One of the best Nike showrooms in NJ , best prices and fantastic products . Conveniently located within Jackson premium outlet mall. Lots of other brands around but Nike is the first shop I always visit . You get shoes for 20$ and upwards .. very nice service . Today went there and there were 2-3 kids who were really helpful. Love Nike air Jordan's and have some amazing sale . There are also other amazing shoes in this outlet mall.. got 6-7 different shoes .. was very good .. lots and lots of tshirts and shorts and other apparels .. lots of parking outside . I should start by saying I normally shop at more family-friendly sportswear stores like Under Armour or Adidas, and this is because normally I am with my niece (eight years old). I have seen a lot of news articles about Nike and the type of things their employees normally say and do and I played it cautious but yesterday I was solo dolo so I decided to pop in here and see what the big lines were all about. I don't necessarily regret the decision to shop here but I can't say I had the best shopping experience. I checked out with a pair of running sneakers (not tennis shoes) and a razor thin t-shirt that had almost a rubbery texture to it. I was told by the cashier that this type of t-shirt is "good for sweating" so I just decided to try it out. Bad call. I ran 11 miles in the heat this afternoon and sweat right through it. The shirt melted like a paper towel on my torso and under my armpits. Maybe that's why it was on clearance for $11.97. Either way, $71.97 for a pair of shoes and a bad bad t-shirt isn't the best deal. The employee with the buzzed head and orange hair was super kind, he allowed me to try on three pairs of shoes. I wasn't sure if there would be a limit to how many shoe sizes I could try, but he seemed to not really care if there was a limit. I tried on a size 10 on accident at first so then I asked to see a 9 and a 9.5. Three separate shoes all in one sitting was a big ask, and I didn't mean to be an asshole but the buzzed orange employee was seriously a sweetheart. I wish he was working the register as well.... My aforementioned cashier gave me some wonky advice on the horrible t-shirt that I talked about earlier, but I can't blame him. His job is to sell as much product as possible for Nike, right? He is employed for the sole purpose of serving Nike and Nike's higher ups by getting shills like me to buy t-shirts right? Wrong. Retail is all about having the customer's best interest in mind, and clearly this kid (he couldn't have been older than 20) did not have my best interest in mind. He couldn't wait for me to put my chip card in the machine and get the hell out of line. He rolled his eyes like four times while I was asking him questions about the shirt and shoes. Sorry I take my craft seriously. Finally, I got my reciept and denied a bag. I wanted to spare the Earth the waste and carry the items to my car in my arms. He couldn't believe it,. He asked me FOUR times if I was sure. "You REALLY don't want a bag?" Over and over. Badgering me. Who cares? Why does it matter if I don't want a bag? Is it because he already got one out and was too lazy to lean down and put it back? Honestly, I am sorry. I am getting too fired up. I didn't want to be too mean. Everyone is dealing with their own issues and maybe he was just having a bad day. God knows I am having a bad day. I hope everyone has a better checkout experience than I did. Honestly, price-wise you are better off at Under Armour or Adidas. I might try Reebok next time I am over in the area. I would never bring my niece to Nike. read more

This is one of the best Nike showrooms in town and after having a not so great experience at the Tinton Falls location with respect to the selections and the huge crowd out there. This place has a nice selection of sportswear's from t-shirts to shoes. The customer service was also topnotch as there are executives who are on the floor reaching out to customers if they need help. What a difference 18 months makes. When I last visited this Nike Store late in 2019, the madhouse of foreign tourists buying anything not nailed down was not only breathtaking but frankly, extremely amusing. I should have been annoyed at the 40 minute wait to check-out but when am I ever going to witness the spectacle of someone buying 75 pairs of sneakers and a mountain of athletic apparel - the bigger the logo the better. Fast forward to today and things are downright serene. Gone is the indiscriminate orgy of spending replaced by the quaint suburban browse and the prosaic hunt for bargains. Walking around the clean, well maintained displays I almost miss the fight to the death scrum for merchandise with the take no prisoners retail mercenaries from Shanghai and Kyoto. Shopping is just no fun unless it comes with a trip to the ICU. A gritty five stars for Nike. read more

