The jacket was too small, there was a hole in the pants and the shirt was stained and very dirty I complained because we were leaving Friday July 5th for the venue (hour plus away). The manager Joe was rude and argumentative- we understood about the holiday and that was the reason we waned this suit delivered on July 1st. He basically told me I could have placed this order six years ago and it would have arrived 3 days prior. Joe ordered for husband had a new shirt and jacket to be delivered near the venue on the wedding day July 6th - he lost precious hours with his son waiting over 2 hours for a new jacket and shirt - this jacket was not inspected and had threads on the sleeve- but due to time he had to make due. When my husband called Joe to let him know how disappointed he was with the whole all he did was argue! No apologies. This used to be the place we'd go to for special occasion wear - never again
