Had a pedicure without an appointment and they got me in very quick. The pedi was the best one I have had in a long time.

I have received two gel manicures from two diff people here and will be returning for the extent of my time in MI because of consistent amazing service. The staff is ver nice. However, I've made three appointment after walking in and all three appointments my nail tech was over a half hour late. My gel fills are mediocre and not done very well. I've given them several opportunities and it's time to move on. read more

This has become my go-to Nail Salon. The staff is sweet, hilarious, and attentive to detail. If you're on a time-crunch, make an appointment; the staff is usually pretty good at sticking to the schedule. I have found that I enjoy the banter that comes from the owner! Don't plan go here if you expect to be on time. Of all the times I've gone as a walk in client I've had to wait at least 15 minutes but that wasn't a big deal, I was a walk in. When I booked for my wedding party, they were under staffed and we didn't get the entire bridal party through because we would have been late for the rehearsal. The last straw was when I made an appointment, and had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment for an available tech. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

I needed to get two nails repaired, I went into this salon, no customers were in there, no cars in the parking lot, I walked in and asked if she could repair my nails, she told me I had to a appointment, which was a smooth way of refusing service to me, she was so unprofessional, it's really sad to know that people have issues with other people, because of one reason or another, if you don't meet there standard or look like them, wouldn't recommend to my pet poodle, I hope there business close, very hurtful read more

Went to this salon based on Yelp reviews by other users and was not disappointed. Very friendly staff and super clean salon. The lady who did my nails (not related to the owners) was very receptive to what I wanted done, sweet and quick. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because the lady who did my nails didn't clean up the excess polish after applying it. It felt like she was in a hurry to go to the next customer. I guess this was just an isolated case because I saw the other ladies (owners) doing a very thorough job with their customers. I will definitely give it another try next time I am in Lansing, however will choose one of the owners to do my nails. Their price is very reasonable too. read more

I would never go to another nail salon again and I have been to many. They do the best job by far. Usually nail salons are always trying to see as many people as possible so they rush through but not this salon. Everyone takes their time and makes sure that you are happy. It is wise to make an appointment because of this but they do take walk ins if they have time. The price is standard to other places. They do a cool hot stone massage which I had never gotten before. They truly care about you, your nails and what you want. I highly recommend going here, you'll be hooked. read more

My daughter and I have come here often, and have always had good results. The first time we came, we tried to come as a "walk in" appointment. Apparently they had a full book scheduled, so we were asked to come back another time. Not a big deal. I understand that people with appointments get priority(as it should be). I've made sure to make appointments everytime since and havent' had an issue. Friendly staff, clean environment, doesn't smell like the typical salon. I LOVE GOING TO POLISHED SALON! Anna and Charlie (married co-owners :) are just the sweetest people and do an excellent job. The salon has easy access (in the same store front as Leo's Lodge on Jolly/Dunckel), is affordable ($35ish for a mani pedi combo), and it is easy to get an appointment (I can get a mani at lunch and be back in time to work). I have referred many of my girlfriends (and some of them even bring their husbands back with them for a pedi - no polish though!). I have bought gift certificates with coworkers for baby shower/bridal shower gifts and we hear back from the "giftee" how much she enjoyed her spa service and is becoming a new customer! I am a little reluctant to blab about what a nice experience this is (monthly mani or pedi on payday :D) because I don't want them to get too busy for me to get in for a quick appointment. If you try them once, their quality and friendliness will win you back for more! read more
