However, there are fewer options on the shells, in traditional bright colors that you might expect for girls. Because I was paying close attention and circled the children's shoe area a few times, I realized that there was a pink and white shoe on the display wall in the children's section that was not on the shelves. I was able to find a staff member who radioed for someone working that section to come help me. The worker was able to get that shoe for me from the back, and it was an affordable price ($40). I was able to get in and out of the store in about 30 minutes, with a reasonable shoe option in hand.

I would say that there seemed to be a sort of smug, douchiness infecting most of the employees in the store--but they are teenagers working at an outlet mall in Locust Freaking Grove, Georgia. So I suppose they could be forgiven for that. Personally, I kind of prefer it when the salesperson is aloof and never speaks to me when I try on shoes...because, really, who actually needs help at a shoe store, unless you need them to look in the back for more stock?

QUALITY OPTIONS!…read more Bass is one of my favorite outlet stores because when it comes to sandals and shoes, I can always find comfortable leather options for men and women. During the fall and winter months, this is a great place to find quality (heavyweight cotton), sweaters for men. They are currently having a sale on their summer clothing so it is a great time to do a little shopping and add to your summer wardrobe. Although they did not have the little black sandal in my size, I know that I can simply contact the Dawsonville Outlets and have them check their inventory. Great customer service this weekend!

We've been into this store a couple of times and it's always a good experience. There is A LOT of inventory and it's always a little overwhelming when you first walk in. The associates are always quick to greet us and point us in the right direction. There are always multiple sales happening and the clearance section is a treasure trove. I always end up spending more than I intended, but this is much better pricing than buying bras from the secretive place at the mall :)

My intention was to group all stores together and give a pretty good review of this outlet mall BUT, my experience in this particular store changed my mind. So I've never purchased under garments from Hanes and since I came across this store unexpectedly- I figured it would be the perfect time to shop. Walking in this store was fine, the store was organized everything was where it needed to be. However, I had some questions on where the bras that I was looking for were- there was such a vast section I couldn't figure out where I needed to look. I see all associates in the back - lallygagging, I'm thinking someone will be out since it's customers in the store. The young lady looked me dead in my face and sees me looking confused- she automatically bee lines to the fitting room to ask the person how they were doing with trying things on. Then she looks at me again and walks back to the back room!!! At this point I say "Excuse me- can you show me where minimizers are"!? She says "sure their on the wall" - granted these bras could've been anywhere on the wall! She doesn't ask any probing questions, she was more interested in NOT answering questions and getting back to what she was doing. At that point, I lost interest in making any purchases and walked out - I would NOT recommend this store.

Short version: Insulting and unfair return policy…read more Long version: I went in to return a polo. I had never even worn the shit. I bought it, took it home, tried it on (one time) and then returned it. I had the receipt and it was less then 60 days. They should they would not accept the return because "the shirt was faded." The shirt was not faded (it was a brand new shirt); I showed it to my wife as well. She also could see any "fading." In any case, even if we are both wrong, any fading would have been the stores fault and yet another to take accept the return. It goes without saying that neither of us will be shopping at this location again. I would very much appreciate it if you would do the same. Thank you.
