Went to the one on Tropicana /Maryland. This one use to be off Topaz and was the bomb! This go around, (around 2 pm, July 4th) we got chicken tacos. Chemicals in Mac salad--- My big family and I have been eating here for years and we live by silverton casino (very far). I don't mind the drive for some good food. Unfortunately today they lost a costumer (actually 7-9 costumers) because today we had a very bad experience. As we are ordering the waitress was very nice but one of the cooks kept staring us down, then the cook came out of the truck and was doing the same thing so my husband asked him if there was a problem the guy responded with "no problem" , We ordered a whole chicken with two sides of Mac for my husband and myself. Well as soon as we got home we wanted to eat so we open the box and it was only half a chicken. (Not to big of a deal because the food is normally tasty) the chicken was not seasoned, then we tried the Mac and it tasted like how bleach smells it was also very dry and looked like it had white/yellow powder. I spit it out. My husband tried the other Mac salad and same thing. Please be careful eating here. I'm so disappointed in this place. I know it's on a bad side of town but the service use to be a whole lot better read more

I used to eat here back in 2018-2019. I remember that their tacos were good. Ordered 14 tacos for myself and coworkers. The carne Asada tacos were meatless to say the least. The chicken tacos were the worst I've had. They weren't even grilled! Not fresh. I called very disappointed as I am from Sinaloa and these tacos were offensive. The chicken tacos also had little meat on them and apparently they were cooked Inside the food truck. Not grilled. It was tasteless. They said that's how they do their tacos and they only use the grilled chicken when they run out of the stove top chicken. I'm overall disappointed. Their meatless asada tacos are about $2.66 each. Chicken tacos $1.50. Their guacamole sauce is t really guacamole. Latinos know what I'm talking about. They did replace my tacos with the grilled chicken. I'm still not impressed. Yes!!!!!! Finally, a decent Mexican food spot were I can grab a quick bite during lunch. I must say I have never had a burrito with macaroni salad inside. This I can say was the first time and will not be my last. It must be a Sinaloa thing. The chicken was really good. It was seasoned well and to top it off the red salsa was great. They had fresh pico de gallo and onions with habanero chili, great toping options. Also order a real carne asada taco. What can I say, I will definitely come back to try other menu items. read more

I've been here twice now, and for street tacos, you really can't beat the price. They taste absolutely fantastic, they are meat and tortilla and all the toppings are in a cart next to where you order so you can dress your tacos however you like. My favorite is the carnitas, with chicken coming in a close second. You have to pay extra if you pay with card and the service is all right, but I don't order from a food truck for service. They get bonus points for being right near my house and always having my food ready in less than 5 minutes. The green sauce is great and has a surprising kick to it. read more

I find the staff to be very negligent and passive aggressive. As I parked employee walks behind car as I could have nearly hit her and as you think of what to order and actually order it's like you are wasting their time by going to slow . Try's to rush you tapping the pen until you are finally done ordering .. I didn't like my experience pulling up here and their chicken is actually pretty dry .. as for sanitation is there really any there if you keep the same pair of gloves on to handle money and food ? They have a call ahead sign posted, don't bother, they don't answer. They want you to stand there for over 20 minutes while you die a little of smoke inhalation. The place is absolute chaos. There is no parking, I guess the parking is for the tire-shop. I waited over 25 minutes for half a chicken, I wanted a combo but they wouldn't sell me two chicken breast, even though I was willing to pay extra, so I ordered half. You have to wait in a long slow line to grab some salsa, etc., there is no order, you have to ask for containers and some of the customers grab so much stuff, they hog up the area for some time. Oh, they charge you a $1 to pay with a card - come on - it's 2021 and yes it's only $1, but a whole dollar seems excessive to be able to use a card. I got my food, TwEnTy fIVe mINuTes lAtER, it was nice and hot and it smelled good. Don't get excited though, the chicken was sooooo bland and had absolutely ZERO flavor. So disappointing. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. You'll go home sad and smelling like smoke. I gave them two stars because the food was fresh, the tortillas were good and so were the salsas. The bland flavorless chicken was juicy, bland, but juicy. Side note, the hot dogs look good but there is no way in baby Jesus' name that I would wait 20-30 minutes for any food at that stand. This is a taco truck at the corner of Vegas Drive in Rancho Drive. Me and my crew were working nearby and thought we'd give it a shot. The food is fantastic and they have good prices, plus they get it done fast. You don't normally think about going to a taco truck for lunch you should reconsider. This is better food than it most Mexican fast food places I can think of. It's authentic, really good quality, and they give you good portions for the price. Pretty disappointed, I ordered the two piece combo, they gave me the two most skimpiest pieces of chicken, the bean section of the plate was only filled halfway, and my macaroni salad was warm with no flavor, just warm macaroni salad with chunks of ham and mayo. I have been to this food truck many times because the food is delicious!!! Thee bomb! But yesterday 9/12 something was just off with the customer service that kinda hurt my feelings honestly. My husband and I got there about 9:30 the sign says it opens at 9. There were two ladies behind the counter who I see every time I go. They look up at us and don't even acknowledge our presence. I was standing back a couple steps so I stepped up. I seen someone on the grill that's next to the truck, and I also noticed that the ingredients to put on your food weren't out yet so I understood and was patient. About 5 minutes goes by and the lady sets up the outside and still is ignoring our presence. I wish they would not judge a book based on the cover because I am bilingual and understood everything she was saying. I don't know if they assumed that we don't because my hue is a little darker, but with a simple hello, some kind of acknowledgement to a customer that would've made my day. I went to a local gas station this morning and there was another customer who went yesterday telling the gas station attendant how he felt the service was off. Word of mouth travels fast!!
