Visiting here from Houston and wasn't disappointed. Chicken was very moist and had great flavor throughout. My husband said it was the best he's ever had and he said his margarita was strong. What I liked the most about eating here is that they actually warm up your tortillas in a comal rather than the microwave! The only disappointment was that there wasn't sufficient seating for a family of five. We ended up seating separately and there was no way we were going to sit outside with 110 degree weather. Great chicken! I stop here 1-2 times each month while cutting through G.P. between my parents's house in north GP and my sister's by I-20. This place has great chicken tacos, a wonderful salsa bar, and good beans and rice to go with your chicken plate of choice. You know it is going to be good from the aroma alone when you step out of your car... then once in the door, you are greeted by an entire wall of grills covered with butterflied birds in various stages of obtaining golden skin, like a Florida beach on spring break without any alcohol. In fact, the only thing that could improve the experience would be if you could indeed add a margarita to the mix. Even if it isn't meal time, I will stop by, pick up a whole chicken, and use it for various dishes over the next couple of days. This chicken is far superior in taste to any grocery store rotisserie out there for about the same price, and comes with a stack of fresh tortillas if you are so inclined. The manager Daniel was super courteous and when I mentioned this was our first time visiting he gave us a quick run down of their most popular items. I knew exactly what I wanted.. the steak fries that caught my attention on fb from the beginning. Loaded with steak, cheese, guacamole, & cilantro. Need I say more. I washed it down with a frozen margarita. I'm usually an on the rocks girl but this frozen margarita exceeded my expectations! My wife saw a Big Burrito on Facebook and she tells me we have to go we have to go. so we took a little short ride it came by. She got the burrito with chicken she liked it a lot she couldn't finish it and I got the steak and chicken fajita platter.
