He made things right and called the needed people to make things right. Needless to say we left with wayyyyy more than we came in for but it was worth it. Many other staff member were helpful while we were there but Marcus truly was wonder. I had to ask a couple questions to clarify and their responses were very haughty. I'm sorry, but there are SO many signs, it was confusing. As I walked away with over $60 worth of product, my adult son (whose wife was also going to buy some stuff ) told me one of those girls rolled her eyes at me as I turned my back. Wow. We immediately put our things back and walkout the door. No way am I going to support a store with rude employees. I can only hope the manager reads this.

So they don't have these crazy high outlet markups that you can find at actual outlet malls with more highend stores. Yes, the mall its in does look sad, but the stuff inside is beautiful! They have a great selection of shoes and bags. They have more than you can see on the rack so ask them to look in their back stock. The bags are in stellar condition and the prices are very reasonable for a Swiss shoe/leather manufacturer. On a recent visit i bought 3 pairs of shoes for $150! Unreal. I had purchased a pair of Bally pumps at full price a few months earlier and paid $400 so you get the picture. My contact there is Barbara. Since I don't live any where near Bally she has been wonderful to send photos and then ship the shoes for me. The coolest part is that they carry shoes that I don't see in my local Bally store (Houston or Beverly Hills) so you might get lucky and get a rare gem. All Sales Final. Anyways, since we never bothered stopping by any Swarovski stores inside our local malls, we decided to test our luck to see if there are any great sales here better than Swarovski inside local malls. Lo and behold, we were pleased with what we were able to find from the past two trips!!!! I bought a $44-ish gold tone ring with blue crystals on top the last trip which I know for sure that none of the Swarovskis inside Any local malls has that type of pricing!!!! Then yesterday on 03/30/2019, I found a pinkish-gold tone ring with a heart shape on top (was only a whopping $37 which this pricing can't be found in Any mall store) which also exactly complement my all-pink crossbody purse from Guess that I also own. Aaaaah, check this store out if you're a fan of jewelry of any sort, you wouldn't be disappointed. Next trip, I may stock up on another piece of ring and start collecting their pens. Need more Swarovski outlet stores as such please!!!!
