Thought we'd give it a try seeing as it was 10 minutes off I-35. Found the small place and it was exactly what we were looking for! The chips and salsa was super tasty, the half and half tea was on point, and you can't go wrong with a Mexican coke! Ordered the cheese enchiladas plate and the wife got a quesadilla. We were pleasantly satisfied and they hit the spot. Tbh though, the beans and rice won my heart being so flavorful and delicious. The service was superb and I appreciated their thoughtfulness of checking on us to make sure we were doing ok. All in all, we highly recommend you visit them if you're in the area, we got a table quick around 7 pm and it was a quaint epic time! Try it soon and you won't regret!

Their homemade chips are light and crispy, and their salsa is super flavorful while not overly spicy. It hits that happy medium between my husband and me. Breakfast is also great. You go in and pretty much grab a table unless there's a line with people waiting. Service is always friendly and efficient. Prices are fair. Typical mom and pop type interior with a mixture of booth seating and tables with metal chairs. It's always clean. Branch out and try something new. Highly recommend.

They have a private parking lot and drive thru window. Since I was on a time crunch, I went through drive thru. You order at the window and it does take them time to make your food fresh. I appreciate that! The gentleman at the window was very nice. I got bacon, egg, cheese on flour and it was excellent!! Flour tortilla was pillowy and fresh. Eggs were plentiful and topped with thick cut bacon and shredded cheese. Adding this to my places to stop and eat when in Waco and will keep it as a place for drive thru taco when passing through the area! Thank you Lolitas crew!

I love Ninfa's!…read more Service here is always friendly and upbeat. There's a decent size parking lot in front. I like the plants and Mexican decor. They have a taco salad that is absolutely delicious! Their margaritas are also on point. The Waco restaurant is a little more homey and not quite as luxe feeling as the Houston locations, but it can be solidly relied upon for good, filling Tex-Mex, so I love to stop by when I'm in town.

We've been coming to this place for a couple years. Often we forget it's here, and tonight we remembered we live this place and swung in for pozole and flautas (our favorites).... And somehow, this place has gotten EVEN BETTER than any other time we've been. The man behind the counter today, who we haven't seen here before, absolutely knocked it out of the park. He put together a chicken tinga lettuce wrap, but on naan for us that was arguably the best damn thing we've ever had out of there.
