The massage portion of the facial was amazing and easily the highlight of the service. However, I don't feel the service was worth the price point. While the esthetician was kind and explained her steps, the actual treatment felt rushed, as if my face was just being "played with" rather than treated. Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.

Andrea surrounds herself with an amazing staff of women who are kind and amazing at their craft. Laurie, who helped me make my most recent appointment was accommodating and easy to schedule with. She also let me know ahead of time what COVID protocols were being followed. I know during this time the idea of having someone close to your face can be scary but Andrea and her staff take every precaution. Temperature checks are taken at the front and Andrea wore a mask and shield when she did my brows. They are also sanitizing between each of the services. I felt safe and at ease throughout the entire process. The interior front portion of the place was very clean, smelled wonderful and had a lot of items that they sold that seemed really interesting. After getting checked in, I went to sit in their waiting area that had a few seats and very dim lighting so I was already getting relaxed while I waited for more relaxation. Once I got called back, I went into another dim room where I got ready under the sheets to begin my massage. I decided to get medium pressure and my masseuse, Jocelyn, was wonderful. Taking the time for the full 60 minutes, I could feel areas loosen while she massaged. I loved that the bed I was laying on was slightly heated and the warm towels and oil she used both felt and smelled wonderful. Once I was done, she was ready with a small cup of water and wished me an amazing day. The price for a 60 minute Swedish massage is $125 and well worth every penny. This doesn't include a tip, so be ready to tip these hard workers! They also offer a membership that I have been contemplating getting because of how well this location treated me for my first time having a massage. Next time I'll try their deep tissue option!

This is a full salon for hair, nails, spa treatments and purchase of products too There are many different sections to this place which is quite interesting how the lay out is. Julianna came and took me to her station to see what I wanted done . I them went to get shampooed and mentioned to Juliana my hair is thick and coarse so needs to be conditioned and combed out, she understood and told the person who was shampoo g my hai. I always love to get my hair shampooed as it is relaxing. I went back to Julianna and she did a great job taking her time and asking in between if the amount she will cut is fine .
