Will never shop kohls online ever again..placed an order..received confirmation sent to incorrect address. customer service refused to make any correction had not even shipped yet. Was their software not my error. So i contacted ups to change delivery was told kohls would not allow them too. That make sence? They are sending me a refund..but dont care im so done...bye bye kohls. read more

Overpriced on stainless steel pans that wern't even that great! Could have been better brands, yet wanted over $100+.The employee's here wern't as helpful as I had hoped they'd be. I'd probably go somewhere else. read more

I went to the app today to shop. A timed (1 hour) 40% off coupon pops up. When I went to use the coupon, the system froze and for 10 minutes. I tried everything to use the coupon prior to the time expiring. I could not proceed to check out until after the time expired. When I reached out to customer service online, they were of no use. They claim the coupon I had was an expired coupon and that they could not help me. I explained to the customer service rep that the coupon I attempted to use was a coupon that I received when I opened the app approximately one hour ago. They stated again the coupon expired. I told him it's a bait and switch and scam that Kohl's tried to pull on me and they didn't get away with it. I told him I will be doing my shopping for Christmas this year elsewhere. I know a lot of stores don't care to hear about customers shopping elsewhere when they're dissatisfied but maybe if enough customers stand up And not put up with the shenanigans these department stores engage in and their sales decline, they will change their ways. read more

This is a great Kohl's. Kohl's is one of my favorite stores to shop at, because they have such a great variety. They have clothes from all my favorite brands, and even if they weren't my favorite, they have clothes from every brand. I love how each aisle is marked from the brand that you're looking for. The staff is friendly, but usually I find there isn't a lot of staff walking around to help you. The store is very clean. I find Kohl's is a little tricky to navigate at first, but you later do get used to it, after you've been in the store for a while. Some stuff is a little pricier than other items, so I would be a bit careful with what you purchase. However, overall I do like this store. read more

Cashiers were amazing and kept the line moving also bathroom super clean Which was awesome !! Usually people like to destroy bathrooms because they are scumbags but bathroom was nice and also sale floor stuff was scattered around and unfolded but also it was closing in on a Saturday night not a bad spot to find a deal the place is much better than my local Kohl's in SI. read more

Amazon drop off service makes return process so easy. Kohl's Marlboro location is my first experience. I calculated total time to for entire process, it literally just took 2 minutes. Love it! read more

I was in the market for earrings that I noticed online and I was wondering if it was available in store. I've never really shopped here for anything but clothes for myself and the family. You can do very well here with the frequent sales they offer combined with coupons etc..... They also occasionally offer Kohls cash which you can redeem at a later date. It is usually about 10 bucks for every 50 bucks you spend. Not a bad deal!! There is a decent selection of clothing with everything from suits to athletic wear. I always find something I can use. read more

I went into just shop around and i saw the amazing make up section. So i went over and i was immediately greeted by Michelle, with a smile. Not only did she offer to test my skin for the correct color foundation, but she showed me other products that go well with my skin color!
