Dr. DR was thorough in our initial visit and has maintained the thoroughness throughout the years. Dr. DR has a passion for seeing his patients healthy and balanced that attributes to a successful life. Everyone I come in contact with that converses about needing chiropractic care, I let them know I know the best one and refer them to Dr. DR. Last month my 48 year old sister had a hemorrhagic stroke on the right side (absolutely no movement for a month of her left arm) in fact the OT therapy said it would never be the same. Got a referral from my General Physician, I requested an appointment in April of this year, and the…read morefirst available was for August 4th. Last week I had an employee calling to let me know they can see me on Monday July 13th. at 8: 30 AM, I was glad to have that option and cancel all my responsibilities to be able to take this appointment. From that moment on I received 3 emails, and 6 text to make sure I am confirming; from Thursday to Sunday non stopping. (Should had been an alarm for me) I arrived on time, at 8:12 AM to filled paperwork, an assistant got me in to check my vitals, and the "DR" was next to us, but not smile, no greeting from her part. 30 minutes later, I hear her going in and out of rooms. Awkwardly she has a print out to give you an awareness that she is running late on appointments, and "WE" must be kind. Then she enters the room #5 next to me on the left at 9:01 AM. 10 minutes later she enter the room #3 on my right and I can hear all the chat and laugh. By then I looked at my watch and it was 9:26 AM. I left the room and asked the assistant on the front desk to refund me the visit payment. She didn't know how. The DR came out, talk to her, looked at me and again "no greeting, no smile" and went back to room #3. The waiting room is full of seniors and some have the same time appointment. To top it off the Office Manager comes outside to talk to the worker that does not know how to return the money and how to print, but she didn't manage the situation, neither acknowledge my presence. The assistant send me to sit down, and now is 10:16 AM, when I got to the desk again she didn't know what to do, and said my refund can take 10 days. At" that point I said: "I've been waiting for this appointment since April. I was schedule in August and you guys got me in today.
