due to my hormones, and aging. I tried it for a year. Amanda would just trim my hair, and not sugar. I was thankful for the cleanup because I was miserable being hairy. After a year I decided enough is enough so today I had Amanda take it all off. It was so relaxing laying on the warm table as she sugared the hair off. Yes it hurts, but only for a split second. After she finished she moisturizes your skin. It's truly an experience to have.

This place however has always been consistent and I walk out with feeling great with my brows every time. They are quick and I never have to say what I'm looking for or give suggestions - they just know what to do to make your brows look good! Price is currently $6 for threading and I think around an additional $8 or so (can't remember exactly) for brow tint. There is an additional $.50 charge for using card on purchases under $20. If I ever move away from Kent I will make the drive here regularly for threading/tint - they're so good!
