The store is very clean and well organized. It smells great inside and the AC was so good even on very hot days. The staff are nice and friendly. They have random sales throughout the week so it's just by luck if you will get good deals. I really like that they have good selection of everything. My husband and I visited this Ralph Lauren outlet store over the weekend and were impressed by the store size and amount of offerings as we first walked in. I fell in love with two blazers that were featured on the mannikins, but could not find them on the floor. It took 2 sales members 10 minutes to locate them for me, and all they had were size XXS. I needed a small, so that was disappointing. I did find a very cool racing jacket that thankfully was in my size (small). The price was $348 which was a great buy considering the quality of this amazing garment. I usually shop at the regular full price Ralph Lauren store, so I knew this was a steal! Later I looked on Ebay to see if people were selling the same jacket there, and the price was $600 for a used identical jacket! So even though I did not get the blazers I wanted, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. read more

The lady who work at assisting in the 'changing room' her customer service is clearly not forte. Her rudeness was so uncalled for that I lost all interest in purchasing anything. As someone who has shopped here many times, this was my first encounter with service and unfortunately, her managed to single-handedly turn what could have been a pleasant visit into a truly disappointing experience. I shopped this store on Tuesday 11/1/22. The store was very quiet, very well kept and very clean. The men's section occupies 1/3 of the store, and was busy, the other 2/3rds is women's: totally empty of shoppers Chikren's has its own storefront, and sadly, the Home store category ( bed linens, towels etc) have not been available in the outlets for some time. I suppose that is due to fact the Factory Stores are no longer outlets carrying discontinued metchandise or their own ' Factory Store label' but extensions of the regular PRL line. Claudia, pleasant and professional, approached me and offered me her assistance and gave me the run down on the sale event that was ending that day. After suggesting I grab a shipping bag, a very good idea, she went on to assist others, but came back around to check in, which I appreciated, because as a decades long PRL customer and fan, I don't want hovering, hand holding help. Claudia had the right style for me, and she should be commended for her passion for service and the brand. I actually ended up spending far less than I feared, and I had a couple of coupons that the Factory Store had emailed me. The cashier for Claudia was also very helpful and considerate. However, I had also received a coupon for my October 12th birthday, good for all of October, and today was November 1st. At my request, the manager ( I am blanking on his name, Matthew? Michael) came over and said he could not honor the birthday coupon. He gave me the old story about the system not accepting it, which I am sure is true. He mumbled something about 'if it was in the same week...' to which I pointed out the coupon expired one day before, so it was in the same week. That seemed to rattle him, and he walked away. A very poor example to set for his staff, in my opinion Aside from being a decades long customer, you may have figured out I have decades of wholesale and retail senior management experience with an emphasis on customer service. That manager needs to be empowered to make the 'appropriate ' decision ( extend the birthday discount given my particular situation) or needs training in how to tactfully and creatively say 'no' to a customer who pleasantly and kindly asked to be accommodated. I might have added a couple of items, or I may have left saving $15 more. Instead, here we are: a great event, a great sales associate and great savings, the overall experience soured by a manager. For government holidays we usually go to this outlet store to buy some stuff. This past veteran's day was no exception. We arrived at the outlet store around noon. To our surprise we noticed that the outlet parking area was not as crowded as we originally anticipated. The weather was a bit on the cooler side, which probably was one of the additional factors that kept people away from the outlet stores that day. As a habit, we always visit the polo store. I partically like their polo Tshirts that I usually wear with jeans. I have tons of them but I feel like I never have enough...my husband is a big fan as well. So we got seperated, each wondering in the store in our areas to find good deals. We each found a shirt that we liked. I found mine in the clearance section which was supposed to be additional 30% off. My husband found his shirt at the sales rack as well which was supposed to be 40% of the original price... Well guess what, eventhough I found my shirt in the clearance section along with many other shirts Just Like mine, the associate informed us that my shirt is not 30% off, instead the ones that are 30% off are the same exact shirt but in red color and rounded neck. Really???!!!! Then why do you put everything on one rack?!! They need to be seperated!!! Well, that was not cool and I wasn't happy when she threw us another upsetting information. She said that my husband's shirt is not 40% off... When my husband said that he found it on the rack that said 40% off, the Big Blonde associate didn't believe him and kept saying no. Until my husband persuaded her to go and check it herself. After literally 5 mins of going back and forth trying to find the rack, she came back saying that no the sign says, 40% off "select styles" and this style is not among them.... I mean seriously... You need to make your signs more informative!!!!! I am kind of over the polo store now... The sales are not that great anymore... Everything is expensive and all made in China... Basically poor quality material with very expensive price tag... I am not gonna shop there anymore... Period. read more

