In one case, we were asking a man in the back about flooring, because we were seriously shopping for flooring. The man literally stood up from his desk and walked away never to be found again. We were the only people in the store. In this instance, we ended up at "Haus of Flooring" 20 minutes later and booked our floors. Today was an entirely different experience. We were immediately greeted and got super service from Tammy. She was beyond helpful and was the head merchandiser, so she knew exactly where all of her stock was kept. She was very easy to talk to and eager to take care of her customers. We chose a beautiful King Size Quilt Set for our cabin. It was 20% off for "Black Friday (all month) Sale". She arranged for me to take the set home to try out on the bed and she took our information. She simply asked me to call her if it was right, or bring it back if we weren't perfectly satisfied. Finally we went back, and picked the right mattress. On delivery day 12/19/2025 the delivery guys - Jose and Juan came to deliver the mattress, and I noticed holes in the mattress. I declined the delivery plus they didn't bring the right base for the bed. I explained this to them. Jose started yelling at me in my home. I told them to leave my home. I called sit 'n sleep spoke with Shaun Porto explained what happen in my home. He was very understanding, and would take care of this matter.
