It's an outlet store in a sprawling outdoor mall so your experience will probably vary by the day. I went right after they opened so the place was orderly and the staff still seemed to be walking on caffeine so they were as helpful as necessary. The inventory in my size was plentiful and the prices were reasonable given that I didn't have to settle for an off color pullover at TJ Maxx. After decades Polo RL remains of reasonable quality and the logo remains tasteful and small which I appreciate. For the life of me I can never figure out exactly what the "last season" designation means since most of these garments haven't changed since Bill Clinton roamed the WH. This comment is based solely on my experience with Bruce. I went into the store twice the same day, and in each instance Bruce went above and beyond. He was police, respectfully, made the shopping experience very enjoyable and offered to find my size online when they did not have it in store; but prior to doing so, he went through the whole store looking at different sections to ensure that in fact they did not have any in stock. The prices I thought were fair even though they barely had variety of my size which was understandable given the holiday season. If you come to this store and need assistance I highly recommend asking for Bruce. read more

Service was atrocious. Sales representative Angela was rude and unresponsive to me but very helpful and polite to other customers. I felt she was mistreating me. Not acceptable and really ruined my mood that I just wanted to leave the store immediately. My color doesn't define what I can purchase. There's not much options in the store to select from unlike other Ralph Lauren stores I go to. Price is decent for the brand. read more

Pro: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm a sucker for people that actually go out of their way to make sure that a customer's needs are met. The folks at Polo definitely did that. The recently-released line of Ralph Lauren x MLB was on my radar, and I learned that this store had some limited edition NY Yankees apparel in stock. I drive the 35 mins to purchase my own Yankees/Ralph Lauren hooded sweatshirt; however, my size was all sold out. Thankfully, the staff made it a point to see if any other Polo outlets had the item in their inventory. And when that search effort proved to be fruitless, the customer service folks ordered me one on the spot and had it shipped to my home with no additional shipping charges. So this is my official "thank you" to the staff for making sure this sport fan got a piece of highly coveted merchandise! And hopefully the gesture brings my Yanks some luck! read more

It's a pretty average store. Honestly, it's extremely unorganized, with unfolded clothes all over the place. However, they do have some okay deals for those that like the Polo Ralph Lauren brand. In the end, coming to the outlet just for this store is by far not worth it. The staff seems pretty laid back and unwilling to assist, with most of them pretty ignorant about anything that's happening with the store. They take a while to respond, and are extremely unhelpful with any questions that may be even the slightest bit complex. There are many other stores with better quality clothes and service in the outlet. read more

I give this store a five store based on the fantastic customer service we receive here. I shop here a couple of times a year when we receive the better special discount cards. My husband ONLY wears polo shirts. Its his casual polo and his dress shirt as well. Every time we come we stock up for the next six months and keep rotating his closet. No other outlet store has such an accommodating staff. This particular trip we worked with Sally and Debbie checked us out. Both lovely ladies and helpful. Love the store, so glad it is not too far from us in Belmar. Staff deserves kudos! read more

There were 4 sales associates walking back and forth (some of them were just leaning against the counter and chatting the day away), and only one woman working the register (and even she ticked me off a bit). I was the head of the line, with one woman behind me and we were waiting about 25 minutes for someone to ring us up. There were 8 available working registers!!! Were the other employees not trained to work them!?! The one employee who worked the register was ringing up a foreign couple and she took her sweet time to ring the items up, help check the prices, and make small talk (that went on forever, even after one of the other male employees finally ringed me up!). They were talking about airline tickets, the weather in Spain, food, drinks, you name it, they've probably talked about it! The male employee who finally called me over was a bit rude as well. The female employee who helped the foreign couple, needed someone to check the price on a plaid dress shirt, and the male employee who was trying to ring my items up, momentarily ignored my questions, and scooted over to their rescue...also, I couldn't sign my name with ease on the electronic machine because the pen was detached and apparently missing...I will not be coming back to this establishment. The employees seem like unprofessional people who don't know what they're doing...I mean, who trained them?!? read more