Absolutely zero customer service! Store management must not have received the memo that masks are no longer mandatory. Yes, stores can have their own rules but to yell at customers from across the store to "put on a mask" is tacky. Have a little respect for those who have been vaccinated. I'm a Polo fanatic. It's safe to say I've loved this brand almost all my life. I was first introduced to Polo in the 80s, when my mom was shopping at a local mall. I thought the logo was really cool. When I was old enough to work and spend my own money, the first thing I bought was a Polo rugby. The second thing; a Polo zip-up rain jacket that said "Snow Beach" on the front. It's been 16 years since that first purchase. My latest purchase included two pinstripe oxfords, a Pier pique, and a madras. What I like about this store is that the prices aren't too low so that everyone can afford it, but low enough that I can. I spent a total of $87 for the four items. I don't know what it is but since I've gotten older now and I'm not in my teens, I don't find Polo that attractive to wear anymore. Maybe it is only me and everyone else has a sense of fashion. I walk into this store and I always notice that it is semi a mess but soo many employees are around some are talking to each other about plans and events which is cool. But still I think the store could be a little bit more organized then it is! Sizes are always huge and if you find anything in a small or medium it is either damaged, hideously ugly or some semi stained from a previous person is on it. I would say if you are pressed on time, you really aren't missing much by going into this store. read more

For a factory store and a more or less "higher end store", you would think their staff to be a bit stuck-up or not care too much about helping customers out. Perhaps there was an OCD manager working that day, but I was greeted promptly as I entered the store and there were multiple people asking me for assistance as I looked throughout the store. This store is definitely organized. You won't see expensive shirts lying on the floor unlike some other stores (ahem, Burberry). I was a bit stun since no one really helps you at an outlet! I think it's fair to say that Ralph Lauren Polo Factory stores always deliver. I had yet to visit one that is dirty, understocked, or over priced. This one is no exception, and I appreciate that the store delivered in terms of quality and selection. Expect to find women's and men's clothes, perfume, bed and bath products (sheets and towels), socks, some children's clothing, and most importantly in the summer - swimsuits! Not at all what I would expect from Ralph Lauren, outlet or not. Beautiful tall black women at register didn't smile once and didn't speak ever. Instead of carefully taking Customer items out of bags she just turned the bag upside down and dumped them out. Finally other cashiers came up. I was looking for a 4 ounce bottle of the Green Splash cologne but there was no 4 ounce bottles in the store. If there wasn't an item in hand they didn't know the price of the item. read more

Great quality. 5 stars for products and 1 star for the store. Unfortunately the checkout lines take a long time and they don't have all registers open. And, prices are no longer discounted as they used to offer, as with other outlets. I find buying online to be about the same price and a lot more convenient, and only stop now when on long drives. Part 2 of my after Christmas shopping spree!!! I still think it's expensive, but it is fun to splurge and my DH thinks it's cheap, so I guess between us, it's perfect!! I got a cute cute cute s/s white button front top that has a like scarf attached that you tie around your neck, it is very fun!!! I feel like I should be driving in a convertible to the beach or something! These clothes make you feel special. I spent about $50 on the top and $50 on a great robe!! I love my plush polo robe and feel great when I put it on in the morning or when I'm not feeling good or even cold. There really is no customer service here, but they have a lot of stock and the line for the register went really quickly. The girl that checked me out was very friendly and conversational. It was kind of messy, but it was the day after Christmas..... glad my DH insisted on taking me shopping!!! Woo Hoo!!! p.s. I'm so disappointed by my visits to the outlet Ralph Lauren factory stores. Never much exciting. I'm a bit of a Ralph Lauren snob so it seems like everything is very pedestrian and basic looking. There's usually more cool and unique Polo sale stuff at the bigger department stores like Macy's, Nordstrom, etc. And the prices aren't really too much of a bargain. I've scored some super bargains in the past: a 100% silk houndstooth Ralph Lauren/Polo cardigan for $19 or a Polo cashmere sweater for $25. I guess that's why I keep looking though is for those incredible finds. read more

It's hard to shop for clothes as I am right in the middle of popular sizes for jackets, pants and shoes, This store is well-stocked and the staff were extra friendly during the Christmas holidays despite being bombarded by many tourists. I was lucky to go on a Tuesday night when it was dead slow and was greeted at a adequate time. I took advantage of the 40% off plus 30% off friends and family coupon. And the store wasn't dirty, the staff was willing to help me and they were patient enough to pre ring up things at the register so I knew exactly where I stand with my budget. They had lots of cute sweatshirts and purses that I bought. And Ruth was such a great help. They were at first kind of stalker - ish when they saw my half blind mother pick out clothes from the back of the store and bring it to the front of the store (last min shopping).
