In one case, we were asking a man in the back about flooring, because we were seriously shopping for flooring. The man literally stood up from his desk and walked away never to be found again. We were the only people in the store. In this instance, we ended up at "Haus of Flooring" 20 minutes later and booked our floors. Today was an entirely different experience. We were immediately greeted and got super service from Tammy. She was beyond helpful and was the head merchandiser, so she knew exactly where all of her stock was kept. She was very easy to talk to and eager to take care of her customers. We chose a beautiful King Size Quilt Set for our cabin. It was 20% off for "Black Friday (all month) Sale". She arranged for me to take the set home to try out on the bed and she took our information. She simply asked me to call her if it was right, or bring it back if we weren't perfectly satisfied. We didn't tell Mike any of the other quotes we just told him what we wanted and see what he came up with for us.
