I messaged Wik'd Ink on Facebook messenger and was replied to very quickly. Bear booked me for the same week. When I arrived, I was greeted by the most beautiful Cane Corso named Brutus. What a great pooch! The. I met Bear. A towering long bear arced man who I connected with instantly. We talked a little more about my tattoo, and he worked and then reworked some magic to get it where I wanted it. He was incredibly easy to communicate with, had great ideas, and is top notch. He gave me the estimated time and expected cost. What a novel idea! Then it was chair time. Brother Bear out on some Five Finger Death Punch and we got to work. The perfect blend of conversation, with moments of just chillin in the chair. When all was said and done I walk d away with something I am so stoked on, and plans for many more visits to see Bear and Brutus. This is the absolute hands down best experience I have ever had with any of my 7 or so tattoo artists. I feel like I was welcomed into the family. I can wait to go back for my next visit, holidays, family reunions, whatever presents itself. Thank you brother for the best experience and here is to so many more!

They asked what they could do for me after not saying anything after picking up for phone for ten seconds, and I said that I wanted to make an appointment for my cousin and I. She was silent for many seconds and then said that they don't take appointments, walk-ins only. I was confused because on the website it said appointment only, and to call at noon to make an appointment. So I was like I guess they changed their policy. I drove over 30 minutes to get there, and when I walked in I was declined service because they do not take walk-ins. The lady that "helped" us could not have cared less, even when I told her what the worker had said to me. I suggested that she have a talk with the workers because, and I quote from her, "This happens all the time". How can your workers not know what to do in situations like this, especially when policy is on the website and likely have people in everyday for piercings. So she said try calling again tomorrow. So my aunt called them at 12:04 today, the following day, to get our name on the list to call back and make our appointment at 1. They called her back and said they were fully booked up for the day, and would only be able to have an appointment for one at 1 o'clock, which was the time that they called her back. The lady was rude, and not helpful, they clearly do not care about helping people or getting business so do not go here. There are plenty of other great places to go with much nicer and more helpful people. The management clearly seems to be lacking, so don't waste your time, money, or gas to try and go here.

Before I got the piercing, my nerves were sort of high, so when he originally marked where he'd pierce, it was too far to the left, but I was too nervous to correct it. Thankfully, the piercer corrected himself after I stood in the mirror and it turned great, as well as making some jokes to ease the nerves. However, I will say that the jewelry isn't the best quality. After about a month with the piercing, the gem inside the top part of the jewelry fell out?
