Upon arrival, Patience greeted me in her adorable studio that is a plant mamas dream. Her space is very clean and pandemic friendly so I didn't feel nervous at all with my time there. She is very thorough with her explanations and put me at ease about the procedure as I was very nervous. My pain tolerance is extremely low and she ensured me I'd do great! She numbed me up and we chatted about my desired look for my brows and we decided on doing a combination brow which means a combination between nano & shading. I won't lie, I definitely felt the nano part more than the shading. But I would 100% do it again. The discomfort is tolerable and so worth it for the end result. You forget any pain as soon as you see your brows finished. There was essentially no pain to the shading part. So the overall experience was honestly very good and completely tolerable. And this is coming from someone that is a scaredy cat! After the final reveal, I was so pleased with everything. The shape, the beautiful nano strokes, and how well it fit onto my face. The application is applied then during the waiting process you'll start your paperwork and Patience talks you through the process. As you can see, her rates have gone up so it's best to keep an eye on her instagram page and be on her email list for updates. For the booking process, each time I would submit an idea while her books were open then she would approve my idea if it fit within what she wants to tattoo. Once I got approval, she emailed two links for putting down a deposit and choosing when my appointment is. This process is easy, then you eventually get a couple emails/text messages telling you instructions for the day of the appointment and aftercare. Parking near the studio is rather hard, but I've always been lucky that my partner drops me off. You can definitely find street parking, it just may be a bit of a walk to the studio. You text the given number saying that you're here and go up once Ash says she's ready. The rest of the process is pretty straightforward after that. I suffer from trichotillomania and pull out my eyebrow hairs repeatedly. I had virtually no eyebrows before coming in today. My results look completely natural, and it wasn't painful in the least bit. Keanu checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and she answered my millions of questions. Honestly, the procedure was completely relaxing. I highly, highly recommend either of the technicians here.
