I stopped into the Brooks Brothers Outlet at Jackson Premium Outlets looking to upgrade some pieces of my wardrobe for work. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. They have a good selection of suits, sport coats, dress shirts, and other essentials you'd expect from Brooks Brothers, especially if you're looking to pick things up at outlet pricing. I was specifically looking for sport coats and wound up purchasing four. They had a decent range of sizes and styles available, which made it fairly easy to find options that worked. Layssa assisted me during my visit and was very helpful throughout the process. She helped track down sizes, checked inventory, and arranged to have three of the sport coats shipped directly to me, which were out of stock in my size in the store. Pricing was in line with what you'd expect from an outlet location. Not cheap, but reasonable for the quality. Overall, a smooth shopping experience. If you're in the area and looking to update your wardrobe, it's worth a stop. read more

Delightful experience - I'll be back for more! As we all started to return to work after the worst of the COVID pandemic was over, I had to be ready for those onsite visits and meetings when dressing for business was again relevant and expected. Living near Princeton, NJ, I looked initially in the area, and found the selection was primarily down to Jos. A. Bank, Men's Wearhouse and Macy's. A few years back Macy's mens' department was well staffed, and one or twice a year they'd have a wonderful sale on Ralph Lauren suits and suit separates, and I treated myself to these every couple of years. No more - the men's suit / slacks / jacket department is a poor facsimile of what it used to be. Very limited selection, incomplete assortment of sizes available across the few lines they carry now. Also such sparse staffing that it seems like there's one guy primarily there to run the register, but nobody knowledgeable to measure you or advise on style and fit. Jos. A. Bank is definitely a step up in experience, but the selection is pretty limited. Men's Wearhouse seems to be a variant of the same model: ok, but limited. Searching for alternatives I tripped across Brooks Brothers at the Jackson, NJ outlets. I knew about this years ago and it's only a half hour drive for me. I had just stopped even thinking about the outlets there several years ago. So -- still needing a suit or two, I drove to Brooks Brothers in Jackson, and had a fantastic experience. Unlike the post-apocalyptic feel of virtually any store in a mall (especially Macy's and Penney's it seems), Brooks Brothers is well laid out with numerous items on display. The store is clean, well lit and well maintained. I didn't have to wait for a person at the register to free up and talk to me (as you must in Macy's and Penney's): as soon as I got to about the middle of the store a salesperson (Niobe) came over and asked if I would like help with anything. I told her I was there for a suit, and we got right into it. We homed in on my size and general description of what I was considering, and she led me to the racks with suits that fit my specs. Instead of interminable searching to find anything that would fit me, she located several options for me to consider over the next 10 or 15 minutes. Unlike Penney's and Macy's, where the dressing rooms look more like a men's room at NYC Amtrak Penn Station where a homeless person might be living, the dressing rooms at Brooks Brothers must be unlocked by a sales person - so they're empty, clean, well lit. Delightful! This is what it used to be like to shop for men's clothing - I had almost forgotten. Instead of struggling to find anything I might like, as I had in every other store I had visited before this, I had really only come out today for one suit, and wound up having to decide between several - all of which looked great, were well made and well priced. The sales person who helped me, Niobe, was great. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive -- I didn't have to chase her around the store as I did with sales folk at every other store I had visited. All in all -- an excellent experience all the way through. The store and selection is fine. The product is very nice (Italian wool, half canvassed construction, nicely stitched seams), hangs very naturally and moves nicely. After all the frustration at other stores, this was a breath of fresh air. Great experience, came home with an excellent suit (will only need very minor tailoring) at a great price. This will be high on my list for men's clothing going forward. read more

Thank God for the tourists. This is one place where you'll be glad to run into a tour bus of eager transcontinental visitors since you'll be free to browse at your leisure tapping into just enough ala carte sales help as you require. Brook's Brother's Golden Fleece has taken a battering over the last few years but in the stores that remain the clothing remains classic and sturdy with expert, timely alterations as a given. In Jackson there's always a sale of some sort and discounts on "last year's" merchandise are a windfall since this venerable clothier trades in enduring styles, not transient fashion. Who knows how long they'll be around as even white shoe law firms and the major financial houses have gone at least partially "khaki." Regardless, theirs is a nice store with excellent service and no sales tax. Four stars... first marks please... and cue the tourists. read more

This is my most favorite BB outlet. The staff here are always helpful and attentive. There are always deals and specials in my size which makes me super happy. I do wish the outlets in general would stock more slimmer options in general. As an added bonus, this outlet is open late until 9pm. read more

Rating: 3.5/5. The store was giving between 40% and 70% discount on some summer items. The staff greeted customers upon their entrance. The white woman with black hair promptly gave me my size in a dress I was willing to try. The majority of their clothing selection seemed different than in their regular store. The store was neatly organized. The fitting rooms were towards the end of the store on the right side. It was easy and free to park. read more

My family and I came here for a round of holiday shopping, and my father, being a huge Brooks Brother's fan, was overjoyed by the selection and found quite a lot for great prices. However, what has left a bad taste in our mouth was the service. The employee at our register went to speak to the previous customer, as he handed them their bags, and kept us waiting at the counter for quite a while. Another employee came to the adjacent register and said she couldn't check us out (though, minutes later, we saw her helping out another customer.) Finally, we flagged down someone, and we left the store--but in all honesty, we had to assume this negligence was due to our race. This has bothered my parents the whole weekend, so much so that we'll be returning what we bought here. Personally, I'm upset that my parents not only had to experience this subtle racism, but also find it in an area where we've lived comfortably for 20 years, for a brand they truly enjoyed and were loyal to. The neighboring stores in this outlet mall felt as expensive as their brands claim to be, but inevitably, this experience cheapened Brooks Brother's for us. read more

Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet - Men's Clothing Near Me - Jackson, New Jersey

Walked in on a Friday night to find the store empty, and was immediately greeted by a salesperson. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name, because he was fantastic, and provided the kind of attention you'd expect from a brand as established as Brooks Brothers. I'd never shopped at a BB before, and I guess he sensed that because he promptly explained the different fits and helped me find the size perfect for me. Afterwards, he was present, but not hovering, while I picked out three shirts. I'd been warned by some friends, and the internet, about the inferior "346" line that's usually sold at Brooks Brothers Factory Stores, but was very pleased to see that most of the Dress and Sport shirts l they had available were the traditional 1818 line. I guess I got lucky. Very happy with all three of my shirts- they've dramatically improved my wardrobe, and I fully plan on shopping here in the future! read more

I recently found excellent deals here on Brooks Brothers button down shirts and a sweater. Three shirts and a sweater ran me around $200, which was an incredible deal, considering that shirts retail around $119 a piece. read more

Came in for my personal shopping tonight. I used to work for brooks brothers a few years back so I am familiar with the brand. I was looking for traditional fit white shirts, which I couldn't find. I asked a woman at the register, which appeared to not care to help me. All I need was for someone to point me in the right direction for white shirts. Btw the store was empty apart from one other couple shopping. What I remember from the days I used to work in the flagship store in Manhasset and the main store on Madison is that customer service comes first. I'm not mad but I am super disappointed in the customer service this wonderful brand should be offering regardless of weather it's a 346 outlet store or not. I don't care to mention any names but this woman is not a prime example of what brooks brothers standards should be. Shopping at the Jackson store I feel like I have personal shopper. The entire staff is vey helpful and will often look for sizes and styles if they are not on the floor. The manager, Hillary, is very supportive of her staff, follows up to insure the customer is getting the proper service. Looking forward to my next trip to the store read more
