Tiffany was great about it She was able to clear things up, give me a tour, explain how the facility operated and get my little fella settled. When I left I was able to see my little guy from their cameras. One thing I liked about Pet Paradise is their kennel sizes. The are oversized and have plenty of room to roam around when not in the play area. Actually two separate areas with one where they can see their neighbors and the opposite side where they can have privacy with a place to lay down, get water and just relax. When I came back to pick him up I learned he did pass the temperament test. Buy when I asked how he did Rachel informed me she did not know. I was told I would be getting one more free day because I should have had a folder to take with me telling me about his day. The folder was missing. So I will return and with such a great experience I can see checking them out again.

If I pay to board my fur baby, her area should be kept clean and dry! every time I saw her on camera In the playgroup, she was always standing, not laying on the turf ! I'm soo mad at the nonchalant response from the manager Shaquita of how this could've happened like it's no big deal & was told oh she probably had an allergic reaction or it could've been her laying on the turf, & take her to the vet & let us know but "no we don't reimburse for vet bills" because you signed a waiver!! So basically your dog can come back damaged but because you signed to put them in their care they aren't responsible for anything. Plus, I've boarded her at this location several times a few years ago for the same amount of time & this never occurred. Unacceptable & anybody with eyes can see that this is just horrible and neglectful & they just handed her over to me like oh well we aren't responsible!

While I am comfortable for the moment with the individual trainers, I fully expect the quality of care to rapidly decline with PE involved. They already plan to remove a lot of the website transparency, such as the names and profiles of trainers "because they don't want to have to update their website often," which of course indicates major turnover and instability. I have spoken with multiple former F2D employees who no longer are with the company and it is very sad.

My dog was terrorized by 5 other dogs,one biting his legs 2 others trying to hump him all while the employee is sitting on her phone like she is not at work! I've watched it for 30 minutes before I called up there and told them to remove my dog- his tail was between his legs walking with his butt down- oh if you don't like your dog being humped no worries because they don't try and stop it. My dog is freshly cleaned and he came back after only 2 hours and smelled like pee and shit! The area they keep the dogs is filthy- dogs who clearly aren't trained just shit and piss everywhere This was absolutely the worst place I could have taken him. I came for a certificate for my dog so he can…read moretravel And got it. but while he was getting inspected, they noticed my dog long nails, and they offered to cut them Because they're very hard to cut because it requires 3 people.they said it would be to the quick and would bleed but I accepted because I think it was serious enough to need it. Unfortunately they went about it horribly and didn't show any remorse for my dog they yelling at my dog. he had a muzzle on as well. They hit him on the butt (Not hard). but my dog has never hurt anyone he obviously get scared and barks. They just stress him out so much he's been licking his feet for hours after and I was looking up online how To help with pain and healing and learned vets are highly recommended to put them to sleep. When clipping a dog's nails like that Because of how much it hurts. (I didn't know it was that serious) I also read there's a chance for them not growing back normally. I was not informed about any of this before the incident. If I could go back and change it, I would just ask for them to take more time and give him breaks. I understand it would be easier to do it quick but with how stressed he was, I don't think that was fair to him.
