Update: she was new and they JUST informed me of this! Never once did they say that in my DM or when I got there. I thought they needed models for social media and advertising! Maybe you shouldn't name it "models" I spent 3 hours in here for just a simple pedicure with acrylic big toes!!! I came in waited 30 mins for someone to even put water in the bowl which wasn't a big deal to me because they were busy and they had me with a younger gal who seemed to be brand new. I'm not trying to discredit her but 3 hours for a pedicure is ridiculous to me. I'm just frustrated at the fact that no one checked on her or me! Did they/she not realize she was so slow? I have consistently come here for my nails and always walked away with a set I loved. Recently I got my first pedicure here and the plastic sponge they used scraped my foot. Thought it was no big deal went home and went to bed. The next day my foot was bothering me and I was disappointed to see a huge scape on my foot along with several smaller ones. Honestly so very disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment for 2pm for an acrylic full set and a pedicure. They sat me down around 1:50 and soaked my feet but didn't start the actual pedicure until around 2:45ish. She apologized about the wait and I happened to have time that day so I didn't think it was that big of a deal. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job. My full set was started after my pedicure. My nails I hated immediately. I had shown the picture of what I wanted and stated instead of blue glitter I would like pink. He took a picture of the nails and sat it beside him during the entire appointment. He would look at the picture and then proceed with my nails. Although they are cute, these are NOT what I asked for. I would have rather been told they would not be able to do the design so I could change it to just French tips but no. Some of my nails are also uneven from the acrylic being laid unevenly. I think he could tell I was upset and would ask if I was okay but at that point I really just wanted to leave. I had a last minute trip and really needed to get them done and couldn't get an appointment with my nail lady and decided to give them a chance. I was done around 4:40ish. They also were not cheap. It is safe to say that every nail tech here is great at what they do, I went a good couple months with no particular tech and every set was amazing. The establishment is big and clean and the service is always pleasant. What really separates this salon from others is not only their nail techs but the fact that they have a receptionist, I find this to really keep the flow of the salon going. First time customer. They were very friendly but cleanliness is a zero for me. Not only were the floors extremely dirty, the chairs were also. Aside from the visual disturbance, the tools they used were not disinfected one bit. I seen one employee using a callus shaver (illegal) and wipe it off with a towel, then put it back on her cart. All tools including nail clippers, nippers, pick, drill bits, files, buffers, and callus scrubber they all reused after other customers. I watched them go from customer to customer with the same tools. I asked for new tools only and she just rotated to different tools on the cart that were also visibly used. I think the state needs to pay them a visit because someone can catch a serious bacterial disease. From reading the responses to the reviews they receive, the owner usually does not take accountability to make a change & just says things like " you should have asked for ... " in this case I did ask (my request was not met) & you should not have to ask for them to follow state laws & regulations. I will not be returning and urge anyone reading to reconsider going here. read more

It was $28 to remove my old gelx and just a plain mani. The woman in the front who took me in was very pushy and kept insisting on gel nails. Honestly, I just needed the old set off for work and had already told them that. She proceeded to tell the nail technician who took me to offer gel again in Vietnamese (3rd time now). They kept talking about me and why I wouldn't just do gel. I got frustrated because I can speak the language and ended up asking them in Vietnamese why it was a problem to do a regular manicure. They just stared at me and pretended not to understand me. They knew at that point I understood so they kept whispering to each other so I couldn't entirely hear. The nail technician who had me was a little rough removing them, didn't soak them, and finally had to file them down to get them off. Honestly, job got done, gel x was removed and I'll be glad to not have to get my nails done again. If I do, I'll be looking for another place in town. Edit: Are you denying that you told the nail tech to ask me about gel nails again? She replied to you "I already asked her twice, so if I ask her again it would be weird". Thanks for trying to judge my Vietnamese and actually they were NOT talking about their weekends. They were talking about the lady who walked in with a broken nail and saying they should charge her because it was her fault. $28 is not a problem. The service provided for that price was not worth it. Final edit: Your response has been very unprofessional. I didn't think it would need to be said, whether they were talking about me or not (which you didn't even deny they were talking about that customer) - talking about ANY of your customers behind their back is rude and unprofessional. This was my favorite place until my last two visits, yesterday 4/16 was the worst my daughter and I went and in only 15 minutes they did the pedicure, they only removed the old gel, washed the feet and painted them again that's all they did. They never cut the nails, never removed the cuticles, never did anything else and at the end of it all I had to pay $105 for me and my daughter, they do this simply because they want to cover all the customers that come in but it doesn't seem fair to me because they should dedicate the time that each of the customers should have, I also don't ask for extra time, just what it is and how it is. And at the end of it all she got upset because we didn't leave a tip and I also realized that while I was getting ready to get out of the chair she went and washed all the utensils she used on me with just water in the sink and put them back in the Rolling Cart without sterilizing them she just put them back because the next customer was already approaching to sit down.. read more

I came in here several months ago before seeing Eva and a lady cutting my toes did it so short it hurt and I jumped... I almost never came back! But I gave another chance and happened to get Eva and never looked back. I always request her. If Eva left this place, I'm not so sure I would continue going but who knows... Update: Dropping down to 1 star because 8 days after this horrible color experience, the gel has already started to chip. I was very displeased with my experience here. Everything would have been fine with this review. Except I picked a very specific yellow for my color. When they were about to apply the color, the technician informed me that he would need to apply white underneath for the color to show. Otherwise, it would be too sheer to be visible. I said fine. Afterwards, they asked if I liked it. I said "no! That doesn't look anything like the color I chose! Plus, you can see the white underneath and around my cuticles." The technician said "oh, we'll do without the white next time." Didn't offer to change the color or apologize for this glaring mistake with the color. I hate the color but the fact that you can see the white around it... just looks horrible, as if I painted over another color myself. I won't be back. read more