It's been a while since I've ventured out to the Nike Outlet in Jackson (and I use the word "outlet loosely"). What is supposed to be a outlet has turned out to be s huge disappointment. I use to come here all of the time to get 3 - 4 pairs of sneakers at a time, however today I am walking out emptied handed. There was only 1 pair of sneakers in the entire store that I liked (see pic) & they were $169.99, are you kidding me? I refuse to pay that much for some sneakers, they claim the retail rate is $190.00, well I know who won't be buying them, this is not how I choose to spend my hard earned pennies. There were some decent sales on tee shirts & hoodies, however that's not what I came here for. The biggest surprise to me was the clearance wall. Can you believe they now sell refurbished footwear? Yeah you read it right, I'll say it again, "They sell refurbished footwear (see pic of wall). What is this, the Goodwill Store? Look I like a bargain and choose to spend my money wisely, you can do what you want, but I don't want anyones gently worn, refurbished or whatever they chose to call them sneakers. I'm so disappointed that the only sneakers in my price range is someone's hand- me downs and that so many businesses are taking this post- COVID thing too far with inflating prices, but this is not the platform for that so I digress. Horrible manager attitude. Fist we drove hours to get to the Nike outlet that we shop at often for years and spent always over $500 every visit. We came to the outlet on Labor Day weekend (Saturday). We had 10 Items to buy and went to the dressing room area to find out it is closed !! On The busiest time of the year with kids going back to school. Why would you not have coverage for people to try on close that live so far away. We asked the girl on the floor working by the dressing room if we could try the shirts on over our shirt and use the mirror she said it was fine. Halfway way thru doing so miss attitude saying she a manager told us we are not allowed to try on the shirts and we needed to move from where we are. We explained to her that her coworker gave us permission and she continued to be combative and unprofessional. She keep being very rude. So we decided your not gonna get our money and left the store and drove hours back home with nothing. We only go there to go to Nike as we are faithful customers of the brand. But she has not given a great representation of the company and we will not return!! read more

The latter is valid on any products at Nike factory outlet, Nike stores and Niketown. There was a large selection of size on the fitness gear. On the male sneaker sizes, some of the most popular shoe sizes were lacking for all models I browsed. The staff gave immediate access to the clean fitting rooms. Nice store. Very large selection of Nike products. Although it is an outlet, the prices haven't noticed. Everything here seems basically full-priced. Only thing outlet about it has to be some of the outrageous color options on clothes and sneakers that you wouldn't see in the front window of stores at the mall. Stopped by here on a Saturday night. They had a good selection of shoes with the 20% off discount. We didn't see any shoes that we wanted except for one. Store was well staffed and were busy stock shoes on show time. Kari was friendly and helpful. Hope to stop by again when they got some sales and better selections. Also kids size shoes were limited. In checkout Nicole spotted that the shoe we bought were two different sizes. Glad she caught it. Not sure if the next store would have been be able to replace them for correct size. read more

Ok ,so this review will be slightly biased because I love the Nike brand! Always have and always will! That said, this is a great outlet store located at the Jackson Premium Outlets. Every time I come here I snag a great deal! They have a large variety of sneakers many of which you can find at a reduced price. No other place in the area has this variety of Nike shoes/gear. They even carry a variety of half sizes and some wide widths. The shoe stores that you find in the Freehold mall are ok but, their inventory is limited, and finding a bargain is next to impossible! The staff at this location have always been helpful and pleasant even though the store is always crawling with lots of people. The best part is every now and again they run promotional sales which I've benefited from greatly. I'm always on the hunt for a good deal especially since I'm the mother of a growing teenage boy. 4 out of 5 stars from me! :) read more

Today, this place was a zoo!! People were going through the store as if they were giving the stuff away!! Believe me, they weren't! As with most outlets, there really are not many bargains to be found. Most of the stuff is older stock that they are trying to clear out for pretty much the same price, or stuff that has been made specifically for sale at outlets. Of course, that stuff is made even more cheaply than the regular stuff. Any way, this place usually isn't very organized and the prices aren't all that great. read more

Always crowded... And what gets me the most is there's almost always unruly children running a muck in the place. Don't complain that staff is rude- I would be completely miserable working in that environment, and for the most part the staff I've encountered have been nice. I feel for them. Unfortunately people see Nike and semi discounted prices and lose all control and go insane. read more
