I came in today looking for workwear and some travel appropriate dresses. This Macys isn't really my go to Macys but again, after a really good experience I'd keep in mind shopping this store again. I primarily shopped the INC woman's wear space and then went to try on some clothes. Kudos that the dressing rooms were clean and clear of excess clothes. Easy to spot too which was nice. I did happily find a nice dress for Europe and some workwear clothes and made my way to the register. Biggest shoutout to staff Israel who was working and helped me out. He was such a lovely gentlemen, so positive and friendly. Loved talking to him and just felt he brought such a joyous great vibe to our checkout experience. He was talking to multiple of us while ringing us up and acknowledging customers in the line. His attitude just made my day and I appreciated how helpful he was and personable, he didn't make it feel like a "cold" emotionless check out experience which sadly has sometimes become the case when shopping retail. Israel is a 5 star employee and next time I'm shopping I'll definitely keep a lookout in the register for him because he was a sweet guy yet very professional. Good work Macys.

Can't beat the deals & value here, with some top brands too, that's similar to Nordstrom Rack. But still doesn't compare to variety of quality & merch at NR... Been here twice -- once for a purchase and once to return one of the items. Each time the customer service was a bit dull and mediocre at best... The atmosphere & vibe is kinda dark and dreary...but as my fellow Yelp friend, Kim M, wrote to me: "This place is so strange yet....I'm okay with it hahhaa" which prompted my response, "ditto."

The rudeness does shine through in some of them. I get it, retails aren't for the faint of heart but can you just help me with where a certain item is located. Then you have all the frozen sections and so on. A wide selection of clothing for the whole family. Automotive at one corner which it can take a while to get some help in my case. The garden center on the hand is pretty scarce, not much there. Loads of home wares and decors and seasonal items.
